Jen Rhines won 5 NCAA titles, was part of 3 NCAA championship teams and has been a professional runner and adidas athlete for 20 years. She made the 2000 US Olympic team in the 10,00m, and also qualified for 2 other Olympic games, competing in different event on each of her 3 teams. Contrary to what’s considered normal she ran her personal best between the ages of 33 and 36. Jeff Scot Philips was the CEO of a health food manufacturing company, has worked as a fitness professional & nutritionist, and is the author of Big Fat Food Fraud.
