Cut The String #RTTBROS #nightlight "Breaking Free: When Your Burden Is Too Heavy to Bear" Cut The String #RTTBROS #nightlight "Breaking Free: When Your Burden Is Too Heavy to Bear""Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28 (KJV)Roger Huff tells a powerful story of a man being trapped under a one-ton bale of hay. As he lay crushed, police officers struggled unsuccessfully to lift the massive weight. Despite his whispered pleas to "cut the strings" that would break the bale into manageable pieces, they continued trying to lift the entire burden. Eventually, eight men together managed to move the bale, but the man knew there had been a simpler solution all along - if only they had cut the strings. The Weight of Accumulated BurdensIn life, we often find ourselves crushed beneath the weight of accumulated responsibilities, worries, and tasks. Like that bale of hay, what overwhelms us isn't one massive problem, but thousands of small issues bundled together."Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." - Psalm 55:22 (KJV)God never intended us to carry everything at once. When Jesus taught His disciples, He reminded them not to worry about tomorrow, for "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof" (Matthew 6:34). This is divine wisdom - handle today's challenges today. When we feel buried under life's pressures, remember to "cut the strings" by:1. Breaking large tasks into smaller ones2. Setting priorities rather than tackling everything at once3. Addressing one issue at a time4. Releasing perfectionism and embracing progress"For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." - Matthew 11:30 (KJV)Our Father offers to exchange our heavy burdens for His lighter ones. He doesn't promise a life without challenges, but He does promise to walk alongside us, helping us manage those challenges in ways that don't crush our spirit.Today, what strings need cutting in your life? What bundled burdens could be made manageable if approached differently? Ask the Lord for wisdom to see the simple solutions that might be right before your eyes.Let us pray: Heavenly Father, help me identify the strings that need cutting in my life. Give me the wisdom to break overwhelming burdens into manageable pieces, and the faith to trust You with each one. In Jesus' name, Amen

Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these; 9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.  Decree with me: Lord, we are closer to the end that ever before and I am ready for Your secrets! The Lord asked Job have you entered into My storehouse (treasures) of My “snow” in Job 38:22. But open up to Job 37 and Isaiah 55 for this morning's text:*Text Job 37:5-6 (KJV) God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend. 6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength. * Isaiah 55:10-11 (KJV) For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. . “Snow has fallen all over this winter, but it has fallen in record amounts in unusual place for  sign to God's people! "This will go down in history as the Gulf Blizzard of 2025." The state of Louisiana saw a record-breaking snow total of over 10 inches in the city of New Orleans. Not to mention  8.9" officially fell over Pensacola, Florida. But Mobile, Alabama experienced a historic snowstorm this week, with 7.5 inches of snowfall . This broke the city's previous record for snowfall, which had stood since 1895 - (The president in 1895 was Grover Cleveland, who was serving his second, non-consecutive term as the 24th president of the United States. He was a Democrat and is known for being the only president to serve two full terms that were not consecutive)!Decree with me: Lord I am ready to hear Your voice and speak Your Word out in faith!  I am ready to be changed from the inside out! I thank You Lord for Your “snow” from Your storehouse to my heart!Turn back with me to the Prophet Isaiah please: #1 God's GIFT*Read  Isaiah 55:1-2 (KJV) Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. 2 Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. *Read  Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.*Read Revelation 22:16-17 (KJV)  I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. The Greatness Of Grace #RTTBROS #Nightlight "He says, 'That's great. My grace covers your guilt. My grace changes your shame. I want you to become a leader in My church. I want you to feed My sheep. I want you to be a part of My mission.'" Loui Giglio "But he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." - 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV) God's grace is a powerful force that can transform our lives in remarkable ways. Like the apostle Paul, we may face challenges, weaknesses, or past mistakes that make us feel unworthy. But the Lord reassures us that His grace is sufficient - it covers our shortcomings and empowers us to serve Him. When we come to God with a repentant heart, He doesn't simply forgive us and send us on our way. Instead, He invites us into a deeper relationship and purpose. He takes our guilt and shame and replaces them with His love and acceptance. Just as Jesus restored Peter after his denial and commissioned him to "feed my sheep" (John 21:17, KJV), God often calls those who have experienced His grace to become leaders and servants in His kingdom. Our past failures don't disqualify us from His service - rather, they can become powerful testimonies of God's transforming love. As you reflect on God's grace in your life, consider how He might be calling you to serve others and participate in His mission. Remember that it's not about your own strength or perfection, but about allowing God's power to work through you. Let us approach God's throne of grace with confidence, knowing that His love covers our past and His strength sustains our future as we seek to follow His calling. Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your amazing grace that covers my guilt and shame. Help me to fully embrace Your forgiveness and to hear Your call on my life. Give me the courage to step into the purpose You have for me, relying not on my own strength but on Your power working through me. Amen. Different Storms #RTTBROS #nightlight Anchored or Adrift: Obeying God's Voice in Every Storm "And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm." - Matthew 8:26 (KJV) "God told Noah to go into the boat. God told Peter to get out of the boat. Different storms require different levels of obedience." Life often feels like a series of storms, each one unique and challenging in its own way. As believers, we're called to navigate these turbulent waters with faith and obedience. But what does obedience look like when the storms of life are raging around us? Consider Noah and Peter, two men of faith faced with very different circumstances: 1. Noah's Obedience: Enter the Ark God commanded Noah to build an ark and enter it with his family and the animals. This act of obedience seemed foolish to others, but it saved Noah and his family from the flood. "And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation." - Genesis 7:1 (KJV) 2. Peter's Obedience: Step Out on the Water When Jesus called Peter to walk on water, obedience meant leaving the safety of the boat and stepping into the unknown. "And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus." - Matthew 14:29 (KJV) In both cases, obedience required trust in God's voice and a willingness to act, even when it seemed illogical or frightening. Reflection: 1. Are you facing a storm in your life right now? 2. What is God calling you to do? Is He asking you to enter a place of safety, or to step out in faith? 3. How can you cultivate a heart that's ready to obey, regardless of the nature of the storm? Prayer: Lord, grant me the wisdom to discern Your voice amidst life's storms. Give me the courage of Noah to enter the ark when You call me to safety, and the faith of Peter to step out onto the waters when You beckon me. Help me trust that Your commands are always for my good, even when I don't understand. In Jesus' name, Amen. Remember, our obedience isn't about perfectly predicting the outcome, but about trusting the One who commands the wind and waves. Whether God is calling you into the boat or out of it, know that He is with you in every storm. https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros

And now you are united with the one who was raised from the dead. As a result, we can produce a harvest of good deeds for God.” Romans 7:4 NLT “Likewise, my brethren, you have undergone death as to the Law through the [crucified] body of Christ, so that now you may belong to Another, to Him Who was raised from the dead in order that we may bear fruit for God.” Romans 7:4 AMPC “I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;” 1 Corinthians 1:4 KJV “I always thank my God for you and for the gracious gifts he has given you, now that you belong to Christ Jesus.” 1 Corinthians 1:4 NLT “I thank my God at all times for you because of the grace (the favor and spiritual blessing) of God which was bestowed on you in Christ Jesus,” 1 Corinthians 1:4 AMPC “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;” 2 Corinthians 5:18 KJV “And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, not because we have obeyed the law. For no one will ever be made right with God by obeying the law.”” Galatians 2:16 NLT “Yet we know that a man is justified or reckoned righteous and in right standing with God not by works of the Law, but [only] through faith and [absolute] reliance on and adherence to and trust in Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). [Therefore] even we [ourselves] have believed on Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the Law [for we cannot be justified by any observance of the ritual of the Law given by Moses], because by keeping legal rituals and by works no human being can ever be justified (declared righteous and put in right standing with God). Help For The Hurting Heart John 14:18  #Nightlight #RTTBROS  "John 14:18 KJV - 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you ." - John 14:18  No one can bring true comfort to a grieving heart like Jesus can. Even the most supportive friend or relative can only do so much. The sympathy and kindness of others, while helpful, often fall short of what we truly need. Only Christ can understand the depths of our sorrow and offer the perfect words of comfort. God knows exactly when we need His comfort the most. Sometimes, it may feel like He's waiting until the very last moment, when we're at our lowest point and ready to give up. But He always comes through with His love and support when we need it most. God also knows exactly where we need comfort. Whether we're in a dark dungeon, a lonely wilderness, a fiery furnace, or a den of lions, He is always there to provide His mercies and bring us peace. We can then share that peace and comfort with others who are struggling. "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." - 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (KJV) God's comfort is a gift that is meant to be shared. When we receive comfort from God in our times of trial, we are then equipped to pass that comfort on to others who are struggling. This creates a beautiful cycle of comfort that can help us all weather the storms of life. As we experience God's comfort, let us remember to extend that same comfort to others who are in need. In doing so, we become vessels of God's mercy and compassion, and help to spread His love and light to those around us. My Prayers For The World Ephesians 1:15-23 NLT  'Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.'  Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT 'When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.' Today on the broadcast I will be talking aboutThe Supremacy of God's SonHebrews 1:1-14 (KJV) God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. 5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. 7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. 10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: 11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; 12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. 13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

