What if money stress isn't about budgets… but about whether your body feels safe receiving? On Healthy Mind, Healthy Life, hosted by Yusuf, we explore money mindset through nervous system regulation—without hustle culture or performative positivity. This episode is for anyone who's driven but exhausted, ambitious but anxious. You'll learn small, grounded ways to approach money from calm, rewrite inherited scarcity stories, and redefine success without sacrificing your health. About the Guest: Alyssa Simpson works at the intersection of money, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and sustainable success. She shares practical tools to shift money from fear to felt safety. Episode Chapter: 00:05:28 Money stress as a safety issue, not a numbers issue 00:07:01 “Act like a billionaire” (regulated, not reckless spending) 00:09:37 The biggest money mindset misconception: time-for-money 00:13:05 Why we stay “comfortable with pain” vs. abundance 00:15:41 “Money dates”: regulate before checking finances 00:17:00 The “eggs” example: tracing money beliefs to childhood 00:23:52 3-2-1 grounding + gratitude as a reset Key Takeaways: Create a “money date” ritual (treat + calming environment) before reviewing finances. When anxiety spikes, ground: 3 things you see, 2 you hear, 1 gratitude. Identify one money belief and ask: “Where did I learn this?” Practice “acting as if” with posture, routines, and choices—not overspending. Write a present-tense letter about receiving a desired amount; notice your body's response. Stop comparing: your money story is personal, not a competition. SUMMARY: In this episode of Ops Experts Club, Aaron and Terryn break down what separates "flash-in-the-pan" visionaries from leaders who build long-term, sustainable success. They unpack how trends can fuel short-term growth, but lasting impact comes from choosing a large enough target market, designing a clear customer ascension path, and avoiding one-and-done offers. Using Dr. Dharius Daniels as a case study, they highlight how strong audience alignment, thoughtful offer progression, and public recognition of customers who level up can drive both loyalty and conversions without aggressive selling. The conversation also covers the importance of limiting chaos through strategic (not constant) pivots, using customer feedback to refine offers, and building confidence in one's position in the marketplace. Aaron and Terryn emphasize that sustainable visionaries don't chase every trend or partnership—they form intentional alliances that expand reach while staying aligned with their brand and audience. The core takeaway: long-term growth comes from clarity of niche, disciplined iteration, customer-led improvements, and partnerships that compound value over time. #140: [Inside the Mind] Craig Domann: Play the Inside Game to Become Elite (Build an Elite Performance Mindset)

