COP 26, the conference, is over. The work though only really begins now. The boy has gone and got himself a hat trick! Sam Tyrer is officially the first person to get his own dedicated 3rd episode on this show and I can't think of anyone more deserving! I was a touch reluctant at first... last time I was in a school I was being bullied daily! Now I visit 5 schools each half term to deliver this message. Helping teenagers to understand better their mental health.

But Sam also takes these projects elsewhere and is committed to helping change things when it comes to men's mental health.