We need to learn how to walk in freedom so we make ourselves fully available to walk in His purpose for our lives   “In a well-furnished kitchen there are not only crystal goblets and silver platters, but waste cans and compost buckets—some containers used to serve fine meals, others to take out the garbage. Become the kind of container God can use to present any and every kind of gift to his guests for their blessing.” 2 Timothy 2:20-21 MSG   Will we be the conduit that God uses or not?   What in your life is keeping you from being the container or conduit that God wants to use?   Purpose   Life will never make sense until you live a life that is bigger than yourself   Purpose   “We have become his poetry, a recreated people that will fulfill the destiny {PURPOSE} he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the anointed one. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny {PURPOSE} and the good works we would do to fulfill it!” Ephesians 2:10 TPT   “It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for... part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.” Ephesians 1:11 MSG   A life of purpose brings focus   “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” Proverbs 29:18 KJV   God didn't call us to a “just enough” life…he called us to a thriving life   “A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” John 10:10 MSG   “No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.” Philippians 3:13-14   A life of purpose brings endurance   “So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should” 1 Corinthians 9:26-27   A life of purpose brings fulfillment “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches.” Philippians 4:19   When you align yourself with God, you will have an irrational amount of fulfillment   Your purpose will be found in living a life that is bigger than yourself   Fulfillment doesn't chase success; fulfillment chases significance   “Once you've tasted significance, success will never satisfy” – John Maxwell   How Do I Find My Purpose?   “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.” Ephesians 5:8-10 NIV   Live as children of the light (goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.”   1.     Ask ourselves: “What do I need to stop doing?”   “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them... Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise...” Ephesians 5:11;15 NIV   Behind the darkness is God's purpose for your life   “Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then... you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12:2   “Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path. Don't get sidetracked; your feet from following evil.” Proverbs 4:25-27   2.     Ask yourself: “What do I need to start doing?”   “Making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is” Ephesians 5:16-17 NIV   Dreams don't just happen; They come to fruition by perseverance, character, and a fight for purpose   “remember, it is a sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.” James 4:17     “God, I invite your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through; find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is any path of pain I'm walking on, and lead me back to your glorious, everlasting ways – the path that brings me back to you.” Psalms 139:23-24 TPT   3.     Ask yourself: “What am I waiting for?”   “I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians   People that procrastinate talk about a life of purpose; people who take initiative live a life of purpose   TAKE HOME 1.     START DOING WHAT YOU SHOULD DO   You can start changing the world, by impacting your world   How you start impacts your future 2.     GO ABOVE AND BEYOND   The things in life that mean the most are forged through sacrifice   “If a soldier demands that you carry his gear for a mile, carry it two miles.” Matthew 5:41   3.     STAY COMMITTED TO THE PROCESS   “for everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven…a time to plant and a time to harvest.” Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 Life is a series of seasons and God blesses those who are faithful during the process

