Với giá từ 43.000 euro, liệu chiếc xe hơi điện đầu tiên “made in Vietnam” có thể chinh phục được thị trường châu Âu? Đó là nước cờ đầy mạo hiểm của VinFast, hãng sản xuất xe hơi của Vingroup, một tập đoàn vốn đã đầu tư vào nhiều ngành khác nhau, từ địa ốc, y tế, viễn thông cho đến giáo dục, giải trí, nay cũng muốn chen chân vào thị trường xe hơi thế giới.  Nhân Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế Paris 2022 ( 17 đến 23/10/2022 ), VinFast đã giới thiệu bốn kiểu xe hơi chạy điện 100%, đó là các chiếc SUV ( xe thể thao đa dụng) VF 6, VF 7, VF 8 và VF 9. VinFast đã từng tham gia Triển lãm xe hơi Paris lần đầu tiên vào năm 2018, nhưng lần đó chỉ giới thiệu các kiểu xe chạy xăng.  Để chinh phục thị trường châu Âu, VinFast đã tuyển dụng một nhân vật "thâm niên công vụ" trong ngành xe hơi ở châu Âu, đó là ông Jean-Christophe Mercier, nguyên là phó chủ tịch Nissan Europe. Ông được bổ nhiệm làm phó chủ tịch đặc trách hậu mãi khu vực châu Âu cho VinFast Trả lời RFI ngày 22/10 tại Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế Paris, ông Jean Christophe Mercier nêu lên tham vọng của VinFast trên thị trường xe hơi thế giới:  “ Chúng tôi không chỉ thâm nhập thị trường Pháp, mà còn sẽ có mặt ở châu Âu nói chung, cũng như ở Hoa Kỳ và Canada. Riêng ở châu Âu, chúng tôi nhắm vào ba thị trường, đó là Pháp, Đức và Hà Lan. Đối với chúng tôi, điều quan trọng là tham gia thúc đẩy tiến trình chuyển đổi sang xe hơi điện ở ba thị trường nói trên, những thị trường mà chúng tôi dự kiến sẽ hiện diện lâu dài”.     Ngay sau khi ra đời, VinFast đã liên kết với một trong những trụ cột của ngành chế tạo xe hơi thế giới là BMW để xây nhà máy lắp ráp xe. Sau khi đã cho ra đời các kiểu xe đầu tiên Vinfast LUX A2.0 và SA2.0 dựa trên kiểu xe BMW Serie 5 et X5, nay VinFast chuyển hoàn toàn sang sản xuất xe hơi chạy điện và trước mắt tung vào thị trường châu Âu hai kiểu xe SUV VF 8 ( 5 chỗ ) và VF 9 ( 7 chỗ ). VinFast khẳng định là xe VF 8 khi được sạc đầy pin có thể chạy được từ 420 đến 470 km. Do công ty nổi tiếng của Ý Pininfarina vẽ kiểu, VF 8 có giá từ 46.050 euro, nhưng còn phải thêm tiền thuê pin 120 euro/tháng. Còn nếu mua luôn cả pin thì giá xe sẽ lên tới 62.200 euro, và muốn một chiếc VF 8 loại “cao cấp” nhất, khách hàng phải bỏ ra thêm 7.000 euro, tổng cộng là gần 70.000 euro.  Còn loại VF 9 thì có giá từ 62.750 euro, cộng thêm tiền thuê pin 150 euro/tháng, còn nếu mua luôn pin thì giá xe lên tới 82.950 euro. Còn muốn được một chiếc VF9 cao cấp nhất thì phải bỏ ra thêm 6.000 euro.  Để gây ấn tượng mạnh cho khách hàng châu Âu về hai kiểu xe hơi chạy điện này, VinFast không ngần ngại bảo hành đến 10 năm hoặc 200.000 km, điều chưa từng có trong ngành sản xuất xe hơi thế giới. Cũng chính tại Pháp mà VinFast sẽ mở showroom ở châu Âu, tại đường Malesherbes, Paris.  Ông Jean-Christophe Mercier, phó chủ tịch đặc trách hậu mãi châu Âu, tỏ vẻ tin tưởng là xe hơi điện của VinFast sẽ dàng thu hút khách hàng châu Âu với ba "trụ cột":  “Trụ cột thứ nhất là chất lượng xe của chúng tôi. Trụ cột thứ hai là giá xe phải chăng và trụ cột thứ ba là một dịch vụ hậu mãi ( après-vente) chất lượng rất cao.  