Today I am joined by the one and only Super Bowl Champion, Michael Robinson. In this enlightening episode, we're peeling back the layers of the NFL to uncover some hidden truths. We kick things off with The Dolphins vs Bills where the Miami Dolphins didn't just take a beating; they got completely exposed. Josh Allen and the Bills have thrown a curveball into our assumptions, and it's time to rethink everything we thought we knew. Which NFL teams are truly overlooked and underrated? But hold onto your seats, because Mike Robinson has a secret weapon - it's not just about mathematics; it's Mike-ematics! Eight NFL teams are sitting at a precarious 1-3 record. The odds might not be in their favor, but Mike has spotted a dark horse ready to defy the statistics and make a stunning playoff run. Brace yourselves, because the answer might just shock you. We then shift our focus to Lamar Jackson and his impressive performance despite the Ravens' 4-0 record. Mike uncovers why Jackson is even better than the numbers suggest.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

HOUSTON OVER BUFFALO(12:32) Buffalo breakdown: Josh Allen made us say “WOW!” with a variety of emotions. The offense couldn’t quite get the job done. Where do they go from here?(31:37) Houston breakdown: Deshaun Watson made us say “WOW!” and it was usually positive, saying hello to JJ Watt and goodbye to the MNF broadcast team, a quick “We Fix the League” about being mic’ed up, and family connections.TENNESSEE OVER NEW ENGLAND(48:29) Shoutout to punts. Where will Tom Brady go? Is the dynasty over? Ryan Tannehill used to play wide receiver. Andre feels bad for Trent Dilfer.MINNESOTA OVER NEW ORLEANS(1:13:38) The Saints lost. What were they thinking? Talkin’ OPI. Playing the blame game with Drew Brees and Sean Payton. The Vikings continue to confuse us. A nod to special teams coaches.SEATTLE OVER PHILADELPHIA(1:30:30) A game full of storylines. Listen up kids, and even if you aren't a kid, buckle the f*** up like some Barnes & Nobles self help book. Bright yellow cover. Size 18 font on the pages. New York Times Bestseller. Never have expectations. Bury all hope. Go into everything blind and neutral. You'll never be let down. Things are better this way. It’s Week Eight in the NFL. In this episode, we dream of Fridays of cold beer, tailgates, and short jean shorts, that fade into Sundays of the Texans trying to outscore the Raiders (20:00); Josh Allen doesn't play back to back bad games and especially doesn't against a clipped Eagles' pass defense; 49ers playing down by ten desires; and the Browns are dumb and the Patriots are smart.