God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him." - 1 John 4:16 (KJV) "God's love is like a river, ever-flowing, ever-deepening, ever-widening. It is a love that never runs dry, that never fails, that never gives up on us. It is a love that is patient and kind, that always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. It is a love that is beyond our understanding, yet it is a love that we can experience in our hearts and lives. Let us then open our hearts to God's love, and let it flow through us like a river, touching the lives of those around us. Let us be channels of God's grace, bringing hope and healing to a hurting world. And let us never forget that we are loved beyond measure by our Heavenly Father, who has poured out his love upon us through his Son, Jesus Christ. May we all be filled with the love of God today and always, and may we share that love with others, so that they too may know the joy and peace that comes from knowing him." Hang on There Could this be your story too? Ben has applied for several job interviews (not real name) He gets refused times without number He feels even more upset that those who are less qualified than him are offered the jobs he also interviewed for. All friends he supports with their CVs and interview preparations all got their desired job roles He loves God with all his heart and he strives to be pleasing to Him Ben is now fed up of his life situations and the rejections he is is facing He cried out to God… Fast forward - Years later, Ben is enjoying his current part-time role and business. He getting a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment in both areas. As Ben described- he is thankful to God for all the refusals. He now realises that God allowed all the previous employers to turn him down because those jobs would have been distractions to what God has planned for him. Do you currently feel rejected or unwanted? Remember Joseph - He had dreams of greatness. Yet it seemed all circumstances he was faced with were against God's plans for him. -His brothers' jealousy, hatred and rejection of him Gen 37 -Potipher's wife's allegation leading to his imprisonment Gen 39 -Cupbearer's forgetfulness in standing as a Reference for his Dream interpretation job in Gen 40 God never left Joseph in all his predicament. The Bible says Gen 39:2; 20-21 “And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭39‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison. But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭39‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬ God's presence was with Joseph. God was building Joseph's character. Thank God he did not succumb to Potipher's wife's adultery proposal. Thank God he did not succumb to revenge-giving in to paying his brothers back in their own coin. Joseph understood the process. Gen 45:4-5 Of course he felt rejected. He felt unwanted. He felt betrayed. However, he was conscious of God's presence. He revered God. When Potipher's wife tempted him, he said “…how then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?” (Gen 39:9) When he had opportunity to interprete the king's cupbearer and baker's dreams, he said “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams. (Gen. 40:8) God's presence was with Joseph. Not only that, Joseph have an awareness of God's presence. He recognised it and flaunted it. As we walk through this year of Jubilee, many of us will feel like we're still in the wilderness and have not yet found our inheritance, our promised land. Truly, some of us will have to fight. The truth is this, the enemy is a lawbreaker and trespasser. He will trespass as long as we allow him to, in some cases. Where you are experiencing warfare is always a place where the enemy is looking to take away what is rightfully yours in Christ Jesus. We can take great joy and encouragement from Caleb, who after 45 years of fighting, came to Joshua and made a demand for his inheritance. He had been faithful and yet had not yet walked into his inheritance. He was wandering as he fought. He was a faithful warrior, but had not found rest in his rightful place of inheritance, for himself and his children's children. The Lord wants to assist you in getting rid of those giants. He will anoint you like David wish FAITH. FAITH is the key. You have to believe you have the victory and refuse to lose. Keep praying and believing. Take the Word of God and go to battle. You have the victory!Who better for the Lord to empower, than the person who is the rightful owner of his inheritance! You are anointed to take what's yours, because it's yours!Familiar spirits you thought you overcame, will try to reenter your life and household and bloodline. But you have to wipe them out once and for all and occupy the land that's yours. This is why we fight in this year of Jubilee! This is your year to fight. There is a grace and anointing to fight on this season. Fight until you receive your mountain. Here is the promise of Jubilee:“‘In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his possession.”‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭25‬:‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬“But if he is not able to have it restored to himself, then what was sold shall remain in the hand of him who bought it until the Year of Jubilee; and in the Jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his possession.”‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭25‬:‭28‬ ‭NKJV‬‬“The righteous shall inherit the land, And dwell therein for ever.”‭‭Psalm‬ ‭37‬:‭29‬ ‭KJV‬‬God bless you. Support the showYou can support the ministry of FaithFire here. January 22 2023 Sunday T. Stacy Hayes  Week 2 / Seeing Yourself In Him My Vision My vision is to teach the world Who They Are In Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior! To Teach them what the Bible says about them and who they have been made to be in the promises of God's Word. This changed my life years ago and completely transformed me from a person full of doubt, fear and unbelief to a strong confident Christian that knows I can do anything through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And I'm determined to teach the world what God has taught and commissioned me to teach and that is His Word.  