Thứ nhất, về chất lượng thì chúng tôi bảo hành xe đến 10 năm, vì chúng tôi tin tưởng vào chất lượng xe của VinFast. Chúng tôi có những đối tác hàng đầu. Bốn chiếc xe được trưng bày ở đây là do một hãng của Ý vẽ kiểu. Chẳng hạn như hai chiếc VF 8 và VF 9 là do Pininfarina vẽ kiểu.  Thứ hai là giá xe mà chúng tôi cho là “phải chăng”. Có ba cách: khách hàng có thể mua toàn bộ chiếc xe, thuê toàn bộ chiếc xe, hoặc chỉ mua xe và thuê pin. Nếu chỉ mua xe và thuê pin thì giá xe tính ra chỉ bằng xe chạy xăng dầu với với đẳng cấp tương tự. Về giá thuê pin thì chúng tôi rất minh bạch với khách hàng: Chẳng hạn như đối với xe VF 8, giá thuê là 120 euro mỗi tháng và trong suốt 10 năm bảo hành  giá thuê sẽ vẫn như thế. Hiếm có mặt hàng nào như vậy mà 10 năm sau giá thuê vẫn không thay đổi.  Thứ ba là một dịch vụ hậu mãi chất lượng cao, bởi vì chúng tôi bảo hành xe trong 10 năm. Chúng tôi sẽ mở tổng cộng 56 cơ sở ở châu Âu trong vòng 12 tháng tới. Cơ sở đầu tiên sẽ được khai trương trong tháng 11 tại Koln, Đức, cơ sở thứ hai sẽ là ở Paris. Nói chung chúng tôi sẽ triển khai rất nhanh và đó là điều rất quan trọng.” Nhưng liệu việc bảo hành một cách hào phóng như thế sẽ đủ để thuyết phục khách hàng Pháp nói riêng và châu Âu nói chung? Rõ ràng là nếu đang có trong tay khoảng 50.000 euro, chúng ta sẽ khó mà quyết định mua ngay một chiếc xe hơi chạy điện "made in Vietnam" của VinFast, trong khi có rất nhiều kiểu xe khác để lựa chọn, nhất là hiện nay trong lĩnh vực thuần túy xe điện, rất khó mà đối đầu với hãng Tesla của Mỹ. Khách đến triển lãm Xe hơi quốc tế Paris 2022 đa số rất ngạc nhiên, thích thú khi lần đầu tiên nhìn thấy những chiếc xe hơi điện "made in Vietnam". Nhưng ngay cả những người không lấy gì làm bất ngờ thì họ cũng còn tỏ ra dè dặt với những chiếc xe của một thương hiệu xa lạ như VinFast, như anh bạn trẻ này:  “ Vì đây là Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế, nên tôi không lấy làm ngạc nhiên khi thấy có nhiều thương hiệu xe đến từ nhiều nước khác nhau được trưng bày ở đây. Mới nhìn qua xe của VinFast thì cảm tưởng đầu tiên của tôi là tốt, gây ấn tượng cho tôi nhất là đầu xe, về giá thì lúc đầu tôi đoán chắc là trong khoảng 40 đến 50 ngàn euro, nhưng bây giờ mới biết là giá đắt hơn, tức là hơn 60.000 euro. Tôi cũng muốn được chạy thử xe này xem sao, nhưng có quyết định sẽ mua hay không thì còn phải tính đến những yếu tố, như phạm vi hoạt động ( autonomie ) của xe. Về căn bản thì tôi sẵn sàng mua xe hơi chạy điện để bảo vệ môi trường. Xe điện cho dù giá có đắt hơn, nhưng về lâu dài ta cũng tiết kiệm được nhiều so với xe chạy bằng xăng, dầu. Vâng tôi nghĩ đó là một kế hoạch tốt."  Hôm thứ bảy 22/10, ngày mà khách đến Triển lãm đông nhất và cũng là ngày mà VinFast tổ chức nhiều hoạt động văn hóa Việt Nam: múa lân, ca múa nhạc dân tộc, để làm nổi bật hình ảnh Việt Nam qua những chiếc xe điện VinFast. Trong số khách đến khám phá xe VinFast hôm đó cũng có nhiều người Việt, nhưng anh bạn trẻ mà chúng tôi gặp vẫn còn thận trọng với những chiếc xe điện nói chung và những chiếc xe điện "made in Vietnam" nói riêng.  " Em thấy xe có vẻ chất lượng và finition có vẻ tốt. Còn cụ thể bên trong chế tạo như thế nào, động cơ, hệ thống chuyển động thì mở ra mới biết được.    Hiện nay thì em chưa sẵn sàng ( mua xe điện ) bởi vì nhu cầu của em là thỉnh thoảng đi xa, mà xe điện thì chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu đó. Đầu tiên xe điện thì phụ thuộc vào hệ thống hạ tầng có đáp ứng được cho mình không, ví dụ như bao nhiêu km thì phải sạc pin và mỗi lần sạc thì mất bao nhiêu thời gian, rồi các trạm sạc có phổ biến không. Thứ hai, sau khi quyết định mua xe điện của VinFast hay của các hãng khác thì còn phụ thuộc vào các hệ thống đại lý, hệ thống bảo hành và hệ thống hậu mãi. Khi mua một chiếc xe điện với giá khá cao thì mình phải quan tâm đến dòng đời của xe, 5,10 năm sau." Thị trường xe hơi chạy điện ở Pháp nói riêng và ở châu Âu nói chung hiện vẫn còn chiếm thiểu số. Chẳng hạn như tại Pháp, trong năm 2021, dân Pháp đã mua tổng cộng khoảng 300.000 xe chạy 100% điện và xe hybrid có thể sạc điện, tức là cứ 5 chiếc xe bán ra thì có gần 1 chiếc là xe điện. Như vậy, xe hơi điện hiện chiếm 18,3% thị trường xe hơi ở Pháp, nhưng giá cao và những khó khăn về sạc pin khiến cho mức tăng không được nhanh như mong muốn của các nhà sản xuất.  Trong một thị trường còn "chật chội " như vậy, VinFast sẽ còn phải đương đầu với nhiều đối thủ đến Trung Quốc, có mặt rất đông đảo tại Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế Paris vừa rồi, như hãng BYD (Build Your Dreams). Hãng này đã trưng bày toàn bộ những kiểu xe điện sẽ được bán ra ở châu Âu trong những tháng tới. Nằm đối diện với gian trưng bày của VinFast là gian của một hãng Trung Quốc khác là GWM (Great Wall Motor) với hai thương hiệu là Ora và Wey, cũng giới thiệu với công chúng Paris một số kiểu xe điện.  Cho dù thấy xe hơi điện VinFast rất "bắt mắt", hầu hết khách đến gian trưng bày của VinFast đều chờ được lái thử để có thể đánh giá về chất lượng xe hơi điện của hãng này, nhưng họ có sẽ mua hay không thì lại là chuyện khác, vì lúc đó họ còn sẽ phải tính toán, so sánh với xe hơi điện của những hãng khác.

Sau khi đã cho ra đời các kiểu xe đầu tiên Vinfast LUX A2.0 và SA2.0 dựa trên kiểu xe BMW Serie 5 et X5, nay VinFast chuyển hoàn toàn sang sản xuất xe hơi chạy điện và trước mắt tung vào thị trường châu Âu hai kiểu xe SUV VF 8 ( 5 chỗ ) và VF 9 ( 7 chỗ ). VinFast khẳng định là xe VF 8 khi được sạc đầy pin có thể chạy được từ 420 đến 470 km. Do công ty nổi tiếng của Ý Pininfarina vẽ kiểu, VF 8 có giá từ 46.050 euro, nhưng còn phải thêm tiền thuê pin 120 euro/tháng. Còn nếu mua luôn cả pin thì giá xe sẽ lên tới 62.200 euro, và muốn một chiếc VF 8 loại “cao cấp” nhất, khách hàng phải bỏ ra thêm 7.000 euro, tổng cộng là gần 70.000 euro.  Còn loại VF 9 thì có giá từ 62.750 euro, cộng thêm tiền thuê pin 150 euro/tháng, còn nếu mua luôn pin thì giá xe lên tới 82.950 euro. Còn muốn được một chiếc VF9 cao cấp nhất thì phải bỏ ra thêm 6.000 euro.  Để gây ấn tượng mạnh cho khách hàng châu Âu về hai kiểu xe hơi chạy điện này, VinFast không ngần ngại bảo hành đến 10 năm hoặc 200.000 km, điều chưa từng có trong ngành sản xuất xe hơi thế giới. Cũng chính tại Pháp mà VinFast sẽ mở showroom ở châu Âu, tại đường Malesherbes, Paris.  