In 2022, Alton told his wife he was going to win the lottery. She didn't believe him.Months later, he scanned his ticket and saw the words “Big Winner.” He had just won $1 million. In this episode of Lottery, Dreams & Fortune, Alton shares the full story — from the emotional low point earlier that year to the unexpected certainty he felt before the win. He explains the intuition, visualization, and “aura” he experienced, the intense verification process, what he did with the money, and why he believes he will win again. Was it mindset? Alignment? Predestined? Or simply chance? This is a grounded, honest conversation about belief, luck, and what happens before — and after — a life-changing moment. If you choose to play the lottery, always play responsibly and never spend more than you can afford to lose.
Ephesians 1:1-14 (ESV)Andrew and Edwin discuss Paul's prayer of praise at the opening of his letter to the Ephesians. They propose Paul is highlighting how God chose to bless the Jews, and then how in Christ the Gentiles are added into the blessings.Read the written devo that goes along with this episode by clicking here. Here we look at a story with David -- before he became king -- where God reveals things to David upon request. In this story, we see that God's foreknowledge extends not only to the choices we will make, but also extends to choices we could make.Just another reminder that God's foreknowledge does not undermine our freedom of choice.Job 11:7 KJVCanst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?Related Podcasts:— Some Thoughts on the Doctrine of Free Will— What Exactly is the Great Controversy, Anyway?— Choose Ye This Day— Faith and the Christian Experience— Persistent and Consistent — Prayer Life— The Foreknowledge Conundrum— God's Ways are Not Our WaysRelated Podcasts at TrueWisdom:— Who is Predestined?— God visits Abraham— Decisions, Decisions, DecisionsText UsSupport the showSend questions or comments to: BibleQuestions@ASBzone.comThe Key Principles of Effective Bible Study is a resource which outlines core concepts shown in the Scriptures that will help you to better understand many Biblical themes and doctrines. In this high-energy episode of Pocket Theology, the team dives into the "Battlegrounds" of the mind, specifically focusing on the language of Ephesians 1.The conversation challenges the way we often "under-complicate" or "over-complicate" the Bible by bringing our own modern, individualized frameworks to ancient words. Pastor Jason and the team unpack heavily "charged" theological terms like Blessed, Chosen, Predestined, and Holy, stripping away the dust of religious debate to find a vision of the Church that is far more communal and powerful than we usually imagine. In this episode, we explore:• The Translation Trap: Why the word "Praise" in Ephesians 1 might be a poor translation and how a single word can shift our entire view of worship.• The Individualism Problem: Why we instinctively read the word "you" as "me," and how reclaiming the "y'all" of the New Testament changes our security in Christ.• Redefining Righteousness: Shifting from the "ghost sheet" view of imputed righteousness to a vision of God's Covenantal Faithfulness.• Predestination Reframed: A conversation that moves beyond the Calvinist/Arminian divide to see the Church as God's chosen "Plan A" for the world.• Spiritual Dermatology: An honest look at the "maturity spots" and imperfections of the Church, and why we need the body to truly reflect the image of Jesus. As the team prepares for a new year and new additions to the family, they offer a "prophetic imagination" for 2026—calling the church to stop settling for "warm feelings toward Jesus" and start living into the radical, unified identity of the Body of Christ.Resources MentionedThe Ways of Our God by Charles ScobieGrasping God's Word by J. What are the spiritual blessings that we've been given in Christ? What does it mean to be "conformed" to the image of Christ in Romans 8? Do we need to agree with everything that Israel ever does out of fear of being cursed (Genesis 12)? What does it mean to be unequally yoked? Doesn't Genesis 9 teach that we will be punished for taking a life? How does that reconcile with our forgiveness in Christ? *previously aired

He wrote more than ten books under the solitary pen name Neville, and was a popular speaker on metaphysical themes from the late 1930s until his death in 1972.Possessed of a self-educated and uncommonly sharp intellect, Neville espoused a spiritual vision that was bold and total: Everything you see and experience, including other people, is the result of your own thoughts and emotional states. Each of us dreams into existence an infinitude of realities and outcomes. Allie tackles the explosive hell debate ignited by Kirk Cameron in which he wades into annihilationism, which is a belief that sinners in hell do not suffer eternal torment but will eventually be forever destroyed. She contrasts it with the traditional view of eternal conscious punishment, exploring Scripture's imagery of destruction, balancing God's characteristics of justice and mercy, and referring to key theologians, such as John MacArthur, John Stott, Edward Fudge, J.I. Packer, and many more. At the end of the day, sharing the gospel to all unbelievers is the most important because separation from God is horrific. O Lord, I want to be like Him. God, help me to be more like Him every day. I know that I am not what I need to be, but I am seeking Your word and trying to be like Your Beloved Son, who gave His life for me. Father, bless Him! Bless the name of Jesus because it is by this name that I am blessed, chosen, predestined unto adoption, and have been accepted into Your presence.
