Bates is grateful for the chance and said the draft process has allowed him to rediscover a lost joy for the game. Tiger typically doesn't play the week before a major championship unless he has to. Can Tiger get competitive and ready for the British Open after just coming back from surgery? The trio wrap up the segment talking about the United States' unfortunate exit at the World Cup at the hands of Belgium.  Steve Eubanks, Global Golf Post, calls in to talk to the team about Tiger Woods' chances to play well at the British Open. In his blog, Steve talks about how Tiger looked lost at the Quicken Loans National where he missed the cut. Jeff talks to Steve about how the way Tiger is approaching the major after being off after a surgery. In the past Steve says that Tiger would usually be grinding to get back to the top of his game after being off. But this week he is actually on vacation. Global Golf Post covers the world of golf. Steve says if there is a course you need to put on your bucket list, it needs to be the Greenbrier. Jeff mentions that of late no one who has had the 54-hole lead in the Greenbrier has went on to win. Terrie Purdum, Florida Golf Central Magazine publisher, talks to the duo about what's going on the world of golf. Terrie talks about the launch of Turf Life this past week. Terrie and her team have come up with the slogan that is similar to Salt Life that you see all over the automobiles traveling in the Central Florida area. Florida Golf Central Mag covers a lot of charity tournaments.  Each week Jeff Shain writes Turf Talk for PGATour.com and interviews the course superintendents at each PGA Tournament throughout the season. When he won in 2012 and didn't followup with great play and more wins, you wondered if it was a fluke.  But now that he has won 2 of the past 3 Masters you have to rethink his "travel" over the past few years. Holly and Bob talk about the Masters ratings without Tiger and how significant the drop off in viewers was this year. There were great stories there and great weather but the ratings are discouraging. They also discuss the toughness of this year's course and the pin placement. Todd Lewis, The Golf Channel, calls in from Hilton Head to talk about the Masters and the upcoming RBC Tournament. Todd feels that if Bubba drives the ball as well as he did in the Masters every week he's going to be tough to beat. Holly feels that Bubba's round Saturday was very telling because he didn't play his best but he knew he could play better. Todd says that he has stopped doubting Jordan Spieth.  His age, his experience, nothing is going to cause him to doubt him any longer. His passion and emotion help drive him to be successful. Todd feels that he is going to be a Major champion multiple times and the only problem he might have is handling all the demands put on him.Holly and Todd also talk about Jonas Blixt and how well he plays and putts.  Todd also talks about Harbour Town and the RBC Heritage this week. Players voted it the #2 favorite tournament to play behind Augusta. Todd says you don't have to be long off the tee to win it. It's a shot shapers tournament. Damon Hack, Co-Host of Morning Drive on The Golf Channel, calls in to talk about Bubba's surprise visit to the show Tuesday. Watch it here bit.ly/RlMnLT Damon talks about Bubba's brother like relationship with his caddy. They talk about his 366 yard driver shot on Hole 15. leaving him 144 from the pin. Bubba shot a gap wedge after that to set up his birdie.Rich feels that Bubba is a favorite going forward at Augusta because he plays the course so well. Damon discusses how Bubba is mentally right now and how comfortable he seems with life. Garry Smits, Florida Times Union, calls in to chat about The Masters and some of the players performances. Holly asks Gary about Matt Kuchar's trend of late not finishing on Sunday.  Gary also talks about Jonas Blixt and some of the international players who have settled in the Jacksonville area.

With the win Walker picked up 500 FedEx Cup points for the new season and an invitation to the Masters. Monday is the inaugural event of the Space Coast Pro Tour at Reunion Resort.  Jeff Bernstein, co-owner and Director of Operations of the Space Coast Pro Tour, calls in to talk a little about Monday's event and the rest of the 38 two-day tournament season. The SCPT's charity partner is the Folds of Honor Foundation. Prior to the 8 a.m. tee time Monday, there will be a short ceremony to help kick off the 38 two-day event season of the Tour. Bob Harig, ESPN.com, calls in to talk to Holly and Rich about Adam Scott's win at the PGA Grand Slam of Golf. He won by two strokes over Justin Rose in Bermuda.  Holly and Rich also talk about the Frys.com event and players like Vijay Singh and Brooks Koepka competing. Koepka won four events on the Challenge Tour in Europe last season which got him some invites to PGA Tour events this year. The Challenge Tour is European Tour's equivalent of the Web.com Tour. Bob and Holly talk about the upcoming Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and that more and more "known" PGA Tour players will start competing in these tournaments for a chance to pick up some early FedEx Cup points. Bob favors Zach Johnson, Rich favors Graham DeLaet and Holly picks Webb Simpson to win the Shriners. Michael Collins, Senior Golf Analyst ESPN.com, calls in to talk to Holly and Rich B talk about the Presidents Cup and all the craziness that went on there. The trio talk about the random streaker that ran past Fred Couples on the final day of the Presidents Cup. Michael also talks about the status of the caddies on the PGA Tour. Canceling the caddie races at Colonial, Waste Management Open at TPC Scottsdale. Michael talks about the relationship between each player and their caddie. Michael can't believe that there is not a caddie in the World Golf Hall of Fame. Someone like Jim "Bones" Mackay who caddies now for Phil Mickelson. Michael feels that Bones is on of the best caddies out there. Jeff Shain, PGATour.com, calls in to talk about the Q School for the Web.com Tour. Jeff says that the new Q school is much like the old qualify school except for the destination. There are a lot of guys that were college stars or Mini Tour players now competing to get into the Web.com Tour.  Jeff also talks about Fry.com sensation Koepka who originally played in South Florida and at Florida State like fellow alum Jonas Blixt.

Todd Lewis, The Golf Channel, calls in to talk about the LPGA and Inbee Park winning her 3rd Major in  a row. The LPGA added a 5th Major last year.  Todd also talks to Holly about Jonas Blixt, who shot a final round 67 to win The Greenbrier Classic, the second Tour win of his career and will be headed to Augusta now.  Holly and Todd talk about the upcoming British Open and some of the players chances. Graeme McDowell just won the Alstom Open de France on the European Tour. Todd feels that Phil Mickelson has been pressing and that he takes his losses very personally. Phil feels pretty good about his chances at the Open. Tiger is coming off an injury and not playing for a while. Todd feels that Muirfield is the most "Amercianized" of the Open Championships in the past 10 years.  Jeff Shain, PGATour.com, calls in to talk about The John Deere Classic and the field. Some top PGA Tour players are opting out of the John Deere and competing in the Scottish Open while others chose to go to Muirfield a week early to prepare for the British Open. Vartan Kupelian, PGA Tour, former writer Detroit News, calls in to talk about the Champions Tour and how all of their Major championships are compacted. Vartan talks about Fred Couples, Duffy Waldorf, Kenny Perry and Tom Watson among other notables.  The Golf Insiders returns next Wednesday between 6-7 p.m. on AM 740 The Game to preview the British Open.
