"The body is the battleground." Soul family, we're gathering today for another special episode. We're joined by a man who impacted me and my life profoundly during my time in the United States, more specifically at Sacred Sons Convergence 8. Today I'm speaking with Hunter Toran. Hunter was the tribe lead of the 'Hawthorne Clan' in which I was a part. The way he led and facilitated this experience for me and all other men was nothing short of deeply moving and profoundly impactful on various levels—emotionally, spiritually, physically. Hunter is a registered ISMETA movement educator and therapist, a Level II Spatial Dynamics Practitioner, and Practitioner of Biomechanics. With over 10 thousand clinical and teaching hours, and a lifetime of somatic exploration, Hunter shapes unique programs to assist individuals in overcoming pain and expressing their best selves in their personal and professional lives. In my opinion, he is a poet—someone who understands the subtle realms of life like very few. He is able to read souls and the land that surrounds him in a highly sensitive way, and I've learned so much from him. Hunter lives with his wife and three children in Seattle, Washington.

On this episode of Communicate for Good, Erica and her guest, Crispin Spaeth, discuss the parallels to their work when it comes to energetic language and how body language is a large part of our nonverbal communication. Crispin discusses her work with the Integrated Alexander Technique and how it can be used as a full self approach for identifying the beauty of our human design and its intrinsic relationship to competence, connection and freedom. Her integrated approach helps clients identify how we can (including insights and practical, physical actions) bring a greater intentionality to our movements and in turn our work. As leaders, this work is important for the purposes of authenticity, connection, and energy to ensure there is an energy alignment between your intention and what you want people to know, feel and then do.

Ismeta Dervoz might not be the most famous name among Eurovision fans, but her love for the contest is huge and her adventures within it are numerous and really, really exciting. It started in 1976, when she as the lead singer of the Yugoslavian group Ambassadori might have been the only artist to date to perform without any makeup on, due to an Italian mishap. She later switched careers to work as a journalist for radio and television, and when Bosnia and Herzegovina became independent in 1992 she was the one who made sure that the new country took a place on the world stage by participating in Eurovision.Given the circumstances, this was no easy task though, and the stories she tells us about those first years sound more like the plot of a James Bond movie, with a lot of help from generous people all over Europe.Since then she served some years in the Bosnian parliament, and nowadays she is an activist and works to get her country back into our beloved Eurovision.Legend: Ismeta Dervoz from AmbasadoriSong: Ne mogu skriti svoju bolHost: Emil LöfströmContact: emil@schlagervannerna.seInstagram Facebookhttp//www.eurovisionlegends.se See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
