Through her work, she provides both suicide prevention trainings as well as mental health first aid trainings which equip adults with the knowledge and information needed to notice the signs and symptoms of a mental health crisis. She also works on the receiving end of Alameda County's 24/7  crisis line and can provide some insight into what it's like to call a crisis line.
