How does Planet X tie into prophesy and the end times? Doug Elwell’s eye opening research will bring this question some answers. Fallen angels, the Anunnaki, giants, the Sphinx and the Star of Bethlehem all may be connected to the mysterious body, on an elliptical orbit, which is to likely return every couple thousand years “to herald a new age of mankind,” The greater threat from X is not the planet itself but may be the asteroidal debris that sweeps in with it and can impact Earth. Dedicated to propagating the knowledge of the soon-coming Christ and the heavenly sign that will precede his return, Doug Elwell refers to Matthew 24:30: “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” The search for this heavenly sign is the search for the truth about the Creation, Nativity, and End Times, and how they are all tied together by the mysterious Planet X.

http://runningafever.com Loving my life is a full, whole life thing. I can't just decide one day not to love my life. So how do I love my life when events make it seems unlovable. I think some of it is just down to habit and mantra. I used to think affirmations were bunk. Saying something doesn't make it true. But I don't think that anymore. If I say something enough times I start to believe it, whether it is a negative or positive thing. Habits are hard to break. We are built for habit. If you make something a habit it becomes an integrated part of your life, and then it becomes harder not to do it. Think about the big picture. When I think of my whole life, one day of some stressful things at work is not that big of a deal. It also helps to keep a list of the things I am grateful for, the things that are the manifestations of my love of life. Love is a choice, so make that choice. All I did was choose to love my life. A new workout plan. I've gone from walking daily to walking thrice weekly, to now taking a long walk about once per week. I've starting putting in cardio and strength training during the week. The cardio should help lower my blood pressure, which is still not in a good range. I also have a workout parter, which helps with motivation. I am getting tired of chili for lunch and I am concerned that I might be tempted to eat something unhealthy at a restaurant. So I am researching recipes to provide some variety.