Ông Jean-Christophe Mercier, phó chủ tịch đặc trách hậu mãi châu Âu, tỏ vẻ tin tưởng là xe hơi điện của VinFast sẽ dàng thu hút khách hàng châu Âu với ba "trụ cột":  “Trụ cột thứ nhất là chất lượng xe của chúng tôi. Trụ cột thứ hai là giá xe phải chăng và trụ cột thứ ba là một dịch vụ hậu mãi ( après-vente) chất lượng rất cao.  Thứ nhất, về chất lượng thì chúng tôi bảo hành xe đến 10 năm, vì chúng tôi tin tưởng vào chất lượng xe của VinFast. Chúng tôi có những đối tác hàng đầu. Bốn chiếc xe được trưng bày ở đây là do một hãng của Ý vẽ kiểu. Chẳng hạn như hai chiếc VF 8 và VF 9 là do Pininfarina vẽ kiểu.  Thứ hai là giá xe mà chúng tôi cho là “phải chăng”. Có ba cách: khách hàng có thể mua toàn bộ chiếc xe, thuê toàn bộ chiếc xe, hoặc chỉ mua xe và thuê pin. Nếu chỉ mua xe và thuê pin thì giá xe tính ra chỉ bằng xe chạy xăng dầu với với đẳng cấp tương tự. Về giá thuê pin thì chúng tôi rất minh bạch với khách hàng: Chẳng hạn như đối với xe VF 8, giá thuê là 120 euro mỗi tháng và trong suốt 10 năm bảo hành  giá thuê sẽ vẫn như thế. Hiếm có mặt hàng nào như vậy mà 10 năm sau giá thuê vẫn không thay đổi.  Thứ ba là một dịch vụ hậu mãi chất lượng cao, bởi vì chúng tôi bảo hành xe trong 10 năm. Chúng tôi sẽ mở tổng cộng 56 cơ sở ở châu Âu trong vòng 12 tháng tới. Cơ sở đầu tiên sẽ được khai trương trong tháng 11 tại Koln, Đức, cơ sở thứ hai sẽ là ở Paris. Nói chung chúng tôi sẽ triển khai rất nhanh và đó là điều rất quan trọng.” Nhưng liệu việc bảo hành một cách hào phóng như thế sẽ đủ để thuyết phục khách hàng Pháp nói riêng và châu Âu nói chung? Rõ ràng là nếu đang có trong tay khoảng 50.000 euro, chúng ta sẽ khó mà quyết định mua ngay một chiếc xe hơi chạy điện "made in Vietnam" của VinFast, trong khi có rất nhiều kiểu xe khác để lựa chọn, nhất là hiện nay trong lĩnh vực thuần túy xe điện, rất khó mà đối đầu với hãng Tesla của Mỹ. Khách đến triển lãm Xe hơi quốc tế Paris 2022 đa số rất ngạc nhiên, thích thú khi lần đầu tiên nhìn thấy những chiếc xe hơi điện "made in Vietnam". Nhưng ngay cả những người không lấy gì làm bất ngờ thì họ cũng còn tỏ ra dè dặt với những chiếc xe của một thương hiệu xa lạ như VinFast, như anh bạn trẻ này:  “ Vì đây là Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế, nên tôi không lấy làm ngạc nhiên khi thấy có nhiều thương hiệu xe đến từ nhiều nước khác nhau được trưng bày ở đây. Mới nhìn qua xe của VinFast thì cảm tưởng đầu tiên của tôi là tốt, gây ấn tượng cho tôi nhất là đầu xe, về giá thì lúc đầu tôi đoán chắc là trong khoảng 40 đến 50 ngàn euro, nhưng bây giờ mới biết là giá đắt hơn, tức là hơn 60.000 euro. Tôi cũng muốn được chạy thử xe này xem sao, nhưng có quyết định sẽ mua hay không thì còn phải tính đến những yếu tố, như phạm vi hoạt động ( autonomie ) của xe. Về căn bản thì tôi sẵn sàng mua xe hơi chạy điện để bảo vệ môi trường. Xe điện cho dù giá có đắt hơn, nhưng về lâu dài ta cũng tiết kiệm được nhiều so với xe chạy bằng xăng, dầu. Vâng tôi nghĩ đó là một kế hoạch tốt."  