My name is Tréasa Brown and I was born and raised in the state of Colorado. I’m from a little city called Boulder. I’m the 3 rd child of 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls and I was dedicated back to the Lord as a child. My lovely Mother Hazel Hughes-Choyce, raised me in the fear and admonition of the Lord and I’m a God fearing Woman as a result. An interesting fact about my birth is that I was prayed for between the years of 1986-1987. My Mother was told that the chances of her having another child, was very low because, her tubes were once tied. Nevertheless, she had them reversed and conceived! My Mother took a step of faith and wrote my name on a Christmas stocking before conception, believing the Lord for a daughter. On October 15 th , 1988, I was born! She received just what she asked for and then some, my little sister years later after me! My Mother’s conception is a huge part of my testimony and reminds me of Hannah in I Samuel chapter 1, how she was in bitterness of soul, asked the Lord for a Man child and said that she would give Samuel unto the Lord all the days of His life. Hannah’s petition, as we know was granted! I’m a single Mother of 3 beautiful children,Julissa, DeVontaé and Julius Steele and with the help of the Lord we are pressing our waythrough, as the favor of God is resting upon our lives! The Lord saved me in January of 2012 and I was filled with the Holy Ghost March 28th of 2012. Baptized in April of 2016 under Brian Carn Ministries, in Jesus name and that same year, I was later baptized by my former Pastor, Superintendent Charles E. Scurles, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. As a Woman of God, I love spending time in the PRESENCE of God and prayer is my passion! I’m currently writing a book by the instruction of ALIMIGHTY God titled, “Single Mother’s and Living for Christ.” The Lord spoke to me prophetically and said “A book needs to be birthed out of you”… He also said, “You were destined to be a Writer…An Author”... She separated from the military in 2009 as an E-6 (Petty Officer First Class). She received an honorable discharge. She loves learning and teaching others. Especially young children. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information’s System Technician. She also has a Bachelor’s and a Masters of Arts in Early Childhood Education and degree in Early Childhood. She has a five-year background in Childcare where she worked as an infant, toddler teacher, pre-k teacher, and preschool teacher. She also was an Assistant Director and Acting Director.