NAME, IMAGE, & LIKENESS John 4.3-42 Dr Gordon Dabbs Jesus doesn't stretch us because He enjoys watching us squirm. He challenges us because He wants to transform us into the people we were always meant to be. That's the deal. N.I.L. • Name: God announces… Numbers 6.27 (ESV) “So shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them.” • Image: We are… Predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son. Romans 8.29 (ESV) • Likeness: We are called Christians, literally, “little Christs.” Acts 11.26 Here's the thing. Until a person accepts that they are broken and there is NOTHING they can do to fix themselves, they won't hear this as good news. But once I understand I'm created by God to bear the image of His Son, the lifelong adventure begins. Romans 8.28-29 (ESV) And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. I pray that this message series has helped you see what the Lord is doing through the discomfort… how He is shaping and molding you. John 3.16 (ESV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 4.3-7 (ESV) He left Judea and departed again for Galilee. And he had to pass through Samaria. So he came to a town of Samaria called Sychar, near the field that Jacob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob's well was there; so Jesus, wearied as he was from his journey, was sitting beside the well. It was about the sixth hour. A woman from Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” John 4.9 (ESV) “How is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) She sighs… “Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait on the Messiah to come some day and clear all of this up.” John 4.26 (ESV) “I who speak to you am he.” John4.39 (ESV) Many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman's testimony. There are few things that stretch me… that pull me out of my comfort zone… like the love of Jesus. He loves the immigrant… and the ICE agent… the MAGA hat guy and the vegan barista with the composting toilet. He loves the influencers and the invisible. Highland Park… and Hamilton Park. Hebrews 1.3 (ESV) He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature. What do you think? Can you say yes to the N.I.L. deal and refuse to love like he loves? John answers that bluntly. 1 John 4.7-8 (ESV) Whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God…Subscribe to PRESTONCREST - with Gordon Dabbs on Soundwise

Last week, we received this question: "I have a question that has been keeping me awake at night. If god predestines people to hell for his glory, is he still good? I understand that hell exists as the ultimate absence of God and as the final form of giving people over to sin. However I don't understand how god can allow sin to exist, knowing that he is sending his children to hell." In this bonus episode, you'll hear Marc's answer to this question. He grew up in Barbados and moved to the United States of America as a young adult. Neville Goddard was perhaps the last century's most intellectually substantive and charismatic purveyor of the philosophy generally called New Thought. When you realize this, Neville taught, you will discover yourself to be a slumbering branch of the Creator clothed in human form, and at the helm of limitless possibilities.Neville's thought system influenced a wide range of spiritual thinkers and writers, from bestselling author Dr. Joseph Murphy to Rhonda Byrne and Wayne Dyer.He has inspired and continues to inspire millions of readers around the world.* * *SOCIALS:• Neville Goddard Newsletter• Neville Goddard Telegram• Neville Goddard Instagram• Neville Goddard Threads• Neville Goddard Twitter• Neville Goddard YouTube* * *ABOUT THE COURSEUnlock God Mode is a transformative 30-day course designed to accelerate your journey towards greater wealth, love, and success through a deeper understanding and manipulation of your reality.
