Helena first stepped onto the Ashtanga mat when she was 19 years old. Coming out of her rebellious teen years, filled with drug abusing and running away from home. She was instantly bewitched by the method and has been practicing asana along with self-inquiry, ever since. In 2008, after 6 years of daily practice and studying Ayurveda to become a therapist, Helena made her first trip to KPJAYI in Mysore, India, and also spent time in Kerala to further her studies in Ayurveda. In 2010, after a one month training with Sharath Jois, (director of KPJAYI in Mysore) she was granted Authorisation Level 1 and received Level 2 in 2014. While practicing and teaching in Brazil, Helena learned from many famous teachers including Fabio Sayão, Matthew Vollmer, and Osnir Cugenotta. For almost a decade she taught daily Mysore in São Paulo, offering classes in many different centers before founding her own Yoga Shala, Ashtanga Pitanga, where she directed and taught the Mysore program for 2 years. A huge shift in her life happened when she moved to London in 2016, where she ran the Mysore Program at Triyoga Chelsea for the next two years. She began teaching internationally in other countries like Portugal, France, Germany and Purple Valley, Goa (while assisting Mark Robberds - listen to our episode #57 with Mark Robberds HERE). Helena continued to deepen her yoga studies with an intensive period of study with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci. In 2019, she gave birth to her beautiful little boy Leornado and they decided to move to Valencia, Spain, with her partner. She's now living in Palma de Mallorca, and has opened up EARTH YOGA in Santa Catalina. In this episode of the Confidence Mastery Podcast, Natalie interviews Joseph Drolshagen, a transformational coach and founder of the IFGT (It's Fucking Go Time) Corporation. Joseph shares his personal journey of overcoming financial struggles and societal conditioning to pursue his passion for inspiring and leading others to live better lives. KEY TAKEAWAYS The subconscious mind plays a crucial role in determining our potential and limiting beliefs. By understanding and shifting our subconscious programming, we can open up new possibilities and achieve greater success in our lives. Developing a dynamic vision is essential for stepping beyond our current circumstances and conditions. By focusing on our vision and taking aligned action steps, we can move towards our desired outcomes and experience extraordinary change. Living in gratitude for the present moment while holding a vision for the future allows us to find balance and happiness. It is important to appreciate what we have achieved so far while striving for more. The SMT (Subconscious Mindset Training) method is a powerful tool for transforming our mindset and aligning our conscious and subconscious minds. It involves identifying and shifting limiting beliefs, patterns, and paradigms that no longer serve us, and replacing them with empowering beliefs. BEST MOMENTS "Money doesn't fill that void. Money helps us live better lives, it helps us to have a bigger impact in other people's lives and share and enjoy, but it doesn't create that fulfilment feeling like living with purpose does." "The reality of our life is make believe because our entire reality of our life is based on our perceptions. So at any time, you can shift your perceptions and change the reality of your life 100%." "Our greatest desires in our life are a place that we come from to bring that to fruition." "If we are not consciously choosing to live rich, excellent, and healthy, then we are unconsciously choosing to live poor, mediocre, and unhealthy." There's a new world coming, With a better way to live. And I'm gonna make it happen, As I have so much to give. ☉ I'm in SPAIN and will be in Mallorca this Friday. Let's get together! https://bit.ly/kaypacha-events This is a packed full Moon as she is conjunct serious Saturn in the sign of Pisces, which has to do with surrender, giving, chaos, and confusion. As I go into in this report, stable, structured Saturnian reality is greatly challenged in the sign of Pisces (until 2026), which dissolves 3D reality in favor of a spiritual reality that is governed by a different set of laws/rules. It is/will feel like the tapestry of life is unraveling, and that is because it is! As our Sabian symbol for the degree of the full Moon pictures, this is both the end of an era/epoch and the very start of a new one. As we close a chapter of human evolution and prepare for a new beginning, many of us will feel lost, confused, and scared as what we held onto as real, dependable, and stable no longer exists. This is in the realm of financial security, relationships, and, most importantly, our own identity… who am I really? This question may be living deeply in our souls during this time. Knowing that we are co-creators of our reality, it becomes ever more critical to listen to ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves about what is happening inside and out as our thoughts create reality. This week's mantra stresses that we are powerful light/love beings with unique gifts to share, give, and heal ourselves and others. Focusing on what is beautiful, both within and without, creates more beauty, warmth, joy, and abundance in our lives. Let's do it! This week's song "Gimme Some Lovin'" https://youtu.be/RSIj_yhj7hg?si=g5VY6WP0FhVz7YMy So Much Love, Kaypacha https://newparadigmastrology.com/

¿Te gustan los Clásicos? A mí, mucho. ¿Te gustan los Seat? A mi mucho. ¿Te gustan las rarezas? A mí, mucho. ¡a disfrutar! Seat 127 Samba (1978).
