Royal Ascot 2026, reviewed through advanced sectional data. Total Performance Data analyst Adam Mills joins In The Money Media's Peter Thomas Fornatale to break down the meeting's biggest performances — finishing speeds, top speed, stride length and stride frequency — and what the numbers reveal about the road to the 2026 Breeders' Cup at Keeneland. We dig into the puzzling Queen Anne Stakes and Ten Bob Tony's 50/1 shock, explain exactly what "finishing speed" measures and why US dirt and European turf races run so differently, then turn to the Win-and-You're-In angles: Mission Central in the King Charles III Stakes, Ombudsman's monster Prince of Wales's Stakes repeat, and the gamble of the week — Bacio and Wesley Ward's electric sprint in the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Throughout, the conversation is about cross-form clues: which Ascot winners actually project to Keeneland, and which might get found out around a bend. A must-listen for handicappers, data-driven bettors, and anyone tracking the 2026 Breeders' Cup form lines.
A full-card Royal Ascot 2026 recap. Michael Adolphson joins In The Money Media's Peter Thomas Fornatale to go race by race through the meeting — the winners, the tough beats, and the cross-form clues that point all the way to the 2026 Breeders' Cup at Keeneland. From Ten Bob Tony's 50/1 shock in the Queen Anne to Mission Central's King Charles III Stakes win, Bow Echo's gutsy St James's Palace, Ombudsman's monster Prince of Wales's Stakes repeat, Scandinavia's stretch duel in the Gold Cup, Venetian Sun in the Commonwealth Cup, Precise in the Coronation, Almeraq's 25/1 Jubilee, and the American story of the week — Bacio and Wesley Ward in the Palace of Holyroodhouse — plus the Norfolk and the next generation of juvenile sprinters. Michael breaks down where each of these horses might land on the road to Keeneland, which trips suit, and the Win-and-You're-In picture across the meeting. Essential viewing for handicappers, bettors, and anyone following European Breeders' Cup form lines through the summer.

In this episode of Voices of Care, we are joined by Paula Sussex CBE, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. This is a timely and deeply important conversation about trust: trust between citizens and the state, trust between patients and the NHS, and trust that when something goes wrong, people will be heard, the truth will be told and the system will learn. Paula discusses the mission of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, the importance of patient voice, the role of complaints in individual redress and systemic improvement, and the new PHSO strategy to help turn complaints into a catalyst for better public services and NHS commissioning. The episode explores why complaints should never be dismissed as noise, but understood as vital intelligence about safety, dignity, fairness, communication and public trust. Paula also reflects on NHS commissioning, regulatory gaps, duty of candour, avoidable harm, technology, and the need for patient voice to be heard in the design of services.

The revelation of hidden correspondence shared between major NZ polluters and a private email account of someone working in the Prime Minister's Office has sparked a spiralling scandal. Why were the emails not revealed when any such correspondence had been specifically requested if it existed? Were key law changes made specifically to end a high-profile court case against these polluters? How could the government's failure to provide such emails not be in breach of fundamental transparency rules? And what else might be hidden? The Greens are now asking the Ombudsman to expand his investigation into the emails to use the full breadth of the powers availableto him to determine what has gone down. And this week the government walked back their plan to fund an import terminal for Liquid Natural Gas with a levy, or tax, on Kiwis' energy bills. While the policy is still going forward, how it will be funded remains an open question. And following the energy shock caused by the US war with Iran, the Greens highlighted their support for Rewiring Aotearoa's Ratepayers' Assistance Scheme to provide cheap loans for installing home solar systems, which they say would make widespread solar uptake accessible to more kiwi's, lowering energy bills and increasing energy security. So for our weekly catch-up with the Green Party, Host Manny spoke with MP Ricardo Menéndez March about the ongoing scandal over the government's missing emails and energy policy.

This episode of Permission to Speak Freely Podcast is dedicated to retired Command Master Chief Shay Robbie Farnsworth. Her influence helped shape careers, strengthen Sailors, and remind people what real leadership looks like. She poured into others, stayed connected long after transferring, and remained someone whose guidance and support never stopped mattering. We honor her life, legacy, service, and the countless people she impacted throughout her career and beyond. Fair winds and following seas, Command Master Chief Farnsworth. No guest pod. Let's go. Damo starts with smoke for Tyra, Aaron, and Damon (kind of). The guys talk about the realities of podcasting, not making any money from it, and why there's still no donation button. Iceman season is officially here, so the crew takes time to review the album while revisiting old debates about Kobe Bryant and whether Drake belongs in the top five music artists conversation. The conversation moves into the Kevin Hart roast, whether comedy should still be considered a sacred space, and what happens when culture changes faster than the jokes. The guys also finally catch up on life outside the podcast. Damo talks about heading back to California with the family, Damon gets flowers for his squadron's recent accomplishments, and the crew shouts out Charles Johnson for taking another major step with the launch of the Bump Serum. Other conversations include: - jewelry in uniform - SCPO/MCPO results - the viral barracks fight video - cars stopping for colors - the abrupt exit of John Phelan from the SECNAV office - Ombudsman of the Year recipients - Project Compass - changes to CPO initiation - SAFETALK and ASIST requirements - executive orders regarding psychedelics - President Trump's trip to China - Damon's random leadership questions - Damo introducing a new game The episode also features a deeper leadership discussion after a retired Master Chief asks how senior leaders are expected to promote policies they may not personally agree with. Later, the guys respond directly to a listener frustrated with the podcast's coverage of toxic Chiefs and leadership accountability. Highlighting Our Heroes returns with recognition of J. Paul Reason, while the crew also discusses the legacy of Medgar Evers during Picks of the Week. Aaron brings back his “Quote of the Week,” has a #DoBetter for Damo, and much more is discussed throughout Episode 189.

Poplatky v našom zdravotníctve sú takmer zakázané. Napriek tomu pacienti zaplatia na poplatkoch ročne stámilióny eur. Štát tu dlhé roky zlyháva a pre neriadené a vysoké poplatky ľudia radšej ani nejdú k lekárovi. Ombudsman vyzýva vládu a parlament aby situáciu parlament vyzýva aby situáciu v ambulanciách riešil.

AI Kills 10% of Jobs at META. Pentagon Fires Stars and Stripes' Ombudsman. GTFO ICE. Prince Harry Goes to Ukraine—Trump Craps on Him. Friday Football: Draft Weekend. Corruption is the top topic, and it's bleeding into the ranks. A Fort Bragg special forces sergeant just got indicted for using classified intel to bet $400,000 on Polymarket about the Maduro operation. The acting secretary of culture war, Pete Hegseth, is leaking on Signal, firing 21 generals, and floating "no quarter" from the Pentagon podium. Three carrier strike groups are now stacked in the Middle East. NATO allies are being threatened with suspension. And Trump is openly contemplating federal troops in Chicago, New York, and beyond. This is what a sucking chest wound looks like — and the bleeding isn't stopping. Paul sits down with author, filmmaker, and combat journalist Sebastian Junger for a no-BS conversation about the question every American needs to be asking: will the military follow illegal orders? They walk through the murky chain — from a tactical nuke on Tehran to American troops on the streets of Cincinnati — and land on the real circuit breakers that remain: Chairman Dan Cain, the 21 fired generals, and an Angry Middle that still trusts the 82nd Airborne more than it trusts ICE. Plus the GTFO ICE campaign, the firing of the Stars and Stripes ombudsman, the 20,000 abducted Ukrainian children, and why removing Hegseth is the winnable fight right now. -WATCH full video of this episode here. -Ditch your expensive carrier and support Independent Americans!
