 Are we hypochondria? It looks so after the research on healing back pain, from Dr. John E. Sarno. (His Book: Healing Back Pain. The Mind-Body Connection).When I had broken my disk, scolioses, protruding disks, - regardless which person I asked, the answer was always: “Don't care!”When I had my big back problems …, I went to a physician, and she told me, when she was living as a child on a farm, everybody had to labor very hard to fill up the storehouse, and this caused back pain for a month. After that, the back pain disappeared by itself. This was such an eye opener for me that I didn't care for my back pain anymore because I knew how hard the farmer worked; at 70 years the old farmer, worked very hard the whole day. For instance, the farmer picked up straw bales (20Kg) with the fork and throw them on the wagon (Do this for a whole day…). I had thought before I talked to my Physician that the farmer never had back pain. From this time on I have done very vigorous back exercises that I should not do according to doctors' recommendation. As usual, the orthopedic doctor had been wrong!  My back is better than ever before.  Dr. Sarno says that these back problems and symptoms are typical, meaning broken disks, scoliosis, protruding discs, and slipped disks have been quite common for centuries, and only fewer people had back pain from these symptoms. Today people are experiencing more pain for the same symptoms, that was not a problem before! Why?The reason is simple, people are focused on their pain and sorrow, and if they have fear, stress, or anger, then this will cause them pain. The cause is not the broken disk or the protruded disk, it is the focus on the problem combined with the suppressed negative feelings. This means the stress or intense emotion will cause the pain in the weakest part of our body if the heart is the most vulnerable organ, then this can cause heart problems for instance!  Don't make your problem bigger than it is!Some days after I had read his book: “Healing Back Pain. The Mind-Body Connection” I could not move my back anymore (lumbago). I decided to drive my car to the disco. I could hardly get in the car. And to get out of the car caused me an enormous pain. Then I went dancing, ignoring the pain, and after 20 minutes the pain was gone. In the last 8 years, I haven't  had intense back pain again, it only bothers me now sometimes a little bit. Don't focus on your diseases, enjoy your life!Ignoring the pain works much better than focusing only on the back pain in your life. Do exercises even it is painful, dancing, or just shaking the body will work. <重量> ・学生時代~社会人なりたて:50kg後半~60kg台 ・現在:70kg台 ・軽かったときより20kg以上の激太り ①無理しない ・1月2月は、ほぼほぼ散歩。そこからスタート ・雨降ったら休む。止んだら走るけど、振ったら休むと決め込む。「雨!!降れよ!!!」と祈りまくってます。走りたくない ・しんどくて20分も走れないと感じたら素直に途中から歩く。仕方ないって ・20分かけて1.9km。速さなんか知らん。どうでもいい。他人と比較しないし ・仕事で忙しいときはあきらめる。でも夜になって時間あったら夜中でも走る。 ・ストレッチなんか知らん。筋トレも知らん。絶対にやるかそんなもん。寒いのにそれやってる間に走る気が失せる ・食事制限なんて知らん。走って疲れてるんだからご飯がうまいYO! ②へぼくても自分をほめる ・足痛いのにがんばった ・10日連続でジョギングできたけど20分できなかったときもあった。でもなんだかんだ走ってえらい ・足痛いのにがんばった ※副産物もありました ・前向き、ポジティブになった ・テンション高くなった ・寝つきやすくなった

Andrea je renesanční člověk, který kromě role maminky zastává hned několik dalších pracovních i nepracovních rolí. Od našeho prvního společného koučingu, před 4mi lety, kdy Andrea zhubla po porodu 20kg za 6 měsíců, ušla velký kus cesty. Díky naší spolupráci úplně změnila svůj přístup ke stravování, péči o své tělo, zdraví, stravě a pohybu. Přes praktikování tabaty podle youtube videí doma, individuálním tréninkům ve Fitku, běhu, účasti na Běhej Lesy - Bílá, 21km, Ostrava City Půlmaraton se dostala k Bikram józe, která ji pohltila až tak, že se účastnila šampionátu v Jóga sportu a loni absolvovala kurz realizovaný Českým sportovním klubem jógy a Yoga sport world mezinárodní asociací, aby se mohla vydat na dráhu lektorky BIKRAM jógy. Nyní praktikuje a vede lekce Bikram jógy a HOT HIIT ve studiu YOGA SPORT Frýdek a Maralák, zrekonstruovali a manželem chatu v Beskydech, kterou pronajímají k rekreačním účelůmu. Učí děti doma, stále pracuje na částečný úvazek a stále drží formu. S menšími výkyvy i 4 roky od našeho koučingu drží stejné míry a drží principy racionálního stravování. Jak to všechno zvládá? In der Folge geht es vor allem um: Ausrechnen der Erhaltungskalorien, wie man Zucker spart und warum Süßstoff vielleicht nicht der "beste" Weg ist. Ich teile meine Meinung zu Stress, berichte von meinem "Periodenstruggle" und gebe generell ein paar Einblicke in meine Gedanken, dabei gibt es aber auch bisschen Motivation on Top - ihr kennt mich ja. Jill Swyers has worked in the catering industry, managed restaurants and was professionally involved in food and beverage for the hotel industry for over 40 years. She has worked in Greece, South Africa, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and France. Jill also had her own London based catering company, "Hungry Hampers", providing typical cuisine for corporate events, weddings and formal picnics such as Ascot, Glyndebourne and Henley.For several years, Jill suffered a low energy level and she felt debilitated. She was diagnosed as suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalga, Hypoglycaemia, Candida and Reynauds disease. She believed her condition could be directly linked to her diet, which is when she started looking seriously at the impact of diet on health. To lose weight, she tried food combining and lost 20Kg (44lb) over a period of six months. Reading about Aloe Vera juice and its energising properties, she started to drink the juice and noticed an increase in vitality. Jane Wood Branam, age 69. Married 35 years and I have 3 Granddaughters. I have taught at 4 universities and have a PhD. For the last 20 years, I have run a successful business with my husband. We are working part-time now and trying to retire this year. My highest weight was 201. I am in maintenance for about a year and a half now. I have lost all the weight many times with very restrictive eating plans and weighing and measuring my foods. But eventually I would regain. But ever since I started IF in September 2019 at 180, I knew that it was sustainable and could be a way of life for me.
