Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme! This month, we're watching movies that take place in a Single Location and up first is my mandated movie: Rope. In this Hitchcock thriller, two guys murder a dude with a length of the titular rope, hide the body, then invite a bunch of people into their home to see if they can keep their nerves, anxiety, and guilt in check and get through a dinner party without tipping anyone off. But then their victim comes back to life and starts feasting on the brains of their guests! Okay, I made that last part up but it's still a movie worth pointing your eyeballs at for 80 minutes! 0:00 - Trivial Trivia 14:48 - Rope review 59:30 - Next episode's mandated movie We'll be back in two weeks with another mandated movie. Five Nights At Freddy's 2 is a movie so bad it might be a while before I can stop thinking about it. (anamated one) 7:13 PM@jaredknisely6213Incredibles and despicable me are to name a few 7:14 PM@eathdemonsory for your lose (your limited life span) 7:16 PM@eathdemontbf I waited for gozilia minus one to hit netdlix 7:16 PM@jaredknisely6213or you could be sociable and go your local theatre and not your local car 7:18 PM@starman9988i love fnaf 7:19 PM@starman9988this is going to be hard, I love the games, Hated the movies because of the sequel 7:26 PM@eathdemonnope you fail, its price is right rules :) 7:27 PM@starman9988Its a shame that your learning the story from the movies. Five Nights at Freddys has very strong characters, a dark and twisted story and great world building. 7:27 PM@eathdemonclosset, but not going over, you guessed 145, it was 144 7:27 PM@starman9988withereds 7:30 PM@starman9988In the movies, the puppet is killed by springtrap late at night, in a dark alleyway. Springtrap was a trusted family friend who would of never gotten caught. The movie made his murder so silly 7:32 PM@starman9988in the games* 7:43 PM@starman9988That scene where foxy almost attacks mike is a recreation of a parody animation. Not kidding. 7:44 PM@starman9988the ending scene when the classics destroy the toys is a reference to a meme called "We are FNAF", which is a parody on Marvel Writing. 7:45 PM@starman9988William Afton 7:46 PM@addictedtochaos2William Atherton was Walter Peck in Ghostbusters. 7:46 PM@starman9988ahh Andrew loves ghostbusters that makes sense lmao 7:48 PM@starman9988all the ghost children go to heaven, they were being possed by the evil energy of springtrap. (I hate these movies) 7:49 PM@addictedtochaos2I was 12 years old in 8th grade. 7:52 PM@starman9988The FNAF Movies need to be made by Tim Burton 7:54 PM@starman9988The Ghost Child is the leader of the ghost children, Golden Freddy 7:54 PM@starman9988he is the angriest victim 7:55 PM@addictedtochaos2I did not 7:55 PM@starman9988the video games kept the story very vague, so the fandom filled in the gaps and it made for a very compelling story. Unfortunately the movies are very bad in my opinion 7:57 PM@starman9988that scene was directly influenced from a meme that makes fun of Marvel Writing (We are FNAF) 7:58 PM@starman9988Five Nights at Freddys 3 is planned to be a R rated gorey movie based on Spring Trap as a main antaganist. 8:00 PM@starman9988Have different characters, and have a sprit that traps people at the tower 8:00 PM@starman9988the games are gorey, they are just 8bit

Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme! We're wrapping up TV Movies month with Keleigh's mandated movie, Duel, the feature film debut of Steven Spielberg, which aired on ABC back in 1971, about a man terrorized by a semi-truck on the lonely highways of the California desert. Is there a man of flesh and blood driving the truck or is it a ghost truck, forever cursed to roam the Antelope Valley Freeway to sate its unquenchable thirst for blood? It's just a dude but he's not really important so if you like "ghost truck" better, let's go with that! 0:00 - Trivial Trivia 14:36 - Duel review 1:02:35 - Next episode's mandated movie We'll be back in two weeks with another mandated movie. Can't blame a dog I don't have. 0:00 - Why I'm redoing episode 432 and the really gross reason there was no podcast or game stream last weekend 4:25 - I finally have enough money to bother investing. Yay! My portfolio is tanking. Boo! 9:10 - Clair Obscur is possibly too content rich 20:20 - Yep, I'm still playing Monster Hunter Wilds 32:56 - I think I've seen The Day of the Triffids before but while I perfectly remembered the ending, I didn't remember anything else (I also go on a tangent about a silent film using an inappropriate jazz loop for its score) 53:29 - I watched John Woo's remake of his own, The Killer If you missed Saturday's live broadcast of Molehill Mountain, you can watch the video replay on YouTube. Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme! This month, we're indulging in TV Movies and I've mandated BRIAN'S SONG, a docudrama that aired on ABC in the early 70s and, according to our father, is the only film to ever turn him into a sobbing mess. Were we similarly moved by the friendship between Chicago Bears teammates Brian Piccolo and Gale Sayers? One thing's for certain. If Brian doesn't have a song in BRIAN'S SONG, we're going to be very disappointed. 0:00 - Trivial Trivia 22:12 - Brian's Song review 59:58 - Next episode's mandated movie We'll be back in two weeks with another mandated movie. I'm talking about posture. Does that mean the show will be good? No. Does it mean it will be bad? No. 17:08 - Resident Evil may have sympathetic zombies. Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme! Parody month concludes with Keleigh's mandated movie: DON'T BE A MENACE TO SOUTH CENTRAL WHILE DRINKING YOUR JUICE IN THE HOOD. Now, I know what you're thinking. It was called "Menace II Society" so shouldn't the title be "Don't Be a Menace II South Central While Drinking Your Juice In the Hood"? Yes but I think we can cut the Wayans Bros. some slack for this oversite due to the restraint they showed with their film's title by name dropping "Higher Learning," "Poetic Justice," and "Jungle Fever" in the film's tagline rather than jamming them in the title as well. 0:00 - Trivial Trivia 21:02 - Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice In the Hood review 56:56 - Next episode's mandated movie We'll be back in two weeks with another mandated movie.
