Are libertarians really sticking to their principles, or are they just playing the political game? In this episode, we're getting into some tough questions about the Libertarian Party and the choices they've been making lately. Our guest thinks a lot of libertarians are backing people like Donald Trump and Argentina's President Javier Milei just to stay relevant, even if it goes against what libertarianism is all about. We're calling out the hypocrisies within the Libertarian Party and taking a hard look at the policies of some of the big names they've been supporting. Do these people actually stand for libertarian values, or is something else going on? Our guest isn't holding back, especially when it comes to pointing out the harmful stuff Milei, Musk, and Trump have been up to, and how echo chambers are shutting down real debates in libertarian circles. Then, we take the conversation in a whole new direction: Christian anarchism. Should Christians be rejecting the state altogether and following Christ instead of any political figure or party? We get into this radical idea and what it means for both your politics and your faith. And we're not done yet—we also dig into where the money's coming from in libertarian movements. Are libertarian groups losing their way by taking cash from billionaires and big corporations? Our guest thinks this kind of funding could be selling out the very principles these groups are supposed to stand for. Jeremy Hurewitz's career has spanned multiple sectors and incorporated years of international experience resulting in unique insights and perspectives that he leverages for a wide variety of clients. Jeremy spent the first decade of his career overseas building the media association Project Syndicate while based out of Prague and Shanghai. He spearheaded a business development strategy that saw the association grow from a few dozen member newspapers in mostly Eastern Europe, to a truly global association of over 300 newspapers in over 100 countries. Jeremy grew the staff, established a publishing and analytics practice, and helped grow the editorial offerings from two series to several dozen. During Jeremy's time abroad he also worked as a freelance journalist writing on a variety of topics for dozens of publications around the world. Jeremy continues to write regularly with recent articles appearing in Bloomberg, USA Today, and The Hill. Upon returning to the U.S. after his time overseas, Jeremy settled in New York City and worked for several well-known global consulting firms in the world of corporate security. These companies are staffed by former intelligence officers and Jeremy worked closely with these former spies. He came to notice how good these individuals were at connecting with clients, how quickly they were able to establish rapport and put people at ease and get them to open up. In addition to former spies, his colleagues included former members of the FBI and the law enforcement community, the Secret Service, the military, the State Department, and other government agencies. Jeremy learned unique and impactful skills from all these former government employees, and he began utilizing the methods he picked up. He quickly noticed the tangible difference it made in his salesmanship and his ability to connect with clients. By practicing the same methods that government officials use to develop relationships and overcome a range of challenges, Jeremy was able to achieve some of the biggest and most meaningful sales of his career. Jeremy has synthesized these lessons from government service into the Sell Like a Spy program and works with clients to share these strategies to help them improve their ability to connect with targets, develop creative approaches to close deals, and overcome challenges.   Connect with Jeremy Website - https://www.selllikeaspy.net/about LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jhurewitz1 Connect with David Public Website: www.davidihill.com Real Estate University: www.realestateuniversity.club  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/davidihill/  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidihill 20-Minute call: https://www.davidihill.com/strategycall   FACEBOOK COMMUNITY Please follow and join my Group- https://www.facebook.com/groups/ptmastery/

It's time for us to have an uncomfortable conversation. The porn industry is often talked about as making the internet, being described as the true early adopters. And that may be the case, however, what has been the legacy of that pornification? In this episode we invite Jeremy Lipkowitz to talk Porn Addiction and the impact that it is having on our lives. Jeremy is a coach and mentor to people working their way through Porn Addiction, and is a recovering addict himself. As such he is able to shed light onto a problem that for many people hides in the shadows. He reveals the shame, guilt and self loathing that one can find themselves struggling with because of watching too much porn, as well as the impact it has on our relationships. He also shows how it is possible to overcome these issues. Jeremy is speaking to us in this episode because he wants to shine a light on this issue so that we can find a way of talking openly about something that carries a lot of stigma. A couple programming notes: since the call is between the US and South Africa, there is a bit of delay between when I ask the questions and when he answers them. That means putting systems in place, especially with getting leads and conversions. Jeremy is a world-class marketing expert and leader that has led multiple companies to the Inc 5000 and the Inc 500 award. Jeremy takes a very different approach to how he does marketing for companies. We live in a world where people are so consumed by their traditional, busy lifestyles and don't prioritize showing kindness and empathy toward one another. Our guest today is someone who has