Cada semana en Onda Cero junto a Agustín Bravo, Sergio Alberto Gama y Beatriz Martínez analizamos la seguridad vial. El "espejismo" de las listas de espera de la DGT: la frialdad de los datos frente al sentido común de la calle El Plan de Refuerzo Operativo de Exámenes (PRO) de la Dirección General de Tráfico revela una brecha estadística abismal frente a las patronales, pero el debate real en las autoescuelas reabre una herida más profunda: ¿enseñamos a los jóvenes a aprobar un examen o a conducir de verdad? Durante meses, las asociaciones provinciales de autoescuelas han denunciado un colapso del sistema de exámenes prácticos de conducir en España. Las cifras de alumnos "atrapados" en listas de espera, difundidas públicamente, hablaban de miles de personas listas para obtener el permiso B y bloqueadas por la falta de examinadores de la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT). Sin embargo, la puesta en marcha del Plan de Refuerzo Operativo de Exámenes (PRO) por parte de la DGT ha arrojado una luz completamente distinta sobre el conflicto, destapando lo que Tráfico califica como una "divergencia muy significativa" entre el relato de la patronal y la realidad del sector, pero provocando al mismo tiempo una dura respuesta de los profesionales de la formación vial. La DGT inició una prueba piloto del plan PRO en mayo en Navarra, Lleida, Almería y Palma de Mallorca. Con una medida de carácter excepcional, Tráfico movilizó y puso a disposición de las autoescuelas de estas zonas la totalidad de los examinadores necesarios para atender de golpe a toda su demanda declarada. El resultado ha sido un inesperado baño de realidad: cuando la administración ofreció examinar sin límites, las listas masivas de alumnos supuestamente listos para el examen simplemente se redujeron a una pequeña fracción. Las cifras de la divergencia: del papel al examen El requerimiento de la DGT a las autoescuelas de las provincias piloto fue claro: debían presentar listados con absolutamente todos los alumnos formados y en condiciones de examinarse de inmediato del práctico de clase B. Al cerrarse los plazos, la realidad registral contradijo los argumentos de colapso de las patronales: • Navarra: Las autoescuelas afirmaban públicamente que más de 6.000 alumnos estaban esperando. Al abrirse el plan de refuerzo, las escuelas solo presentaron a 275 alumnos (aprobaron 164, un 59,64%). • Lleida: Frente a la cifra denunciada de 5.000 alumnos preparados, solo se aportaron 312 candidatos (con un 46,15% de aprobados). • Almería: De una supuesta bolsa de 8.000 alumnos listos para el examen de circulación, solo se presentaron 630 (con un notable 70% de aptos). • Palma de Mallorca: Se denunciaba una lista de espera de 8.000 personas; sin embargo, en las pruebas extraordinarias del plan PRO apenas participaron 407 alumnos (suspendiendo más de la mitad, 210). La explicación técnica de la DGT es que las autoescuelas contabilizan como "alumnos en espera" a cualquier ciudadano que ha aprobado el examen teórico y que dispone de un plazo de hasta dos años para presentarse al práctico, independientemente de si han recibido la formación mínima requerida o si están verdaderamente preparados. El sentido común de la calle: «Si no puedo examinarme la semana que viene, es lista de espera» Frente a la complacencia estadística de la DGT, los expertos del sector y los propios conductores oponen una realidad ineludible en el día a día de las familias. José Lagunar, especialista en seguridad vial de Auto FM, lo define de manera tajante: «A mí me da igual que la cifra sea de seis mil personas o de seiscientas. Si un alumno, da igual de qué ciudad o provincia sea, se quiere examinar la semana que viene y no puede, y tiene que esperar dos, tres o cuatro semanas, eso es lista de espera. Y esa carestía de examinadores la sufrimos todos como sociedad». La escasez de recursos públicos castiga con especial dureza a quienes necesitan el permiso de conducir para acceder a un puesto de trabajo, opositar a los cuerpos de seguridad o sumar puntos de mérito laborales. El propio Lagunar relataba en los micrófonos de Onda Cero que su sobrina tardó 3 meses en poder acceder a la prueba práctica por falta de fechas libres. La situación en capitales de provincia como Valladolid es tan compleja que su propio hijo, Fabio, ha tenido que desplazarse a examinarse a Zamora para evitar el atasco administrativo. Esta falta de agilidad contrasta con épocas pasadas donde la dinámica era muy diferente. El propio Agustín Bravo recordaba haber tenido que esperar en su juventud desde finales de julio hasta marzo para examinarse, mientras que Lagunar rememoraba jornadas en las que un único examinador evaluaba a 8 personas seguidas y, con varios coches en marcha, se examinaban 50 o 55 personas en media mañana. Enseñar a