    How I lost 7 Pounds

    I am super excited to tell you that I finally have lost about 7 pounds after 6 years of thinking about it. I would tell you that I don't think agonizing over 5-10 pounds is worth it, but I decided I wanted to prove to myself that I could beat perimenopause! And I feel like I am!   I will tell you the 5 changes I have made in the last 3 months to finally see the scale move down. I feel great and so excited that it hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be!