made it their philosophy and mission to make kindness cool, empathy popular, and compassion commonplace. Dr. Jeremy Goldberg, behavioral scientist, author, speaker, and mentor, joins us today to talk about his mission for kindness, empathy, and compassion. Throughout today's episode, we dive deep into how the traditional definition of men leads to social issues, why we need to have more kindness, empathy, and compassion towards one another, and tips and tricks for getting things done and successfully achieving life goals.Jeremy starts the discussion by sharing his thoughts on what inspires and influences him the most at the moment. We also talk about the book he's writing, the inspiration behind it, and the main focus of the book. Getting into deeper topics, we talk about how most men don't prioritize self-love and taking care of themselves. We dive into the social and cultural factors that contribute to this behavior and how to avoid it. Another issue that affects many men is that the traditional definition of manhood does not leave men with much room to express their emotions and vulnerable moments. This can lead to certain emotional issues among men and, in some cases, violence. We dive into why men's tears should be normalized and how we can guide young boys to adopt a healthy, mature expression of masculinity.Jeremy's brand, Long Distance Love Bombs, was inspired by a fascinating experience of kindness and empathy. Jeremy talks about that moment from years ago and how it ultimately led him to start his unique movement. Another area we focus on today is getting things done. Many of us come up with new ideas, goals, and other things we want to achieve, but we often struggle to start and get things running. Jermy talks about why it's hard for many of us to start something new, how we get the kickstart we need by starting small, and how to break a big process down to baby steps in order to prevent ourselves from losing interest. Resources:Connect with Dr. Jeremy:Website: longdistancelovebombs.com / dr-jeremygoldberg.comInstagram: @longdistancelovebombsMentioned in the episode:To Be a Man by Robert Masters: robertmasters.com/book/to-be-a-manFeeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David D. Therefore it seemed perfect for Jeremy to be my  second guest to Art Seeker Island. Jeremy is a painter and graphic designer, living and working in Oxford, UK. Dividing his creative output between design and an evolving contemporary artist practice. His design background has influenced the development of his visual language, which seeks to marry dynamism and friction with the beauty and imperfection of the contemporary world. Of his work, Jeremy says: “I'm interested in the potential contradiction of responding to the fast-paced contemporary world with an older, slower technology – paint. But the marks left by my brush on the work's surface which are discernible on close inspection are important signifiers of the possibilities which painting still holds to respond to our present times.” Jeremy's Three Artists Artworks for Company on Art Seeker Island are:By a woman : Fiona Rae @fionarae_studioOf cultural significance : Utagawa HiroshigeA free choice: Christo ClaudeLufi's Library Book Swap:Borrowing: Insects of the Worldly Walter Linsenmaier (bright in. The Art of Authenticity & Overcoming Laziness Dr Jeremy Goldberg is a wonderfully unique and wholly interesting and refreshing human. This episode represented one of many ways a conversation between us could have gone. A self-confessed ‘Recovering Scientist” - Jeremy spent years working on not only preventing Climate Change, but how we actually change people’s behaviours in order for that to happen on large scale. He has an immense love for the planet, and for life. And that is evident even in 5 minutes in his company. In this episode, we start there, on his history in studying behaviour change, and we wander into how this has then impacted his own life in changing some old behaviours, and the beliefs underlying them, that haven't served him so well in the past. We explore his own experience with codependency and how one of his biggest areas of growth has been in relationships and stepping away from trying to fix his partner's feelings because it was the only mode he knew. That and it helped negate his own discomfort in more awkward feelings.  With that part alone there is a lot for you to take away from this episode. We also explore how this then has become one of his core ways of being - doing hard shit. And how even this isn’t about some noble way of being better and winning personal development, but simply because he’s lazy. Just some of the realness that Jeremy brings to literally anything he does. It’s always refreshing and fun to speak with him, and I hope you’ll get that from this conversation too. Be sure to share this with a man you think could benefit from it and enjoy Jeremy take on things. Let me know you’re listening to is - tag me on social media - and if you haven’t yet, please leave us a review on Apple Podcasts - it can take you two minutes but help me massively to get this in front of more men who may just resonate with something that facilitates monumental (or small) change in his life.   Mike’s main lessons/takeaways: Jeremy’s zest for life is infectious. I literally think fo his every time I see wildlife (follow him on social media to make more sense of that). He brings his unique, light, engaging, and down to earth style to everything he does, including this episode. Beyond the actual content we cover, I think the takeaway for me is in how Jeremy chooses to relentlessly, and lazily, live his own life.   Contact Info for Jeremy Website: http://longdistancelovebombs.com/ ‘Do Hard Shit’ program Instagram: @longdistancelovebombs  Podcast: https://anchor.fm/longdistancelovebombs   ‘Other Ways To Consume this podcast’  iTunes Spotify YouTube (coming soon) Transcript (coming soon)   Get Involved: Subscribe to podcast on Apple Follow on Spotify Sign up for Mike’s LEGENDAILY Texts to help you with a daily shot of loving straight talk direct to your pocket Explore Mike’s Better Partner Project 4 week Accelerator Course in Relationships for Men