That commission takes me to jails and detention centers weekly along with other open doors at many churches and ministries that are wanting to teach these important truths to the world. My podcast goes out 6 days a week to help the people I am ministering to grow in the truths that God has taught me for many years now. GOD is waiting to pour you out a blessing that you don't have room to receive (Malachi 3:10). Get going on what GOD has for you. If you don't know, you better ask Him! Taste and See Ps.34:8 #RTTBROS #Nightlight. Have you noticed that kids often refuse try new food. They have no reason to refuse but they do. They may love it if they would just try it. But they will never know till they do. Have you tried God, the Bible says " O Taste and see that the Lord is Good." There are many aspects of a relationship with God that are indescribable and can only be appreciated by personal experience. Brian Tubbs explains it this way. As it is written, ‘There is none righteous, no, not one.'” (Romans 3:10, KJV) Quoting from the Psalms, the apostle Paul declares that no single human being is “righteous” (the meaning of which is best understood as “right with God”). “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23, KJV) Lest someone protest that they are a good person, especially when compared to people they know or observe in the news or in their workplace (or wherever), Paul points out that the standard isn't your neighbor, but rather God Himself. It isn't enough that you compare yourself to another human being and think “Well, I'm not as bad as him.” The standard is God's holiness. And all of us fall short of that standard. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23, KJV) Having established that we are all sinners who fall short of God's glory, Paul explains that the “wages” (or earnings) of our sin is “death.” This includes both physical death and spiritual death. Physical death is when your soul separates from your body. Spiritual death is when your soul is separated from God. And this separation from God extends into eternity for those who die in their lost and sinful state. Because of our sin, we face the reality and inevitability of both physical death and eternal separation from God. Paul, however, doesn't leave us with just bad news. He mentions that the “gift of God” is “eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” And to further explain this, we step back a chapter in Romans to go to the next milestone marker in the Romans Road. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8, KJV) God doesn't leave us in our sinful state. He doesn't leave us with the prospect of facing both physical and spiritual death. There is, as they say, “more to the story.” Paul says that God demonstrated or commended (gave) love to us even when we didn't deserve it. Even when we were deep in sin, “Christ died for us.” What do we do this information? Well, for that, we come to the final passage of the Romans Road. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13, KJV) The bad news is we all fall short of God's glory and we all face both physical and spiritual death because of it. The good news is that God loved us, sent Jesus to die for us, and anyone who calls upon “the name of the Lord shall be saved.” For a deeper explanation of what it means to call on the name of the Lord, Romans 10:13 should be read and understood in the context of the verses which precede it. As a kid, I was taught to memorize Romans 10:9-10 as well as 10:13. But honestly, as our pastor made clear in his sermons, verses 9 through 13 of chapter 10 all beautifully speak to the plan and promise of God's love and salvation. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Paul the Apostle, Romans 10:9-13, KJV If you want to understand what it takes to have your sins forgiven, to be save

And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. (Matthew 18:5-6, KJV)God places tremendous value on children. They truly are precious in his sight. However, there are many alarming trends today that are leading Children into sin. In this episode we look at the challenges children are facing today, how they are being led to sin, what Jesus says about such things and how Christians are to respond. Ultimately, parents are to protect their children and raise them to be like Jesus, and it is up to all Christians to guard God's institutions from those who seek to undermine them. No matter how difficult doing so may be, we can remain confident that it is not God's will “that one of these little ones should perish.”–Verses mentioned in this episode: Matthew 18:5-6, Matthew 18:10, Matthew 18:14Intro and outro music provided by Five Minute Plan. The speaker is John Newman, the CEO of New Hope Lafayette as a part of The Open Door Church's Community Outreach Sunday. Message: It opens with Micah 6:8" He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" KJV God, knowing man's heart, uses Micah to discuss His expectations of justice, kindness (mercy) and humbleness with Israel The expectations are a reflection of His love, faithfulness and compassion without abandonment. We are to imitate His mercy (required to do justice) for us toward others. In God's economy there are provisions for the poor, relying on man to hear God's voice and open his hand to a neighbor. In Lafayette, demographics predict poverty, which reflect low performance, low emotional skills and directly correlates to the socio-economic status of the parents. The child is confronted with the reality of "being too weak for the neighborhood or too tough for the schools" with the parental advice for a threat to "attack first or be a target". In this environment, a child grows up lacking the skills to escape generational poverty and hope is lost. The critical element of escape is the help of an "admiring adult". An admiring adult with God's heart says "this is wrong, this needs to be fixed!" There is no silver bullet, but we can express our unique God-given gifts to the community and be a solution. Mr. Newman concludes with "Love God, love your neighbor". Scripture: Deuteronomy 15:11 "For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land." KJV

