For most, the word "Magnolia" no longer conjures up a picture of a flower, but rather the iconic home and lifestyle brand that Chip and Joanna Gaines have built and expanded since the early days of their HGTV show.Today we get to speak with Jarrett Lambo, Head of Programming for Blind Nil, the production company for the Magnolia Network. Rarely will you find a more experiential brand than what Chip and Joanna have created and continue to build. Jarrett plays a major role in taking that real life and delivering it to us on our screen each week.Lambo's journey to working with the Magnolia team is a storied one. As a producer and eventually an executive producer, his filming took him across the globe. He has worked on some wildly varied and successful projects - from shows like Jersey Shore to Average Joe. From America's Got Talent to HGTV Design Star. From Fixer Upper to Magnolia Table.Perhaps as impressive is the surprising to some life decision he and his wife made to leave his high profile career in New York to move to Texas for a more experiential life.In todays episode dive into:-The challenges of taking risks-Chasing what you want at seemingly inopportune times-Working with driven and iconic figures in any field-Deciding on what's most important in life-Balancing a big career with the importance of family.Find Links, Show Notes and more at xperiencechrissuarez.com/jarrettlambo—Explore past episodes: XperienceGrowthPodcast.comSign up for our newsletter here: XperienceChrisSuarez.comIf you enjoy the podcast, please leave us a short review on Apple Podcasts. Noble Alexander was born on February 12, 1934 to Cristobal and Beryl Alexander in San German Oriente, Cuba. He served as an assistant pastor in Cuba from 1959-1962. On March 20, 1962, after preaching a sermon on the origin of sin, he was ambushed and taken to prison where he was tried and convicted of conspiracy to assassinate Fidel Castro, the Communist leader of Cuba. At issue was his sermon, which security forces interpreted to be a veiled reference to Castro’s regime. Noble served over 22 years in prison where he endured hard labor, starvation and lengthy time in solitary confinement. I'm a folklorist and ethnomusicologist who specializes in Irish and Celtic folk music. After returning from living in Ireland a little while ago, I've found myself really missing the trad performances of Irish pub culture and thus, it's really been wonderful to have your Podcast to listen to as a reminder of my home away from home. Part of my career has been seeking out some of the best traditional Irish and Celtic music performers in the DC metropolitan and greater mid-Atlantic, where I currently live and work, and your Podcast has been great in discovering new and exciting artists from all over. I'm currently working working on a compilation of some of the best and most popular Irish Rebel and IRA songs as part of the upcoming anniversary of the 1916 Easter Rising and the significance that such songs still hold for the people of Ireland and their descendants abroad today. Should you ever need any assistance with anything on your Podcast or would like some additional resources, I'd be more than happy to oblige! Keep up the great work! :) Slainte!" Ali Sherief emailed a photo: "Hi Marc my name is Ali I’m a freshman I enjoy your podcast. I’m also a member of the cat lovers podcast and a fan of your Irish drinking songs for cat lovers album and I love listening to Celtic music. It helps me through the near death fight between me and cars while riding the bike and good day from California!"

The hosts noticed a trend over the last few years. Golfers are embarrassed or scared to ask basic questions on social media for fear of ridicule. Prior to this episode they asked for reader questions via email and direct message to answer anonymously on this podcast. If you have golf travel questions that you’re embarrassed to ask on social media or anywhere else, send them to Ian and Graylyn! T&A talk with somatic sex educator and relationship coach Charlie Glickman, co-author of “The Ultimate Guide to Prostate Pleasure” on masculinity in the modern day and prostate pleasure- our resistance to getting it, our resistance to giving it and how to make it the hottest (and most pleasurable) thing you’ve ever done in the bedroom. Show Notes What is Somatic Sex Education? (26:09/30:32) Just as in all other areas of our lives, our sexual tastes change as we get older. (27:20) So many of us tune out or ‘go inside our heads’ during sex-that will inhibit the experience you are able to have. (31:05) How can working with a Somatic Sex Educator be a totally different experience than exploring sexuality with your partner? (32:25) When speaking on Masculinity, Charlie starts with a brainstorm exercise that asks the group to describe the aspects of a ‘Real Man’. (33:10) Over the many years he’s been doing this exercise across all spectrums of society, the results are pretty consistent regardless of the specific group.
