"Every saint is just a sinner who hasn't quit."Beloved family of the podcast, welcome to another episode! Today, I'm speaking with Bridget Boren. Bridget is a spiritual teacher and speaker who specializes in energy healing, emotional release, and teaching the art of letting go. A former Silicon Valley executive, she left the corporate world to train with her father learning the lost art of spiritual healing. The experience so transformed her life that she dedicated the rest of her career to teaching and aiding others on their spiritual paths. She is based in California where she leads an international spiritual counseling business. I stumbled across Bridget's profile on social media and as the saying goes "The eyes are the portal to the soul." and so they have for me and Bridget's work. I sensed a resonance with her energy and teachings and decided reached out. I personally really resonated with Bridget's transition from being a corporate executive to now spiritual teacher. Together we explore themes of spirituality, personal growth, and the connection to nature. Bridget shares her journey from a corporate career to becoming a spiritual teacher, emphasizing the importance of acknowledging one's energy field and the healing power of nature. We discuss the significance of being seen and valued, both in human interactions and in the natural world, and how pain can lead to profound personal transformation. I also really like Bridget's holistic approach to health and her understanding of masculine and feminine archetypes. I'm excited to hear what it does for you.

"The archetypal forces still speak through us."My beloved podcast family, welcome to another episode. My heart bursts open with love and excitement for the release of this gem of a conversation that went into the very depth of our existence and all the nuanced and subtle realms of the human experience. That is with my guest, Igor Kufayev. Igor is an artist, Advaita Tantra teacher and founder of the not-for-profit organisation Flowing Wakefulness. He has been serving as a conduit of transmission for awakening, towards the new era of heart-centred consciousness for over two decades. Born in Uzbekistan and classically trained in art from a young age, the one-time student of the St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts enjoyed an international art career by his mid thirties living in London. After stumbling across his work on Instagram, I felt something drawing me into a conversation with this modern mystic and man of presence and integrity. There's something undeniably magnetic about Igor and I wanted to explore who lives behind the timeless wisdom of his sharings on social media and beyond. This is a deep one, folks. I gained entirely new perspectives on frequently discussed topics on the podcast such as surrender or masculinity. Igor has a very unique, eloquent and elegant way of observing and articulating his view on these topics and it has been nothing short of amazing and enriching to speak to him. I would love to hear what it does for you. Move well out there.

Today, we have the pleasure of hosting Anton, a Yoga teacher, mens work facilitator, mindset coach, devoted husband, father, and son. Anton's ability to guide people through movement is something I experienced firsthand and was struck by from the get-go. I was deeply impressed by the ease and depth of Anton's knowledge and experience in the fields of Yoga, movement, flexibility, strength, and so much more. In this conversation, Anton and I explore the world of Yoga from his very own and unique perspective. We dive into the alternative (and maybe a little more critical) way of looking at the ever-so-famous Yoga tradition, talk about the concept of stability vs. fluidity in life and in our body, the comfort crisis, purpose, and much more. I really enjoyed speaking with Anton and his strong energy and presence. I admire his firm stance in life and how straight-forward and to the point he is. And so, I'm even more excited about what you'll take away from this conversation.

Luke's ability to hold space and genuinely connect with his guests is mesmerizing. From the moment I began listening to him speak and pose questions, I found myself fervently jotting down notes. His presence in the world is truly extraordinary—gentle, purposeful, and beautiful. It was an absolute honor to share time and space with Luke, delving into topics such as the therapeutic power of nature, the essence of manhood, and the profound journey of fatherhood. We also explored the art of holding space for those in need. Luke's words and his work have deeply moved me, and I can only urge you to explore the offerings he provides. Thank you for being here. I love you.

"The planet is one living organism." Soul family, we're back with a mind- and heart-blowing episode today. I'm speaking with British-Venezuelan scientist, author, and ecologist, Dr. Stephan Harding from Schumacher College in Dartington Trust. Stephan was born in Venezuela in 1953 and came to England at the age of six. Since childhood, he has had a deep fascination with the natural world, and his scientific mindset led him to pursue a degree in Zoology at the University of Durham, followed by a doctorate on the behavioral ecology of the muntjac deer at Oxford University. There are very few people alive today who have comparable insights into the fields of deep ecology, Gaia, and the spirituality of nature, which made this a truly special conversation. I'm humbled and deeply grateful to have shared space with Stephan and to have him share very personal lessons, insights, theories, and experiences of his own interactions with nature, spirit, and everything beyond. I know that as a species, we're facing a lot of challenges right now, and that's why I believe this episode is even more valuable and important to share. There's hope—the answers lie within each one of us.

"I'm not your healer. Come on people, start looking within." Hello dear podcast family! This week we're diving deep into the topics of sex, pleasure, intuition, tantra and one of my favourite divination tools: Theta Healing. Today I'm speaking with Franziska Block aka franziflows. Franzi is a Theta Healing practicioner, tantra- & yoga teacher and a writer & poet. After checking out Franzi's work online, I was amazed by her charisma and knowledge around the deeper questions and topics of life. Shortly after we've connected, I went on a Theta Healing session with Franzi and believe me when I say that it was nothing short of transformational. This work is so deep, powerful and profound - it's really amazing. In this particular conversation, we went deep into the mechanics of Theta Healing and how this beautiful work can help you to reconnect to your true essence. Of course, we touched on much more including relationships, love and self-love.
