The first is a classic 2-ingredient chocolate mousse (gluten free, dairy free, nut free), just made with eggs and chocolate. Last month, Kate was lucky enough to visit the Basque country in the state of Spain - staying in Bilbao and visiting San Sebastian, Bermeo and Guernica.
