She was the perfect mom helping out on the PTA, coaching softball & baseball for my children's teams, volunteering at their school, working book fairs, etc. She was lucky to be able to work on the weekends so she was a stay at home mom. Her daily life was all devoted to her children and she loved every minute of it.         However, in 2019, she moved out of her exes home and bought a home about half-a-mile away.     Since then, she has been dealing with custody issues. With approximately 35 petitions filed since May of 2020. Also, her daughter and son have been WITHHELD from their MOTHER several occasions for a variety of time periods, a holiday, an overnight, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and the longest was almost a year. Her family has been involved in Family Court for almost 8 years.       In January 2022 Rael realized what was going on. Since then, she did EVERYTHING she could to learn about PARENTAL ALIENATION.      Rael goes to virtual support groups and has been involved in other valuable self care. Part of her self care is HELPING OTHERS. She luckily got connected with Dr. Petra Deeter & Claudia Ovalles. They have been legislating in several states and we are helping other parents know and advocate for their rights regarding Custodial Interference. Rael also is working with a group of parents in her state, along with several other states to have Custodial Interference laws amended to be clearly defined, amend concerning issues in Kayden's Law, file new legislation for Custodial Interference and getting the current law ENFORCED.     We discussed Custodial Interference and how to advocate for your rights and how to legislate. #006 - Join us for an incredible conversation on Medicine & Magic with the Witching Herbs with the amazing Seed SistAs Karen Lawton and Fiona Heckels of Sensory Solutions. In this powerful episode, the Seed SistAs guide us on a walk down the plant-lined paths of the Witches Garden and share a window into how we can develop deeply loving and respectful relationships with what are traditionally known as the poison plants and witching herbs. Throughout our conversation, I experienced feeling transported through the layers of time into ways that we as humans have been in deep relationship with herbs for many hundreds and thousands of years. So powerful! We first recorded this interview for the Plant Spirit Herbalism Summit, and it was such a gem of a discussion that I wanted to share it with you here. Tune in for the Seed SistAs' fun, hilarious, and very real journey in this interview on what it means to re-story our relationship with the natural world through sensory herbalism, creative eco-activitism, and walking in deep relationship with the Earth. The Seed SistAs are Karen Lawton and Fiona Heckels (they/them), authors of The Sensory Herbal Handbook and founders of herbal education community project, Sensory Solutions Herbal Evolution. Combining medical training and years of clinical practice with a passion for plants, imagination and creativity, their teaching gives people more autonomy in their health by connecting them with their local medicinal plants and the magical nature of the green world. You can find them on IG @seed_sistas and www.sensorysolutions.co.ukFor more info please visit IG @multidimensional.nature and www.saraartemisia.com
