He's back! Coach, author, podcast host and veteran, George Bryant rejoins on me this incredibly honest and raw episode. We touch on his life story, but also how he has hardened and retooled his mindset to find happiness. We discuss life lessons, being parents, negative self talk and finding gratitude in a life of chaos. George is a super successful and happy entrepreneur, but his life was most certainly not always that way. He was born in an abusive household where his mother was addicted to cocaine. George was also sexually abused and raped by two women as a teenager which led to his struggle with bulimia. George swung the pendulum the opposite way by joining the Marines for 13 years, where he pushed his body to the limits, nearly losing his legs to compartment syndrome. After being told he wouldn't run again, he ran a triathlon and tied the world record for the highest box jump in Afghanistan. After losing numerous friends to suicide and suffering PTSD, George found relief after visiting Costa Rica and trying ayahuasca. After that experience, he started to rebuild his life, writing and photographing for NYT Best Selling cookbook and becoming an entrepreneur. He started to work with some of the brightest minds in the world and has helped coached others tap into their potential, but personally and with their businesses. George is also a loving dad, which he describes as the day that truly changed his life forever, and the first time he's ever felt what love really was. Get ready for a wild and emotional ride with coach, author, podcast host and veteran, George Bryant. I met Brian at my friend George Bryant's LBA event a couple years back. His words gripped my soul and changed my life. Over the past 2 years we have become good friends and have supported each other journey. This is an episode you won't want to miss. There is a sleeping giant in every human. Brian's purpose in life is to awaken those giants within and turn them into legends by helping them grab what they believe is just out of their grasp. Brian is a heart surgeon without a blade. He does not start outside with what you need to DO, he starts inside with who you ARE. In a world that is disconnected, Brian is revolutionizing how individuals, leaders, and entrepreneurs deeply connect with their authentic selves to achieve the best version of themselves. At just 7 years old, Brian was faced with a traumatic injury that most of us can barely even imagine. He was run over by a truck and his left arm was severed from his body. After years of intensive rehabilitation and over 24 surgeries, Brian has a deep lived understanding of how physical, emotional, and mental pain can keep people buried, regardless of what their initial trauma was. His belief that everyone's story is as important as his own is what makes him one of the most accessible, relatable, and authentic individuals you will ever meet.  As a human behavior and performance coach, speaker, and business strategist, Brian disrupts the normative approach on how to create sustainable growth and lasting change personally and professionally. His philosophies on "how to embrace pain to avoid suffering," "scanning the can," and "waste to wealth" have helped individuals and companies discover and activate their limitless potential. Brian and his team lead with intentionality as they are driven by their vision to impact over a billion lives as quickly as possible. Brian is a proud Phoenix native and even prouder father of two children with his beautiful wife. Being a dad is the most significant part of his life, which helps Brian understand and effectively coach clients to find their best work-life integration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Home - Brian Bogert

You see the guy in the first picture was broke and working hard in a factory 7 days a week. Going to McDonald's was a big deal for us then. I understood the working hard, I just had not learned yet you work hard to build your dreams not others. That you have to level up skills wise and learn a process that will make you money consistently and without a cap. Now there are months I make more than I did in a year just being a hard worker. Now you may be saying well I don't have a process like that? Well I did not either 18 years ago when I bet on myself. I took a calculated risk and honestly failed miserably. I was making a little more than in my factory job doing in home sales. It was the right vehicle but my skill level was not up to par.So I had to learn the process. I started reading books like rich dad poor dad, sell or be sold by Grant Cardone. I listen to YouTube trainings on sales. I started to fail forward. All while on a 100 percent commission job with two littles and a hot wife to support.Over the next 10 years my skills improved and I moved into a job where you sell over the phone instead of in person. Totally different skill set but one I fell in love with. Again I kept leveling up listening to Ed Mylett and Jordan belfort. I was making more for sure but had not broken that 6 figures barrier. Then as I thought I was doing amazing making money and some month over 30k the job I was doing did not work for me anymore. I ended up taking another sales role and my money went from over 100k to 48k for the year. Now most of you would of given up here. I was at the top doing great only to crash back to earth. At this point I almost quit. I was on food stamps, driving Uber and had a sales job that did not pay. I came close to a nervous breakdown. I was drinking and just trying to survive. This is where having the right partner in your corner matters. My wife believe in me even when I did not. She encouraged me to take another role this time door knocking for cable. At first my pride got in the way. I was like I was closing millionaires and now I am going to sell TV.Yet some times you have to listen to wisdom and humble yourself. I took the job as a out fromWhat I was doing. It was nights and weekends and I banged 100 doors a day. I was determined to provide for my family no matter what. I never stopped learning now I was listening to Impact theory and Gray V. Deep down I knew I was called to do more. After a year of door knocking the opportunity I have now open up. I took a role for a new position at Spectrum Enterprise in 2018 as a inside salesman. In the first full year I qualified for president circle, I did it again the next year. I was like I may be on to something here. My income was way pass 100k and closing on 200k. I was a top seller for a fortune 100 company year after year. So in June of 2021 I went to a event inWhitefish Montana. I invested 3000 into myself. Which lead me to meeting my dear friend George Bryant who encouraged me to start my podcast The 150K Podcast. They are right it's the process not the outcomes that get you to your goals. You need a system that will pay you consistently over time. Don't give up on your dreams even if it feels like the world is falling down. So much good has happen since I bet on me. This is just the start of my story. What do you want out of life. What do you love to do that you can level up in? Are you willing to bet on yourself to win? The second pictures are the last trip my company paid for me to go to in palm beach florida at a 5 star hotel with a ocean veiw.

George Bryant, a New York Times best-selling author, Marine, and highly sought-after digital marketing expert, aims to help entrepreneurs ethically scale their business through his trademark Relationships Beat Algorithms™ model. George and I jam on building your future, getting honest with yourself, and finding what works for you, not for Gurus. Really defining what it takes to make life happen for you not to you. You'll Learn: How to find what works for you How to work on your relationship with yourself How to focus on building relationships How to invest in the right community How be gentle with yourself “The reason most people struggle is if the lesson that they learn doesn't hurt bad enough, that forces the perspective that you question the actions that led you there. You'll eventually end up repeating the same. So that's why it happens until you get a perspective it hurts bad enough where you realize the pain that that action actually caused, whether it was in your business, your bank account, your relationship, your friend, whatever that was. But the catalyst that forces the behavior change is the one that really, really sticks because then you realize the behaviors you did, you're like, I can never do those again. And so then you're like, okay, cool. What's the other option? So it forces you to think of those future behaviors, right?” - George Bryant Connect With George https://mindofgeorge.com/?fbclid=IwAR2EwLMPLPyFHwF0s09LC6h4sDKGTCte9FWHTWD2yoWPGSbdXvYfFDX1zVs Top Recommended Resources: www.thewinnersparadigm.com Now Sponsored By My Fit Life   DISCOUNT CODE: TWP20159  For 20% OFF https://myfitlife.net/?ref=3Ogi6ygr  Thanks for Rocking With US! On February 6, 1996, three men dressed in black fled in a white car after robbing and murdering George Bryant and Oscar Bridges at Bryant's home in Kansas City, MO. Bryant's 4 year old daughter was present and survived unharmed. Bryant's daughter told police she was watching TV when men came to the house in a white car. Her father let them in and while they were in the kitchen, she heard a gunshot. She said her dad fell and tried to run but was shot again. Police received numerous anonymous calls that named 10 men as suspects, including Ricky Kidd. Detectives conducted a questionable interview of the 4 year old girl where she identified Kidd as one of the killers after some strong suggestions were made to the impressionable little girl. Ricky was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