(Colossians 3:3; Isaiah 26:3) When faced with diverse challenges in life, the natural thing to do is to keep focusing on the problem. Most times, negative, depressing thoughts will start finding their way through our minds. When this happens, there is constant and intentional need to always remind ourselves of our new identity in Christ. Remind yourself of Colossians 3:3 “Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God.” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3:2-3‬ ‭AMP‬‬ Also remember Isaiah 26:3-4 “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭26:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ God will keep you in perfect peace, when your mind focuses on Him because you trust in Him. The more you trust in God and His word, keeping your focus and mind on Him, instead of the storm, the more your inner strength increases. Declare I am no longer natural I am supernatural because God lives in me I choose to focus on the solutions because I have Jesus the greatest solution Giver living in me. God Commendeth His LoveBy Tammy Lacock “But God Commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8, KJV) God raised up the Apostle Paul to deliver the message of God's love to all human beings.  In Romans 5 verse 8, he explains that Christ's death was an act of God's unconditional love, a love that is not forced on us but a love He willingly gives and entrusts to us, even as sinners. A love He gives without the promise of reciprocation.  When Christ died, He didn't die for Himself. He drank the cup of all of our sins and died with those sins. Our old lives of sin died, too; and when He rose, we rose to a new life IN Him. In Galatians 2:20, Paul says it plainly and clearly,  “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” By simply believing in Christ as our Savior, the one who died to give us new life, we become bona fide sons and daughters of God. He loved us so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die for us … so that we too are now blameless before Him, perfect in His eyes. That's God's Love.

Are you living the dream? Living the dream is an idiomatic phrase meaning, to experience the achievement of every success that one has aspired to achieve. “1 And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.” (Genesis 41:1 KJV) The Torah reading for the week of December 13, 2020 is Parashah Mikeitz consisting of Genesis 41:1 to 44:17. Parashah means portion and Mikeitz means, “The End.” The parashah title is taken from Genesis 41:1 that says, “And it came to pass at the end of two full years…” In this parashah you will see Joseph Living the Dream. Living the Dream will bring you to an expected end as the prophet Jeremiah says: “11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV) God doesn’t expect you to live life aimlessly. Prophetic dreams will bring you to an expected end. In addition, every affliction and trial Joseph went through had a set end. The stage was being set for the rise of Joseph to the position of viceroy over Egypt. Joseph was truly living the dream. You are going to see the fulfillment of prophecy in Joseph’s life. The end also prophetically represents the Lord setting the stage for your platform too. My prayer today is that you will discover the dream that the Lord has placed in you through the Word of God. Vayishlach means, “And He Sent.” The messengers that Jacob sent were angels. This entire Parashah is about angelic activity. Your destiny is connected to Vayishlach. This Torah portion will teach you how to appropriate the ministry of angels. “7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.” (Hebrews 1:7 KJV) Jacob needed angelic assistance prior to his encounter with his archenemy, Esau. Likewise, God will also send angels to assist you in your darkest hour. Even Jesus was sent an angel to strengthen Him in His darkest hour. “41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, 42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.” (Luke 22:41-44 KJV) God will ensure you the victory over your Esau through the assistance of angels. Are you "Peace Full?"Our God is the Lord of Peace! His children should be children of peace! Are you full of peace? Why not?We need to understand God's definition of peace and then make peace with 3 types of people. Join Pastor Chris Fluit as we learn to make peace with God, others, and ourself. https://youtu.be/870Exc92pcA Welcome back to Redemption Church in Plano TX. My name is Chris Fluitt. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I hope no one went hungry on Thanksgiving. I hope you ate til you were full. Full (title slide) We are finishing up our series called full today. God intends us to be THANK FULL, MERCY FULL, GRACE FULL, JOY FULL. We serve a God who does not want you to be empty. The first verses of the Bible tell us that our creator looked down at a world that was formless & void… the world was chaotic and empty. God set things in order and began to fill the emptiness of the world. He filled the world with light, beauty, life.  God created man & woman and wanted them to multiply to FILL the Earth. God wanted mankind to fill the earth.  And God also looks into the hearts of people of fills them to over flowing. If you feel chaotic & empty today we have good news that the creator wants to speak to you and bring order and fullness to your life. On this last week of the series we are giving you the truth that God wants you to be Peace Full. Peace Full Peace is an essential truth to scripture. It appears 420 times in scripture! (KJV) God intends us to experience peace and to extend peace to others.  