欢迎收听雪球出品的财经有深度,雪球,国内领先的集投资交流交易一体的综合财富管理平台,聪明的投资者都在这里。今天分享的内容叫中国航空公司的商业模式为什么与众不同?来自家庭主夫的笔记。在全球航空版图里,中国航空公司既要满足全球第二大航空市场每年 7 亿多人次的出行需求,又被赋予保障国家战略与产业升级的公共任务。这种双重角色决定了它在所有权、收入结构、价格机制乃至产业链延伸上的独特面貌。三大航仍由国资委中央汇金绝对控股,地方航也大多带有政府影子股东。这与欧美航司以机构投资者、退休基金等分散持股的格局迥异。撤侨包机、援非抗疫、一带一路新航线、甚至国产大飞机C919示范首航,都是行政任务先于盈利考量。谁来买单三大航客运票价占航空运输收入的 96%,2024 年经济舱平均票价约767元,且受基准价±25%上限管制,且有发达的高铁竞争,航司只能通过特价促销而难以上浮提价。而美国三大航客运票价占航空运输收入65%,靠卖里程、行李费、优选座、联名卡、常旅客等服务平滑周期,这些不起眼的附加服务每年能带来250亿美元的高毛利收入。特价机票只是美国航空公司的引流产品。达美航空2024年更是玩出了新高度,57%的营收来自"高端舱位+会员忠诚度"体系。谁来补贴航空公司在中国是可以带动经济的公共服务,实行以干养支、以大带小的模式。中央财政2025 年仅民航发展基金预算就达 431.25 亿元,用于中小机场、支线航线和安全能力建设等多重补贴,而美国对偏远航点的Essential Air Service全年联邦支出只有约 4.5 亿美元,规模不足中国的十分之一。再看航司有多依赖这笔钱。以2024年为例,南方航空拿到政府补贴33.01亿元,虽然只占1740亿元总营收的不到2%,但公司当年净亏17.69亿元——没有这笔补贴,亏损就会翻倍到50亿级别。东方航空的补贴收入9.95亿元,占1320亿元营收的比例更是微不足道的0.75%,但正是这笔钱,把52亿的亏损硬生生压到了42亿,减少了近五分之一。2014-2023年,三大航累计拿到各类补贴约1111亿元,平均每年110亿。这是什么概念?相当于一家大型航司在疫情前最好年份的全年净利润。中国航司的日子本来就不好过:票价被基准价±25%的天花板压着,高铁在800公里内的航线上疯狂抢客,燃油价格和汇率像过山车,正常年份的净利率只有1-3%。盈亏往往就在十几亿的刀刃上走钢丝,补贴虽然只占营收1%,却往往决定了是赚是赔。像华夏航空这样完全依赖支线补贴的区域航企,没有补贴就没有利润,甚至连生存都成问题。中国航空公司承担着巨大的社会责任,支撑着二三线城市乃至偏远地区的公共航空服务,在这个动辄百亿投资、利润却薄如刀片的行业里,赚的就是补贴钱。辅营收入在欧美航空市场,全服务航司和低成本航司早就各占山头。低成本航司已经拿下了三分之一的天下——美国国内航班座位份额约34%,全球平均35%。中国还是全服务航司一家独大的局面。我回国的时候非常喜欢这一点,加拿大航空北美航线今年开始如果买basic eco的票连登机箱额度都没有,中国几百元的经济舱票不仅有20KG托运行李额,还有登机箱额度和餐饮服务。国外托运一个登机箱的钱快赶上一张中国境内机票钱了。低成本航司意味着高辅营收入。2024年低成本航司的市场份额只有11.1%。即便是最会赚钱的春秋航空,辅营收入占比也才5.1%。三大航的人均辅营收入只有2-3美元,而全球平均水平已经达到27.6美元。中国很多机场甚至补贴免费中转住宿,这在美国是不可能的,贵宾厅很多晚上也不开,只能去住美国机场旁边的大车店动辄 200-300 美元一晚。还是那句话,中国航空公司是拉动经济的公共服务,目前并不愿意赚太多辅营收入。即使是从前作为廉航的祥鹏航空现在也恢复了全服务。春秋航空是个另类,作为中国低成本航空的开山鼻祖,这家北亚最大的廉航把单一机型+高上座率的套路玩到了极致。截至2025年7月,春秋的机队清一色都是空客A320系列,维护成本低,133架飞机平均机龄不到8年,每架飞机日利用率保持在8小时以上——这意味着飞机几乎没有闲着的时候,每一分钟都在创造价值。当三大航还在亏损泥潭里挣扎时,春秋却在闷声发大财。靠着灵活定价、能收费的绝不免费的附加服务策略,再加上与旅游渠道的深度捆绑,春秋航空成了中国航空业的一股清流,也成了业界公认的低成本模式教科书。国内航线保本、国际航线提供利润弹性,未来几年加大投入国际航线想必能带来利润增量。两舱收入在全球航空业,两舱客人是典型的人少钱多——只占5%的座位,却贡献了20%的收入。达美航空2024年财报显示,高端舱位+会员忠诚度板块合计贡献了57%的总营收,两舱票价涨幅比经济舱高出6个百分点,已经完全恢复到疫情前水平。在中国两舱还是个小透明。以国航为例,疫情前的2017年两舱收入131.1亿元,只占当年1218亿元总营收的一成出头。即便到了2024年,三大航在财报里提到两舱业务时,也只是轻描淡写地说调整价格梯度、确保收益提升,真实收入占比依然徘徊在15%以下。去年从纽约飞北京,波音747飞16个半小时没有WiFi,头等舱、商务舱也没有,而卡塔尔航空已经在一些航线配备了星链,全飞机乘客都可以免费使用,能直接在飞机上开视频会议。两舱收入并不是中国航空公司重视的业务。中国国内航线以窄体机为主,平均飞行时间短,两舱座位本来就少。更要命的是,公商务差旅还被政府采购标准和预算限制死死卡住,想花钱坐头等舱要先过财务这一关。而欧美航司坐拥跨洋长航线的天然优势,再加上灵活的企业合同和信用卡积分体系,早就把两舱玩成了高价座位+金融产品的复合赚钱机器。国泰航空的两舱服务应该是两岸三地大型航空公司里做的最好的,虽然头等舱与商务舱只占整体座位约7-8%,2019年这两舱仍贡献了约四分之一的客运收入,全年乘坐率保持在 75% 以上。为锁定这部分高利润旅客,公司正在给777-300ER机队换装全新的Aria Suite商务舱,头等舱也一并翻新。这套新产品刚拿下2024年红点设计奖和德国设计金奖。国泰航空在地面的贵宾厅也同样无人能及,再加上香港的战略位置,也可以高看一眼。

The Mind-Body Connection).When I had broken my disk, scolioses, protruding disks, - regardless which person I asked, the answer was always: “Don't care!”When I had my big back problems …, I went to a physician, and she told me, when she was living as a child on a farm, everybody had to labor very hard to fill up the storehouse, and this caused back pain for a month. After that, the back pain disappeared by itself. This was such an eye opener for me that I didn't care for my back pain anymore because I knew how hard the farmer worked; at 70 years the old farmer, worked very hard the whole day. For instance, the farmer picked up straw bales (20Kg) with the fork and throw them on the wagon (Do this for a whole day…). I had thought before I talked to my Physician that the farmer never had back pain. From