As heart-centered women, we care deeply. As ambitious women, we dream big, move fast, and aim high. But the dark side of that combo? We can be brutal with our past selves. In this episode, I'm sharing some very personal reflections from the last six months—specifically what's come up for me in therapy around my divorce—and how regret can show up even in moments of success (like when a client hit a big income goal but asked, “Why did it take me so long?”). This is a conversation about self-forgiveness, freeing up emotional real estate, and remembering that your past self got you here. If you've been hard on yourself or feel like you “should be further along,” this one's for you. There's nothing wrong with your timeline. There's no behind. There's just the next brave choice you're willing to make. ❤️ –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

In this episode, I'm talking about why we need to stop treating that urge like it's a bad thing. "Quitting", whether on the macro or micro level, doesn't make you a failure. In fact, putting letting go on the table (and either shifting to something more aligned or choosing it again after reevaluating) can be the most empowered move you make. You're allowed to leave things behind—without fear, without guilt, and without spiraling into “maybe I'm not good enough.” You didn't build a business to be stuck in a different kind of hamster wheel. The point is to create money, freedom, and a life that reflects your values. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

I used to think that one day I'd “graduate” from needing support. But what I've learned is… I actually don't want to do this alone. When I'm supported, I feel more grounded. I move faster. I have more fun. And I stay in momentum, even when life is lifing. In this episode, I'm giving you a behind-the-scenes look at why I still invest in coaching, what kind of support I prioritize now, and showing you what kind of support you can receive inside the Sell with Heart Mentorship and Mastermind (which is officially OPEN for enrollment for the July round). If you've been craving more guidance, more grounding, or just more support in your corner from a coach who gets it- this one's for you. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

In this episode, I'm breaking down the exact types of content that are helping me sign clients right now—and how you can simplify your strategy to create content that converts faster. You'll learn about the engagement funnel (yes, it still works in 2025!), your 'content personality', and the 4 KEY types of content to create to sign more clients this quarter. In my opinion, the most important of the four is AUTHENTICITY content. ❤️I'll also share my own examples of what's working, from fully owning your wins, to sharing your opinions, and telling your story. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

Neither option is wrong, and honestly, I switch between the two depending on the season I'm in to keep my marketing and cash flow consistent year-round. 75% of the time, I lean into one, and 25% of the time, I lean into the other—can you guess which one? In this episode, I'm sharing how I use these two energies in my own marketing and how they help me stay aligned, save time, and attract clients effectively. I'm also going to help you figure out which energy you're in right now and how to embrace it to work for you. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

In this episode, I'm sharing why mental energy can be the real limiting factor in your business (not time!) and how working less can actually help you feel more productive. I go into detail on how to create the gold ticket of more mental energy and capacity, even if you're feeling completely spent. Visit today's blog post here. The messy middle of business growth often feels like it's the most challenging—and the least talked about. It's that awkward in-between phase where you're taking action but not where you want to be yet. Maybe you're going from a successful career to starting from scratch in your business, and it's taking longer than you'd like, and you're not QUITE a newbie but also not making near the amount of money you want to be making. Maybe you have a successful business but you're at a plateau or have had a setback or are launching something different or new, and now there are more people WATCHING you and it feels like pressure. The messy middle of STRETCHING to a new goal can feel super vulnerable. Today, I'm breaking down why this stage feels so vulnerable, how childhood experiences might make it even trickier, and what you can do to move through it with more ease. Being a newbie/in growth mode is HARD but it's also rewarding when you see that LIVING BRAVELY is part of what makes entrepreneurship fun. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur
Visit today's blog post here. When I moved out of my parents' house after my divorce, I lived in a 350-square-foot studio—not just to save money, but because it felt safe. It was small, in my control, and I could sleep near my kids. And STILL, I bought an extra lock for the door. That's how fried my nervous system was. My sense of safety was shattered. I knew I was overreacting in a way—but I LET MYSELF, because that's what made me feel safe. And I'm so glad I did - because that's what helped me feel safe enough to take the ACTION that made me feel long term safe. In this episode, I'm sharing what that season of my life taught me about safety, control, and trusting yourself as you navigate change—and how these same lessons translated into growing my business. If you're struggling right now, the answer isn't to make it harder. It's to make it simpler, easier, and more supported with community. More than anything, I hope this week's episode gives you permission to see that I am SUPER imperfect—but I still let myself make a lot of money along the way. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur

But here's the thing: I don't know a single business owner or woman who hasn't made a money “mistake”. It happens to ALL of us, and they're a normal part of growing and learning in business (and life). I want to talk about them to help release the shame we often carry. In this episode, I'm sharing my story and some of the situations I've helped other women navigate—from acquiring business debt, to buying a course you're disappointed by… and more! Megan Walsh, a client of mine and holistic trauma therapist and coach, is on the podcast today and you're going to be SO inspired by her beautiful story and her courage as she scaled her business. In our conversation, we talk about what it takes to go from 1:1 therapy and/or coaching to a one to many model. For her first launch, her goal was to sign eight to 10 clients, but she ended up signing 19 clients just with the group – not counting the 1:1 coaching offer that she also created. If you want to learn more about the method that she used to launch her program, you're going to love my FREE 20 minute workshop where you'll learn how to get your next five paying clients with one simple strategy. In this workshop, I outline the exact strategy and hold no secrets back when it comes to the exact strategy that Megan used. This is also the same strategy I use to grow my business. If you want to learn more about Megan and her work and the amazing impact she has with her clients on healing their childhood trauma and helping them thrive in their life, you can find those links below in the show notes! You'll hear: How Megan chose her niche and message as a holistic trauma therapy and coach (and how Sell with Heart helped her overcome obstacles in doing so) The BTS of Megan's first launch after going viral (and with a bare minimum sales page) and how she balanced it all with her in-person practice and motherhood How Megan created margin in her life and managed her time as she was going through her launch and why asking for help is a necessity What it has been like for Megan post-launch and how she has felt affirmed and grounded in the program itself while visualizing what's to come for future rounds The learning curve that Megan has experienced moving from 1:1 therapy to 1:many group coaching and how she ensures she still feels connected to each person individually The process of Megan creating a 1:1 offering too and how she separated this from her in person therapy practice (while making sure it was still legal) How Megan learned to trust herself with her new income, hire the support so that she can scale, and why all women deserve multiple income streams –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast is produced by Heart Centered Podcasting.