The Scratch Golfer's Mindset

Most golfers think performance is a two-part equation: talent + hard work. Craig Domann says that's exactly why so many players stay stuck—because when results don't match effort, they start hunting for shortcuts: a new driver, a new swing coach, a new "hack" to finally feel confident. But Craig's worked with 300+ NFL athletes and coaches over 30 years, and he's seen the real separator up close: Mindset is the multiplier. Not the motivational-poster version of mindset—Craig means your story, your standards, your ability to play an inside game (you vs. you), and your capacity to detach from outcomes when the moment gets loud. This conversation is a blueprint for anyone chasing the next level—on the course, in business, and in life—especially if you've ever felt behind before you even tee it up. In this episode, you'll learn: Why mindset is the missing variable that lets you outperform your "expected" ceiling How your inner story shows up in "Olympic moments" (first tee, final holes, big meetings) The difference between playing an inside game vs. outside game (and why 90% get trapped) Why "going all-in" requires vulnerability—and how fear of judgment keeps you small The hidden enemy of elite performance: comfort, convenience, and entitlement How to use detachment to access flow when stakes, money, or validation creep in Craig's P5 framework: Preparation, Practice, Pit Crew, Preview, Process Get your pencils ready and start listening.  Apply for 1-1 Mindset and Performance Coaching: Click here to apply to work with me. Your "Olympic moment" story is the real story: what you tell yourself when you're outdriven, on the first tee, or protecting a lead is what determines execution. Self-belief is built on self-love: most people carry years of "trash" and scar tissue into every round unless they learn to release it and rewrite the narrative. Elite performers play an inside game: less comparison, less social-media validation, more "me vs. me" autonomy and self-trust under pressure. Going all-in is the true price of elite: it's vulnerable (like showing your cards in poker), and most people avoid that exposure more than they want to win. Detachment unlocks flow: counting money, accolades, sponsors, or "what this means" creates interference; "nothing to lose" is why comebacks happen. Comfort competes with success: entitlement and convenience justify skipped reps; rest matters, but it must be scheduled intentionally and paired with proper pace. Key Quotes: "When you add your God given ability, plus the training and the hard work you put in, and then your mindset, you can actually outperform what people think you should be able to do." "The story that shows up in those Olympic moments… is the story we tell ourselves." "It's belief in love. It's self-belief and self-love." "They have the uncanny ability to play an inside game instead of an outside game." "To truly be elite, you've got to have the courage and the guts to go all in with no safety net." "The best place to reside is to be in the uncomfortable zone." "The story you tell yourself needs to be on that billboard… because that's your swing thought." After experiencing burnout and a life-changing spinal cord injury, Luca redefined leadership for himself. Blending his engineering mindset with mindfulness and emotional intelligence, he now leads with clarity, courage, and purpose.Vibrant Highlights:00:02:33 — Vibrant culture is positive energy directed toward progress. Energy spent on fear, politics, or self-protection drains results. Culture puts people at the center and aligns behavior around shared values.00:14:00 — Courage is required to move beyond people-pleasing. It is better to fail on your own conviction than succeed while betraying your values. Fear-based leadership wastes energy and undermines performance.00:22:00 — Culture drives measurable business results. After implementing shared core values, structured communication, and EOS, on-time delivery improved from 51% to 91%.00:24:20 — Training is an investment, not a cost. Skipping development to “save time” only postpones problems. Investing in people strengthens retention and long-term performance.00:35:30 — Coaching in and coaching out requires clarity. I had such an experience with a colleague of mine with whom I was working on a highly contentious legal situation. It was high-risk and, to me, it seemed like there was very little gain. Nonetheless, it was my duty. I had to deal with it. Because the person had—not just because he had a lot more experience, but because he had practiced equanimity in his life—and luckily I was partnered with him in the project, I noticed that going into every conversation, he remained equipoised and only dealt with the facts at hand, without becoming overly anxious about the outcome. I noticed that he did this over several months. He just showed up. The way I described it to others was: 'He came with his lunchbox.' He dealt with the situation as duty. One of the reasons it left such an impression on me was I saw that, ultimately, everything worked itself out. Well, it didn't just 'work itself out'; the ongoing negotiations helped, but there was a favorable conclusion at the end. I had thought about the way in which this person had conducted himself through the whole process. I had also heard, in the context of a dialogue I had heard, when somebody was asked, 'Aren't you nervous or afraid?' and he said, 'Why would that help? Would it help if I became more nervous or overly concerned, or would it help if I just did what I could with what I have right now?' So, oftentimes, there's a palpable result in remaining equipoised: doing one's duty without becoming overly concerned with the result; doing what you can with what you have now. I mentioned these three features: one is it tends to de-escalate conflict; another is that it invites collaboration; and the third is we're able to make clearer decisions without becoming biased. Because we want to see a particular result, we deal with what we can in the moment, and that emotional regulation—which equanimity could be described as—becomes contagious. Have you ever been in a dialogue with somebody that's close to you? Oftentimes, as I've heard and experienced myself, if you're close to somebody day-to-day—maybe even live together or travel together—and then you have a conversation, emotions can flare. But if one or the other remains equipoised in the conversation, then it tends to spread to the other person as well. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=launch2025 ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=launch2025 https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=launch2025 https://thefourquestionsbook.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=launch2025 ------------------------------------------------------------ Join us live on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FanTheSpark/ Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sound-bhakti/id1132423868 For the latest videos, subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@FanTheSpark For the latest in SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/fan-the-spark ------------------------------------------------------------ #successsadhana#spiritualawakening #soul #spiritualexperience #spiritualpurposeoflife #spiritualgrowthlessons #secretsofspirit

John Rizzo joins Mark Graban to discuss why sustainable improvement depends on empowering people — not command-and-control leadership or short-term value extraction. Links and more:  John is a senior executive, investor, and change leader who has led transformational improvement efforts across manufacturing, healthcare, retail, services, and nonprofit organizations. He is the author of Creating Value: Empowering People for Sustainable Success, a book that deliberately avoids Lean jargon while describing a holistic continuous improvement business system rooted in humility, listening, and people development. In this episode, John shares lessons from Wiremold, private equity–backed companies, and healthcare organizations, including the powerful “six-inch move” story that shows how small acts of listening can unlock trust and transformation. The conversation explores what real empowerment means (and what it does not), why leaders must shift from firefighting to developing problem solvers, and how organizations can create lasting value for employees, customers, and owners. This episode is especially relevant for CEOs, executives, managers, and internal change agents looking to improve results without burning out their people or relying on command-and-control leadership.