Hôm thứ bảy 22/10, ngày mà khách đến Triển lãm đông nhất và cũng là ngày mà VinFast tổ chức nhiều hoạt động văn hóa Việt Nam: múa lân, ca múa nhạc dân tộc, để làm nổi bật hình ảnh Việt Nam qua những chiếc xe điện VinFast. Trong số khách đến khám phá xe VinFast hôm đó cũng có nhiều người Việt, nhưng anh bạn trẻ mà chúng tôi gặp vẫn còn thận trọng với những chiếc xe điện nói chung và những chiếc xe điện "made in Vietnam" nói riêng.  " Em thấy xe có vẻ chất lượng và finition có vẻ tốt. Còn cụ thể bên trong chế tạo như thế nào, động cơ, hệ thống chuyển động thì mở ra mới biết được.    Hiện nay thì em chưa sẵn sàng ( mua xe điện ) bởi vì nhu cầu của em là thỉnh thoảng đi xa, mà xe điện thì chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu đó. Đầu tiên xe điện thì phụ thuộc vào hệ thống hạ tầng có đáp ứng được cho mình không, ví dụ như bao nhiêu km thì phải sạc pin và mỗi lần sạc thì mất bao nhiêu thời gian, rồi các trạm sạc có phổ biến không. Thứ hai, sau khi quyết định mua xe điện của VinFast hay của các hãng khác thì còn phụ thuộc vào các hệ thống đại lý, hệ thống bảo hành và hệ thống hậu mãi. Khi mua một chiếc xe điện với giá khá cao thì mình phải quan tâm đến dòng đời của xe, 5,10 năm sau." Thị trường xe hơi chạy điện ở Pháp nói riêng và ở châu Âu nói chung hiện vẫn còn chiếm thiểu số. Chẳng hạn như tại Pháp, trong năm 2021, dân Pháp đã mua tổng cộng khoảng 300.000 xe chạy 100% điện và xe hybrid có thể sạc điện, tức là cứ 5 chiếc xe bán ra thì có gần 1 chiếc là xe điện. Như vậy, xe hơi điện hiện chiếm 18,3% thị trường xe hơi ở Pháp, nhưng giá cao và những khó khăn về sạc pin khiến cho mức tăng không được nhanh như mong muốn của các nhà sản xuất.  Trong một thị trường còn "chật chội " như vậy, VinFast sẽ còn phải đương đầu với nhiều đối thủ đến Trung Quốc, có mặt rất đông đảo tại Triển lãm xe hơi quốc tế Paris vừa rồi, như hãng BYD (Build Your Dreams). Hãng này đã trưng bày toàn bộ những kiểu xe điện sẽ được bán ra ở châu Âu trong những tháng tới. Nằm đối diện với gian trưng bày của VinFast là gian của một hãng Trung Quốc khác là GWM (Great Wall Motor) với hai thương hiệu là Ora và Wey, cũng giới thiệu với công chúng Paris một số kiểu xe điện.  Cho dù thấy xe hơi điện VinFast rất "bắt mắt", hầu hết khách đến gian trưng bày của VinFast đều chờ được lái thử để có thể đánh giá về chất lượng xe hơi điện của hãng này, nhưng họ có sẽ mua hay không thì lại là chuyện khác, vì lúc đó họ còn sẽ phải tính toán, so sánh với xe hơi điện của những hãng khác.

La Investigadora Grado 3 PEDECIBA, especializada en virus respiratorios, Natalia Goñi, dijo que estudios recientes han mostrado que el coronavirus SARS CoV2 es más patogénico y más contagioso que otros virus respiratorios. “La forma en que los individuos responden a los consejos de prevenir la transmisión es tan importante como las acciones de los gobierno, si no más”, enfatizó. Los estudios, agregó, indican además que personas infectadas con el virus pero asintomáticas podrían transmitir la enfermedad. “El virus ataca la célula del alvéolo pulmonar través del receptor SA2 (…); los hombres tienen más receptores que las mujeres, los asiáticos más que los caucásicos, y los pacientes hipertensos que toman medicación del tipo anti DCA tienen una gran exposición del receptor (…).
