La plateforme est en train de s'imposer comme un futur leader de l'industrie musicale mondiale ! TikTok c'est cette plateforme qui était inconnue en France il y a un encore an. Cette plateforme qu’on disait réservée aux enfants il y a encore 6 mois. C’est ce réseau qui fait fureur auprès des 15-20 ans qui postent et partagent leurs vidéos de playback et chorégraphies et qui suscite beaucoup de curiosité pour les plus de 30 ans. TikTok en quelques chiffres 500 millions d’utilisateurs actifs par mois 150 millions d’utilisateurs actifs par jour en Chine 4 millions d’utilisateurs actifs D'après une étude Hootsuite - we are social : En 2019, les utilisateurs Français passeraient en moyenne 40 minutes par jour sur la plateforme. Alors que l’on passerait 27 minutes par jour sur Instagram selon une étude Emarketer. 38% des 11-14 ans déclarent avoir un compte TikTok 13 millions de vidéos publiées chaque jour Un truc qui cartonne: les vidéos Youtube de best offs TikTok // Quand on a testé TikTok la première fois en Octobre on a pris un bon coup de jeune dans la tronche. On s’est dit au premier coup d’oeil que cette plateforme avait un vrai atout : la créativité. Sur Facebook ou Instagram tu peux toujours te montrer créatif en faisant de jolies stories ou des posts photoshopés, mais sur TikTok, c’est toi que tu mets en avant et il faut avoir du rythme. TikTOk, la plateforme que les grands tentent d’imiter : En début d’année, Facebook a lancé lasso, un échec Instagram intègre sa fonction « Lyrics » aux stories et propose du TikTok pour les grands Sueco The Child Pour bien comprendre comment TikTok s’impose comme un leader dans l’industrie de la musique il faut étudier de plus près la trajectoire de Sueco The Child Il créait de la musique pour différents types de contenus sur Instagram. Et un jour il tombe sur la musique « Old Town Road » le morceau Country trap de Lil Nas X. Le morceau cartonne sur TikTok les jeunes américains se déguisent en cow-boy et lancent leurs chorégraphies en playback ! Ça cartonnent et propulse le titre en tête du Top Billboard ! Sueco se rend compte alors qu’il n’a pas besoin de trouver des supports pour sa musique, les utilisateurs de TikTok le feront pour lui. Du coup Sueco poste son morceau « Fast » sur la plateforme avec une vidéo et demande à un ami skateur de faire une vidéo avec le son. Petit à petit le morceau devient viral et est de plus en plus utilisé. Notamment les 15 premières secondes ! Aujourd’hui il existe 3,2 millions de vidéos sur TikTok avec ce morceaux et ça donne 16 millions de stream sur Spotify ! Après avoir percé sur TikTok, il a signé un très gros contrat dans le Label Atlantic et se lance dans une carrière solide ! Chaque époque sa plateforme Chaque plateforme social de musique a eu son heure de gloire : Youtube avec la danse de SouljaBoy « Superman » Puis on a vu Vine et ensuite Soundlcoud s’imposer, il semblerait qu’aujourd’hui soit venu le temps de TikTok. On a vu émerger de cette plateforme de nouveaux artistes de Trap : Lil Nas X, Sueco The Child et Supa Dupa Humble. TikTok a un fonctionnement intrinsèque avec ses challenges qui poussent à la diffusion de morceaux et d’artistes sans même avoir besoin d’avoir une grosse communauté. TikTok met en avant l’utilisateur et pas l’artiste, mais c’est aussi grâce à ça que la musique de l’artiste se diffuse aussi bien ! Le côté ludique de la plateforme permet aussi de créer des communautés éphémères de jeunes qui se retrouvent autour d’un morceau peu importe où ils vivent ! C’est une vrai force d’arriver à créer des communauté aussi simplement ! TikTok fait les tube d’aujourd’hui ! Après « my feelings » de Drake c’est maintenant « Old Town road » de Lil Nas X et Billy Ray Cyrus qui se retrouve en tête des classements. L’histoire de Old Town Road Un producteur de son Hip Hop qui s’appelle YoungKio tombe sur un son d’un groupe de rock qui s’appelle Nine Inch Nails. Ce groupe de rocks a aussi produit de la musique de film notamment. Mais ce qui intéresse YoungKio c’est que toute la musique du groupe est en Creative Commons donc libre de droit ! Il peut donc utiliser leur son à sa guise. Il sample un son de Banjo mélancolique et puis ajoute un beat Trap par dessus. Quelques arrangements plus tard, il poste ça sur sa chaîne YouTube. A l’autre bout du monde, aux États-Unis, Lil Nas X télécharge ce son et enregistre son morceau "Old Town Road". Le morceau devient virale sur TikTok avec le challenge où tu te déguise en cowboy ! Le morceaux fait son entrée dans le classement Billeboard de Country, mais Billboard décide que ce n’est pas de la country et le sort du classement ! C’est là qu’arrive le père de Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, une star de la country qui décide d'enregistrer un remix du morceau avec sa voix... Le morceaux devient cette fois ci numéro 1 au classement Billboard tous genres musicaux confondus ! Une plateforme musical TikTok TikTok réfléchirait à lancer sa propre plateforme de streaming musical, en se penchant sur le marché mondial et notamment les pays émergeant comme l’Inde. TikTok est une plateforme mondiale et elle permet une mondialisation des écoutes. Les maisons de disques et Label commencent à se pencher sur le marketing possible sur TikTok ! Les plateformes influencent les formats Les plateformes changent même la manière de produire ! Netflix a transformé la production de contenu en production épisodique. Youtube en vidéo de 5 minutes. TikTok va peut-être transformer la création musicale en morceau de 15 ou 30 ou 60 secondes ! Et pour les marques Partenariat entre uniqlo et TikTok - Juin 2019 Uniqlo, l’enseigne japonaise de prêt-à-porter a choisi de s’associer à l’application chinoise TikTok. Cette collaboration a lieu dans le cadre de la dernière campagne Uniqlo pour le lancement de sa nouvelle collection UT qui a l’habitude de rendre hommage à la pop culture contemporaine. Sur TikTok, le compte @uniqlo.tiktok demande aux clients de partager des vidéos vêtus d’un t-shirt Uniqlo UT sur la musique officielle de la campagne. Il est également nécessaire d’utiliser le #UTPlayYourWorld pour avoir une chance d’être sélectionné.  La campagne dure jusqu’au 11 juillet Dans le prolongement de sa campagne « Share a Coke », Coca a utilisé une mécanique où les utilisateurs se filmaient avec une canette de coca. La marque a créé le hashtag #ShareACoke pour inviter les utilisateurs à se filmer buvant un Coca-Cola. Ce sont 1 million de vidéos qui ont été partagées via le hashtag.