Visit today's blog post here. I'm so excited for today's podcast where I'm introducing a topic that I've brought to several of my clients, whether they are newbie entrepreneurs or have scaled to six figures and beyond. I've been introducing this concept to them and it's really been resonating, so I knew I had to bring it to my community – it's what I call the beginner's mindset for experts. I really feel like at the start of our business, a lot of our success comes from unashamedly having a beginner's mindset, right? Often when we are trying something new, we have nothing to lose, right? When we are starting our business or getting visible, it is hard, but it's not that hard because the stakes are lower since there's some grace given to beginners. For example, I remember when I was first starting salsa dancing, I was grateful of the fact that I was a newbie because I knew I couldn't be judged for my bad dancing skills since I was inexperienced. Also, this beginner's mindset is what helps us be brave and take action and get good results and/or data. But I think we lose a little bit of our edge or our willingness to be a beginner as we advance in entrepreneurship. Before listening to this episode, I want you to think about a few things… What would it look like for you as an intermediate, as an advanced entrepreneur, to have a beginner's mindset and how would it change the game in the results you get? Okay, let's dive in! –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast is produced by Heart Centered Podcasting.
Visit today's blog post here. Hi friends, many of you know I recently went on a 10-day international vacation as a single mama with two littles and I've been asked so many times how I did it – how do I balance work and life? I have this concept I call working light. In my Sell with Heart mastermind, my clients fill out a document that helps them scale their business that's called Take a Break, and I realized I've never really talked about this on the show, so I'm so excited to introduce this topic. At the beginning, after leaving my full time job and then through divorce, I created this business model out of survival, but I hope that you take it on just because it's useful. I'm going to talk about two different types of time you can take off in your business and, again, introduce this concept of working light and advocate on why it's so important to master this concept of working light and how I feel like it's really transformed not just how I'm able to take vacations and breaks, but also how I'm able to feel consistently positive about my work in general. I'm sharing a journal prompt toward the end of the episode, and I'd love to hear what you write and coach you through any blocks that come up. I can't wait to hear from you! –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast is produced by Heart Centered Podcasting.
Visit today's blog post here. Today I want to talk about a highly underrated six figure entrepreneurial business skill, and that is the healthy escape. I am so excited about this episode because this is a conversation I've been having with multiple of my six figure and multi six figure clients, and I just feel like we don't talk about this enough. If you are growing your business to six figures and/or beyond, we have to have this conversation. So I'm going to share a little bit about my own journey and I hope you walk away with some aha moments, but it really is this idea that YES, we want to love our business; YES, we want to work hard when we are working; YES, we want figure out how to be more productive in those hours; but I find for a lot of my clients, this just happens most naturally that they are more passionate in their business, they are more productive in their business, they end up selling more, and manifesting more money when they have healthy escapes. So let's talk about it. –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast is produced by Heart Centered Podcasting.
Visit today's blog post here. Friends, I could not be more excited about today's episode. I have my beautiful friend Stephanie Chastain with me today. Stephanie is the owner of Infinite Ireland Travel Co. where she meticulously crafts meaningful Ireland itineraries around immersion, authenticity, and comfort. She is someone that I've been connected with in the online space for years now, and I've always admired her work and her travel expertise but I really wasn't in a season of being able to do a lot of traveling myself, so I never got to see her business from the inside. However, now that things have changed so much for me personally, I finally got the chance to work with Stephanie as I traveled to Ireland with my two children. She massively supported me in creating a kickass itinerary and my trip wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without her. So we had a fun idea around her interviewing me so you can hear about my experience traveling internationally because I've received a lot of questions about that. But then I am going to interview her about her business in case you've been thinking about hiring a travel planner for Ireland or something related. I hope this is really fun for you to tune into! –– Connect with Anna on Instagram: @heartcentered.entrepreneur The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast is produced by Heart Centered Podcasting

I think there's two types of people in entrepreneurship… those who are very good at planning out their days and then (people like me) those who think they can get 19 tasks done but in reality can probably knock out 4 of them. In this episode, I'm sharing a few tips for us really ambitious women who are ready to scale their business but may be feeling stuck in the messy middle and need a helping hand out. I'm going to talk a bit about my day to day and how I prioritize the tasks that need done, taking risks as you scale, celebrating your wins and a few things in between. After listening, hopefully you'll feel confident in knowing what direction to put your ambition. If you want more direct support, the waitlist for my 6-month mentorship, Sell with Heart, is waiting for you!
