In this podcast we talk about the challenge of “delivery beyond time and budget and specifically the role of the trusted adviser”. Not so long ago, when it came to delivery, project managers were wedded to the classic iron triangle of cost, time, and scope - from which you could achieve one, or two but not all three.Today's modern clients want more. Meeting or beating the cost budget and time schedule is a given – their new demand, and the challenge for those working for them, is for greater economic and social return from their investment. To understand and discuss this issue and how it might be achieved, my guest today is Patricia Moore, Managing Director UK at global consultancy Turner & Townsend. Given that she runs a team of over 4000 expert professionals who work with clients to improve project delivery across and range of markets, she will be well placed to offer us a viewpoint.ResourcesTurner & Townsend website

• ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆https://linktr.ee/jacksonlibon---------------------------------------------------#facebook #instagram #youtube #twitter #tiktok #love #instagood #follow #like #ouy #oyu #babyshark #lilnasx #girl #happybirthday #movie #olive #garden #menu #deviance #autotrader #trading #khan #academy #carter #carguru #ancestry #accords #abc #news #bts #cbs #huru bluebook #socialmedia #whatsapp #music #google #photography #memes #marketing #india #followforfollowback #likeforlikes #a #insta #fashion #k #trending #digitalmarketing #covid #o #snapchat #socialmediamarketing #bhfyp
