Being Passive The results you see in your life come down to 2 things 1. Your results depend on your ability to get stuff done! 2. But not only get stuff done get the right things done Before you Do Anything I Want You To Ask Yourself This Question What is the ONE thing that makes everything easier or unnecessary? DAILY BATTLE PLANNING Setting yourself up for success MACRO PLANNING (2-3 THINGS) MICRO PLANNING (1-3 THINGS) PLANNING IDEAS Things to look after your energy (trianing, walks, downtime, FUN) Work Life admin (shopping, cooking, kids, doctors, etc) Planning time Brake This Into 2 Section MACRO - Take time weekly to plan your week MICRO - the last thing you do each day is adjusted to set the next day up for success REMEMBER: manage expectations based on environment & energy schedule into your calendar so you wouldn't miss a doctor's appointment THE DREADED TO-DO LIST! Have the big to-do list and then move things into priority order Check them off daily You are better to have less on your to-do list and get t done and add more to it than, put too much and not complete it.
