    Americans & The Holocaust

    Vincennes University is preparing to host a significant exhibit starting in March. VU's Shake Library Resource Center was chosen as one of 50 libraries across the country to host the “Americans and the Holocaust” exhibition. We'll find out what's being planned for the six weeks of programming and how you at home can even contribute to the display.A local artist will be featured at the Jasper Arts Center next month in an effort to make a beautiful connection to the daunting threat of ocean pollution. It was truly a Night to Shine for several area residents, as the annual event celebrated inclusiveness and a special opportunity for everyone in attendance.And there are card games a plenty, but there is one that seems to trump the rest in southern Indiana.     Looking Over the President's Shoulder

In a twist of life, he became a butler in the White House in 1931 and went on to become the Chief Butler under four Presidents. We'll learn how the Lyles Station School House & Museum and the Princeton Theatre are coming together to present an upcoming historical play, Looking Over the President's Shoulder, to share his amazing story to local audiences.In a special feature we'll introduce you to Project Search. It's a program designed to educate and train high school students with disabilities as interns. The ultimate goal of the program is to help pave a path towards full time employment. We'll find out how this program is helping these interns find their confidence as they transition into adulthood.And we'll take a look at a current effort underway in Knox County to make a large indoor sports complex a reality.     It's Time to Rendezvous!

    What better way to prepare students looking towards various law enforcement careers, than to put them through a vigorous challenge? That's exactly what's happening at VU. We'll take you through the Vincennes University Conservation Law Green Mile Challenge.Rendezvous time is quickly approaching! The 47th annual Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous theme this year centers around The Prophet and the 1806 eclipse. We'll find out what else is being planned for the Memorial Day Weekend event.Throughout the state of Indiana many communities are working to enhance and expand trails. We'll take a look at how technology could help in that effort, as well as state funding awarded to boost those efforts.     Eclipse 2024...One More Look

    Celebrating the 245th Anniversary of Clark's March

    It's been 245 years since George Rogers Clark and his troops claimed victory over the British, capturing Fort Sackville.     Harvesting History: Knox Co. Black History Preservation Project

    A special project is underway at the Knox County Public Library. It's called the Harvest of History and it's an effort to digitize photographs and documents of Knox County's Black history. We'll find out how it's going.PACE Community Action Agency has a new Executive Director, but she's definitely not new to PACE.