this time on I have done very vigorous back exercises that I should not do according to doctors' recommendation. As usual, the orthopedic doctor had been wrong! My back is better than ever before. Dr. Sarno says that these back problems and symptoms are typical, meaning broken disks, scoliosis, protruding discs, and slipped disks have been quite common for centuries, and only fewer people had back pain from these symptoms. Today people are experiencing more pain for the same symptoms, that was not a problem before! Why?The reason is simple, people are focused on their pain and sorrow, and if they have fear, stress, or anger, then this will cause them pain. The cause is not the broken disk or the protruded disk, it is the focus on the problem combined with the suppressed negative feelings. This means the stress or intense emotion will cause the pain in the weakest part of our body if the heart is the most vulnerable organ, then this can cause heart problems for instance! Don't make your problem bigger than it is!Some days after I had read his book: “Healing Back Pain. The Mind-Body Connection” I could not move my back anymore (lumbago). I decided to drive my car to the disco. I could hardly get in the car. And to get out of the car caused me an enormous pain. Then I went dancing, ignoring the pain, and after 20 minutes the pain was gone. In the last 8 years, I haven't had intense back pain again, it only bothers me now sometimes a little bit. Don't focus on your diseases, enjoy your life!Ignoring the pain works much better than focusing only on the back pain in your life. Do exercises even it is painful, dancing, or just shaking the body will work. For sure pain killer doesn't work and makes everything worse. Jill Swyers has worked in the catering industry, managed restaurants and was professionally involved in food and beverage for the hotel industry for over 40 years. She has worked in Greece, South Africa, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and France. Jill also had her own London based catering company, "Hungry Hampers", providing typical cuisine for corporate events, weddings and formal picnics such as Ascot, Glyndebourne and Henley.For several years, Jill suffered a low energy level and she felt debilitated. She was diagnosed as suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalga, Hypoglycaemia, Candida and Reynauds disease. She believed her condition could be directly linked to her diet, which is when she started looking seriously at the impact of diet on health. To lose weight, she tried food combining and lost 20Kg (44lb) over a period of six months. Reading about Aloe Vera juice and its energising properties, she started to drink the juice and noticed an increase in vitality. Jane Wood Branam, age 69. Married 35 years and I have 3 Granddaughters. I have taught at 4 universities and have a PhD. For the last 20 years, I have run a successful business with my husband. We are working part-time now and trying to retire this year. My highest weight was 201. I am in maintenance for about a year and a half now. I have lost all the weight many times with very restrictive eating plans and weighing and measuring my foods. But eventually I would regain. But ever since I started IF in September 2019 at 180, I knew that it was sustainable and could be a way of life for me.
