Ma oggi che sarebbe necessario dimostrarlo di fronte al progetto di legge Zan, definito da molti "legge bavaglio", d'improvviso sembra che analisti e intellettuali liberali siano spariti, lasciando soli i cattolici a difendere la libertà di tutti.Vittorio Feltri, fra i pochi laici controcorrente, ha avuto il coraggio civile (perché oggi ci vuole coraggio) di criticare questo disegno di legge illiberale. Ha dato voce così a quella tradizione di giornalismo laico, allergica a censure e bavagli, che ebbe in Indro Montanelli e Oriana Fallaci i punti di riferimento, nella battaglia contro il conformismo e la sinistra intollerante.Ma fra gli altri grandi nomi del giornalismo di cultura liberaldemocratica (Paolo Mieli, Pierluigi Battista, Ernesto Galli della Loggia, Angelo Panebianco) chi è intervenuto? Anche un giurista insigne come Pietro Dubolino ha scritto che con questa legge avremmo "una ulteriore compromissione della già abbondantemente compromessa possibilità di un libero e incondizionato confronto", in questo caso sulla sessualità e la famiglia, "a scapito (...) di quel valore primario che nel nostro ordinamento è costituito dalla libertà di manifestazione del pensiero solennemente presidiata e garantita dall'articolo 21 della Costituzione".UN'ABERRAZIONEIeri il professor Marco Gervasoni, sul "Giornale", ha definito questo progetto di legge "un'aberrazione" sia per la cultura cattolica (come hanno lamentato i vescovi), sia per la cultura conservatrice ("perché tende a imporre un modello di società individualistica e disgregata, dove la tradizione è cancellata e persino combattuta"), sia per la cultura liberale che - scrive Gervasoni - "dovrebbe inorridire... un liberale la deve combattere proprio perché essa censura le opinioni".In queste ore è intervenuto anche Silvio Berlusconi, appunto in questa direzione, correggendo la tentazione, presente in Forza Italia, di pensare che una tale legge si possa migliorare. In realtà - come dice Gervasoni - "non è emendabile perché volendone togliere la parte 'liberticida' non ne resterebbe nulla".Lo ha dimostrato l'emendamento appena approvato che già nella sua formulazione fa accapponare la pelle: "Ai sensi della presente legge, sono consentite la libera espressione di convincimenti od opinioni nonché le condotte legittime riconducibili al pluralismo delle idee e alla libertà delle scelte".È un emendamento inutile perché non si dice chi, quando e come decide se una certa condotta si può ricondurre al pluralismo delle idee e alla libertà delle scelte.Ma soprattutto è emblematico che si "consenta" la libertà di opinione. Come ha notato Alfredo Mantovano, "la libera espressione di convincimenti è un diritto costituzionalmente fondato, non è 'consentito' da nessuno. L'ordinamento che 'consente' la fruizione di diritti fondamentali, affidando la delimitazione della condotta lecita allo Stato, tramite il giudice, è tratto proprio dello Stato totalitario. Perché finora erano vietate? Il primo sta nel fatto che l'aiuto del professionista riguarderebbe solo quelle persone che liberamente hanno scelto di farsi aiutare perché liberamente vogliono abbandonare qualsiasi inclinazione omosessuale. Walt Heyer who is Founder, Sexchangeregret.com, joins Molly to discuss his work across the world to counter the dangerous LBGTQ agenda.

"It is categorically impossible to change your gender," said Walt Heyer, a biological male who had gender reassignment surgery in 1983 and later detransitioned. "It becomes sort of...an elaborate Halloween costume with surgery and hormones." Heyer, an author whose website is SexChangeRegret.com, described the current transgender push on children as "medical malpractice, it's child abuse, it's experimental medicine" that will reveal itself in the years ahead. "They're all gonna go, 'Gee whiz. Why did we put this in schools? What were we doing?'" Heyer traced his own gender confusion to his grandmother cross-dressing him as a four-year-old boy in the 1940s.