aprobar vs. Enseñar a conducir El debate trasciende la pura falta de examinadores y apunta directamente a la calidad pedagógica del sistema actual. Hoy en día, los test teóricos de la DGT se han convertido en un entrenamiento memorístico lleno de trampas "para pillar" (con preguntas absurdas sobre vacas o fábricas de ganado) y superar la criba informática, no en un aprendizaje real de seguridad vial. El propio Lagunar confiesa que le dice a su hijo: «Fabio, céntrate en aprobar el examen. Luego ya te explico la diferencia entre seguridad vial y conducción». El ejemplo más claro de esta brecha formativa se vivió con la polémica supresión de la medida que permitía rebasar en 20 km/h el límite de velocidad para adelantar en carreteras convencionales. El propio director general de Tráfico justificó la eliminación de la norma afirmando públicamente que la mayoría de los conductores españoles no la conocían. Al hacer tal aseveración, Tráfico no solo incurrió en una dudosa interpretación de la realidad, sino que admitió de forma implícita un fracaso estrepitoso de su propio modelo de enseñanza. La disciplina militar como ejemplo de excelencia formativa Frente a la improvisación y el utilitarismo del examen civil, la formación de conductores dentro del Ejército de Tierra destaca como un ejemplo de lo que debería ser la educación vial del futuro. Obtener un permiso de conducción o de operador de maquinaria pesada (como el de gruista) dentro de las fuerzas armadas exige una disciplina pedagógica implacable. Los aspirantes se someten a una cantidad de horas de prácticas obligatorias muy superior a la del sistema civil, exponiendo a los conductores a múltiples escenarios de riesgo real antes de darles la aptitud. El resultado son conductores con un nivel técnico y una concienciación excepcionales, bajo una premisa institucional muy clara: una baja es una baja, sea militar o civil, y hay que trabajar con rigor absoluto para erradicarla. Tenerife y Barcelona en el horizonte A pesar de las discrepancias interpretativas entre las autoescuelas y la administración, la DGT continuará extendiendo su plan de refuerzo (PRO) para intentar descongestionar los puntos críticos del territorio nacional: • En Tenerife, donde las autoescuelas declaraban 11.000 alumnos en espera, Tráfico solo ha recibido una lista real de 575 candidatos, cuyas pruebas se programaron para finales de junio. • En Barcelona, frente a un supuesto colapso histórico de 63.000 personas, el listado real aportado por las escuelas se ha quedado en 1.450 alumnos, programándose exámenes extraordinarios durante varios sábados de junio para absorber por completo la demanda real existente. Schwester Anne findet es tröstlich, dass selbst die Jünger Jesu nicht immer alles verstehen und nachfragen. Die harten Bilder vom Gericht deutet sie nicht als eine beängstigende Rede, sondern als große Hoffnung: Am Ende wird die Gerechtigkeit Gottes sichtbar. Die Gerechten werden "wie die Sonne leuchten". Warum dieser Satz gerade in dunklen Zeiten Mut machen kann, hört man in dieser Folge des Podcasts.Aus dem Matthäusevangelium:In jener Zeit verließ Jesus die Menge und ging in das Haus. Und seine Jünger kamen zu ihm und sagten: Erkläre uns das Gleichnis vom Unkraut auf dem Acker! Este fin de semana hablamos de festivales, pues Alberto Barbera ha anunciado ya los títulos que veremos en la 83ª edición de Venecia, en la que faltan mujeres directoras y con la presencia en competición de dos coproducciones españolas: 'Búnker', de Florian Zeller y protagonizada por Penélope Cruz y Javier Bardem, y 'Sucederá esta noche' de Nanni Moretti. Si nos venimos un poco más cerca, aquí en España, concretamente en Mallorca, comienza el Atlàntida Film Fest, así que hemos hablado con su director, Jaume Ripoll. Además, hay estrenos muy interesantes que comentar. Desde Francia llega 'El sueño americano' y desde Argentina, 'La mujer de la fila'. También de allí, pero en coproducción con Uruguay y España es 'El mensaje'. Una comedia española familiar llega a la cartelera, 'Tres de más', protagonizada por Kira Miró, Salva Reina y Luna Fulgencio; y con los más pequeños también se pueden disfrutar las animadas 'Rufus' y 'Jumbo'. Pero espérense, porque esta semana hay de todo. Si les gusta el terror pueden ver 'Insaciable' y si, en cambio, prefieren pasar un rato más divertido, ya está disponible en Apple TV 'Dink'. En 30 minutos les ponemos al día de todo.

Og Intel, der vil udbygge kapaciteten hurtigst muligt, kalder han et kæmpe køb.   Derudover: Supermicro steg 24% i en rød uge på en opjustering af både marginer og backlog. Oracle vandt en 10-årig aftale med det amerikanske forsvarsministerium. USA's ledelse anklager kinesiske Kimi K3 for at have destilleret på Fable 5, og Jensen Huang debuterede på X med et åbent brev om open weights.
