Life has once again kept the crew from recording, but with the recent announcement of Hugh Jackman clawing up once again we had to find a way to record! There has been so much nerd news and content over the past few months the gang just could stop talking about all that sweet sweet content.

In the early 90's all the hottest Marvel artists left the company to form Image comics. Each of those creators created their own studios and their own line of comics. Jim Lee created Wildstorm comics and one of the biggest books from that studio was "Stormwatch". Although not joining on until issue #37 many people consider Warren Ellis' time on the comic as the definitive Stormwatch. Does this comic still hold up in 2021?

20 years ago the general population learned about learned about the existence of mutants thanks to Bryan Singer's 'X-Men'. The film would usher in a new century of pop culture frenzy with the popularity of the comic book film. This episode features Paul speaking about the birth of his love of comics thanks to 'X-Men' and his "Obi-Juan Kenobi" showing him the fine art of comic book and action figure collecting. These two life long friends look back on the comic book culture before 'it was cool' in 1999 and trace its growth and popularity and some of its annoying byproducts to today.