God wants us to be full of peace, so that we walk in peace, speak in peace, think in peace, and live in peace. Do we understand what peace is? Do we have a good working definition for peace?  Could there be a difference in how God defines peace, and how the world defines peace? John 14:27 (NIV) Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.  Jesus declares He has a peace that is not as the world gives. The world defines peace as a lack of war and conflict or freedom from disturbance & tranquility.  This definition is focused on the external. If I can get all the problems around me to stop…If we can get that nation to stop bombing that nation…If you would just stop being a jerk face… The world believes in a peace that is caused by solving external problems. This peace is largely impossible, because there are often external problems. Are you pointing to all the external problems in your life as the reason you have no peace? God gives a peace that stands regardless of external conflict You want this kind of peace that no longer relies on fixing every problem in your world. You can have peace in the middle of storms, tests, and wars.  You don't have to wait for the covid 19 pandemic to subside in order to have peace.  You can have peace in the hospital waiting room while your loved one has their heart on a table. You can have God's peace in the midst of uncertainty. The Lord will prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies. We need to understand God's peace. I have 1 Hebrew word and 1 Greek word I want to teach you. Shalom – wholeness       Eirēnē  -  unity Shalom is the Hebrew word for peace.  It is used in greetings to this day.  The next time you speak with a Hebrew tell them “Shalom.” This Hebrew word means “wholeness,” as in not lacking anything and being complete or “FULL.” God intends for you to have shalom peace within you. A peace that you have everything you need. You are not looking for the missing piece of your life to be happy.  God was the missing piece and you already found Him, and now you have shalom peace. One of the names of God is Jehovah Shalom (Judges 6:24) and it means HE IS MY PEACE. Eirēnē is a Greek word for Peace. The root word is eirō and it means to join together to make a whole.

"Imposter syndrome is insidious because it makes us feel inferior. It makes us feel like we don't belong, and it makes us feel like we're not the ultimate expert on the entire earth in our subject matter. But really, we don't' have to be that. We are just a little ahead of other people who we are trying to help achieve a goal. We're all just a little bit ahead of somebody else. But if anybody's behind you, you can help them. Did you know Jesus offended people? "And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief." (Matthew 13:57-58 KJV)  "Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?" (John 6:60-61 KJV)  "And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things: Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him." (Luke 11:53-54)   "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands." (Deuteronomy 31:29) "Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked." (Psalm 97:10 KJV)  "The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate." (Proverbs 8:13 KJV) "God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. (Psalm 7:11 KJV) "Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?" (Psalm 76:7 KJV)  The fear of a king is as the roaring of a lion: whoso provoketh him to anger sinneth against his own soul." (Proverbs 20:2 KJV)  "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath." (Ephesians 4:26 KJV)

What exactly is spiritual authority? How important is it for men to live life in the spirit? Notice it is in the spirit, not sports. Although there is typically nothing wrong with a man and his personal interest in sports, most males seem to be attracted to a life of sports then of the spirit. Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Romans 13:1 (KJV) As controversial as this issue is, there is more talk of a man and the sports team he admires, then surrendering his life to spiritual authority. What is this spiritual authority that men typically need? Spiritual authority is willingly subjecting oneself to the spiritual realm of God. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24 (KJV) Spiritual authority is living vicariously a life of absolute truth in the spirit. Another meaningful way to say it is, living by the appropriate standards God has set for us to worship Him. Divine worship is not a specific task we perform once a week. Worship is undoubtedly a devoted and consecrated life to God. Always recognizing and showing our sincere homage to God. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:44 (KJV) God the Father is the spiritual authority overall. Jesus undoubtedly made that clear when He walked the earth. I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. John 5:30 (KJV) Spiritual authority is hearing correctly and understanding the leading of God in our lives. Every man needs to be led by someone and although we traditionally have earthly authority, we also have a higher power that we must be willing to answer. Whether we come under this higher power now or later, ultimately we will answer to God at the termination of the modern age. A man who eagerly seeks not the irresistible craving of self, but desires to be invariably led by the Holy Spirit. Will set a proper course in life, to become a one who humbly desires true spiritual authority. More @ manlikeradio.com A man like God!

