Life looks very different when you're a Stay at Home Dad or a S.A.H.D.. You can have feelings of a societal letdown, being left behind, and not living up to the expectations of being a man. We talk about life after a miscarriage for a dad, support groups for dads, dad groups, At Home Dad Con, and much more. Brock grew up in Huntington, IN, and has lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the last 20+ years. Brock has been married for just over 16 years to your wife and two kids: a boy and a girl, one just finished 4th grade and one 1st grade; he is active in his church and Christian, and he organized and continues to run a dads group locally that has weekly and monthly hangouts, and is also a semi-avid cyclist as his schedule allows him to be. What does it mean to be a dad to Brock? It means I have two mirrors walking around me, showing my insecurities and pushing me to be the best dad I can be, but they know I am not perfect, which makes life easier to be a parent.