Along the way, she shares practical tools she uses to keep projects moving when the semester gets chaotic, including a Kanban approach and structured accountability. Finally, she talks attention and technology: reducing social media and phone distraction, and helping students become AI-capable without cognitively offloading their education. High-masking ND grind burning you out? In this episode of Adulting with Autism, host April tackles sustainable success for neurodivergent high-achievers with Garrett Wood, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach/clinical hypnotherapist/executive functioning specialist and founder of Gnosis Therapy. With 18+ years helping masking professionals (autism/ADHD), Garrett's A³ Framework (Assess, Accommodate, Align) bridges nervous-system needs/environment demands—focusing on sensory intelligence/bio-budgets/emotional regulation/core beliefs/attachment/values/executive functioning to end boom-bust cycles. Key insights: High-masking exhaustion: Socialization gaps (hiding "not okay" parts); safe environments reduce friction—authentic self without danger. Sensory intelligence: Preferences/thresholds (too much/little stimulation); interoception (body cues like hunger/anxiety); accommodations (headphones/compression/breaks/sensory backpack). Bio-budgets/time under tension: ND shifts (16-18 hrs masking vs. NT 4-5 hrs); small reps/recovery (car breaks/garden/dust books) prevent overload. Autistic vs. NT burnout: Intensity/scale difference (ND extreme effort); recovery longer (6-7 months vs. quick)—focus well-being (not grit/willpower myth). Hypnotherapy: Self-hypnosis (daydream state for mindset/social/sleep); practice positive experiences (e.g., anxiety scenarios going well). A³ for control: Assess needs (triggers/supports), Accommodate (e.g., oils/masks), Align (values as guardrails); early overload signs (tension/shutdown). Workplace/young adults: Advocate (ROI from inclusion); trial/error (hot/cold days); natural responses (eat/move/sleep) over deadlines. For autistic/ADHD young adults/entrepreneurs in masking fatigue, Garrett's vibe: "Sustainable success through well-being—not expense." Free resources at gnosistherapy.com. Each day of our life, seeds are being intentionally and unintentionally sown into our hearts which either produce the fruit of faith, or fear. This is important because the results you experience in your life are based on faith or fear. Faith that is acted on produces success; and fear creates inaction, which produces failure. Thus, most of us are experiencing wild swings in emotions, various degrees of success, and frequent periods of failure. If we want to get off this roller-coaster ride, then we have to control the seeds we allow into our hearts. Listen to today's Daily Word to learn more about this concept and discover how to control it for sustainable success.           Partner with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com/partner Connect with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com __________

Chasing external success but hitting ND burnout walls? In this episode of Adulting with Autism, host April explores personal mastery for neurodivergent high achievers with Jerry Henderson, creator of The Personal Mastery Framework™, author/speaker/coach/Personal Mastery Podcast host. Trained at Harvard in human behavior/neuroanatomy/resilience/habits (MBA Global Business, Master's Psychology in progress), Jerry helps trauma survivors (like his own childhood/burnout/imposter journey) blend IFS/NLP/positive psych for emotional resilience, limiting belief rewiring, and whole life success—beyond grind to clarity/peace. Key insights: Mindset pillar: Reframe fixed to growth (stress mindset, CBT for shame-driven achieving). NLP for beliefs: Anchor positive states, disrupt emotional loops (e.g., "happy button" for anxiety/perfectionism). Whole life vs. high performance: Holistic (relationships/sleep/nervous system) for thriving, not survival. Trauma-informed: IFS parts work (protectors/exiles), curiosity over judgment for resilience (ACEs impact). Habit formation: Start small/stack (atomic habits), align with self-worth to avoid sabotage. Clarity/peace: Intrinsic motivation, self-acceptance—external wins without void-filling. Authentic connection: Vulnerability in safe relationships (one fully disclosing starts it). Burnout fix: Honest self-reflection, ask help; job hopping ignores root causes (toxic patterns follow). For autistic/ADHD high performers in imposter/shame cycles, Jerry's framework (post-$1B philanthropy) sustains growth. Free call/resource at jerryhenderson.org. Adam Pontrelli is a Professional EOS Implementer at Apex Coaching, where he helps entrepreneurial leadership teams use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to gain clarity, accountability, and growth in their businesses.  A retired serial entrepreneur and Founder of AP World Marketing, Adam built a company that developed strategic partnerships with major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. Under his leadership, the firm achieved sustained double- and triple-digit growth, ultimately leading to a successful nine-figure client exit. In this episode… For many business owners, the challenge isn't just building success  — it's sustaining it without burning out. How do you rebuild after major setbacks and design a business that fuels both growth and fulfillment? According to Adam Pontrelli, a retired serial entrepreneur turned business coach, the key lies in embracing structure and self-awareness. He explains that true freedom as an entrepreneur doesn't come from constant hustle but from clarity — understanding your strengths, aligning with the right people, and creating systems that let you step back while your business runs smoothly. Drawing from his own experience of being “kicked out of the nest” twice, Adam highlights how perseverance, peer support, and frameworks like EOS can transform chaos into confidence. His story shows that sustainable success often begins when leaders learn to let go. Tune in to this episode of the Smart Business Revolution Podcast as John Corcoran interviews Adam Pontrelli, Professional EOS Implementer at Apex Coaching, to discuss overcoming entrepreneurial setbacks and building sustainable success.