The world has been fascinated with zombies and the media evidences this craze. We know that zombies are a figment of someone's imagination. Or are they? What if Zombies do exist? What if I can present bible that shows they are real? Check this video out! Romans 6:2 KJV "God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?" Romans 6:7-8 KJV "For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:" Romans 6:11 KJV "Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 8:10 KJV "For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live." Galatians 2:20 KJV "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." Romans 8:13 KJV "For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live." Zechariah 4:6 KJV "Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts." Galatians 5:25 KJV "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." James 1:12-15 KJV "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." 1 Samuel 15:23 KJV "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord , he hath also rejected thee from being king."

If you reached the point of exhaustion and can't sleep, you need today's show. We'll look closely at the old saying, “The Lord helps those who help themselves.”  Because if that's true, then how much do we need to rely on our own strength and how much should we turn over to God? Life is busy, you love it that way and so do I! It keeps us on our toes. But sometimes things just get TOO busy. Sometimes the old brain just won't shut off, and sleep seems like it will never. Ever. Come. It's time to look outside of yourself for a source of strength. In 1 Chronicles we are told to "Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually." (1 Chronicles 16:11 King James Version (KJV)) But no matter how many times we tell ourselves that, we still think we have to do it all ourselves. Just like in that old saying "The Lord helps them who helps themselves"? I've heard that all my life, and even used it a few time myself in the past, but I won't be saying it anymore.... I assumed it was from the Bible; it sounds like something out of Proverbs, doesn't it?   In fact, the Bible says just the opposite. Proverbs says, "Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe." (Proverbs 28:26, New International Version, NIV) God wants us to trust in him, to rely on Him, and on His wisdom; He wants to carry all of our burdens, all we have to do is ask Him to come into our lives and give our troubles over to Him. In Psalms 46 God tells us to listen to him in the stillness but it's easy to let our egos think that maybe this time God wants us to handle it on our own. That's like trying to replace the infinite peace of the universe on a starlit night with the white noise of a sound machine on your bedroom nightstand. With that white-noise machine there's no communication going either way: the noise just cancels out our thought. To listen to what God wants to say to us, we have to hear His words in the stillness, and that's when we know that He is God; we are not. So next time you hear that saying "God helps those who help themselves," you can remember that you know the truth: God helps those who cannot help themselves, and that includes all of us. Scriptures of Comfort and Strength: Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (1Peter 5:6-7 King James Version, KJV) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 (KJV) I will love thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Psalm 18:1-3 (KJV) And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Isaiah 12:1-2 (KJV) Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:28-31 (KJV) You whom I took from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest corners, saying to you, “You are my servant, I have chosen you and not cast you off”; fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41: 9-10 (KJV) From 2 Samuel we learn about the perfect strength and love and the ways of God... As for God, His way is perfect. The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him. For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. 2 Samuel 22:31-33 New International Version (NIV) Returning to Psalms we hear verses that give us strength and courage throughout whatever disaster or calamity that comes to our lives. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Psalm 27:14 (KJV) God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Psalm 46:1-3, 10-11 (KJV) And comfort comes from the 23 Psalm... The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23 (KJV) I'll close with these passages from the book of John, where Jesus gives us words that give encouragement, comfort, and peace... 1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also...16 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you...26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