Please enjoy this reboot of: D is for Dice   D is for Dice Hi everyone!  Welcome to the A to Z of Sex.  I'm Dr Lori Beth and I am your host.  We are working our way through the erotic alphabet one letter at a time.  Just a reminder this podcast deals with adult content, so if you don't have total privacy, you might want to put on your headphones.  Today the letter is D and D is for Dice.    Joining me today is Jeremy Fraser, originally a Londoner to kiwi parents - now living in New Zealand. Serial entrepreneur, partner to Lauretta, surfer and road biker, step-father to 1 and if all goes to plan, a freshly minted father to my own in 7 months' time. He started Dalliance Adult 12 months ago and initially fell randomly into the adult dice niche as there was an opportunity on Amazon to create a product that was much better than all the cheap shite that was already on there. Now we have copycats galore.  He wanted to stay away from all the same-same tacky plastic bondage gear and sex toys that have flooded the market.  He soon realised there was a market for upscale adult products from a company that genuinely cared about their customers and their relationships with their partners.   As you can see from our website and FB page, our mission is to re-ignite relationships that are staling and to help folks develop love and trust with their partner, through content we generate and games and toys that we curate.   We talked about sex dice, the difficulties in creating intimacy and getting relationships re-ignited after you have been in them for a long time.  We talked about how ‘ordinary' couples can find it really difficult to talk about sex and Jeremy said that men particularly find this difficult as they don't want to upset their wives or hurt their wife's feelings.    We spoke about how sex can become routine or boring, how life can get in the way of an exciting sexual life and how things like sex dice can be used to bring some new energy into that part of the relationship.  We talk about laughter and light heartedness as part of intimacy and how often people find this a problem.  Again games and sex toys can be used as a way to introduce some laughter and light energy.   I asked about his views on pornography and he spoke of how so much is available on the internet for free and that this can desensitize people to sex and might mean someone is not interested in their partner because sex is seen as so ordinary.  I pointed out that I thought that this really wasn't the issue but rather it was the expectations people had as a result of what they were watching that could be a problem.    I asked about what is coming up for his company.  He said the next item is a really beginner BDSM set with instructions.  He said that information on new products can be found on the Facebook page and on the website.    Jeremy highlighted the fact that they also produce content to try to help couples to get re-engaged in their sexual lives.   To get in touch with Jeremy: Website - www.dallianceadult.com FB fanpage - Relationship Tips 'n' Trix (https://www.facebook.com/relationshiptipsntrix/)   Thanks for joining me for the A to Z of SexÒ this week. Jeremy Slate is the founder of the Create Your Own Life Podcast, which helps entrepreneurs live the lives they know they were meant to. He studied literature at Oxford University, specializes in using online social networking to build an offline relationship, and was ranked #1 in iTunes New and Noteworthy and #26 in the business category. After his success in podcasting, Jeremy Slate and his wife, Brielle Slate, founded Command Your Brand to help entrepreneurs get their message out by appearing as guests on podcasts. ----- I’m so grateful that you’ve joined me here today. I’m Kelly Hatfield, and as always, my goal is that you’ll walk away from this episode with one strategy, idea, or insight that inspires you to take action in your professional and personal life. I know you’re going to get that from Jeremy Ryan Slate. Jeremy and I talked about how being a guest on podcasts can really pay off. Let’s face it: being a regular guest on podcasts is a major time commitment, and as business leaders, we don’t have the time to waste on things that aren’t going to add value to the bottom line. But podcasts give you access to people’s lives in ways that you’d never have before. Because people listen to podcasts when they’re driving, working out at the gym, etc, they don’t have to be sitting down at their computer in order to find you. Not only that, but when you make a guest appearance on a podcast, you get access to the host’s built-in audience. So then, as business owners, we have to ask…if being on someone’s podcast gives us access to more people, how do we monetize being a guest so that it grows our businesses? Jeremy has a great strategy for that. His business is built around helping entrepreneurs monetize their podcast appearances by creating value and building relationships. In the episode, you’ll learn how to offer listeners of podcasts value both in your interview and long after it’s complete through strategies like building a value-adding email sequence. He’s even offering you a checklist for how to be a great guest — absolutely free! Click here to download it. Being a guest on podcasts is one of many ways to market your business, and Jeremy’s strategy is a great reminder that it’s foolish to go into any of them without a solid plan. How you are going to add value has to be top of mind in any marketing strategy, and once you’ve added value, you will be able to convert those people into customers. Thank you for listening today! D is for Dice Hi everyone!
