So many times we forget how to be grateful and appreciate what we are afforded in this human experience. Be kind to yourself and be you always so you never have to deal with shallow feels, when all you deserve is the best you offer out from self. If theres one thing I learned from sitting in this mana bomb session, it was to honor and appreciate with aloha always because you should always add value not deplete it from its source. MANA BOMB: Effort is reciprocal if it is one-sided it is time to let the effort go. FOCUS: Currency ENGAGEMENT: What does it mean to put no effort into something? Is it specific to a certain context or generalized all the way across your board? Time, Energy, Money + Currency. How and whom you share your currency with, will give clue as to how you care for yourself and your people. Be intentional when it comes to spending time and make every effort to reciprocate the efforts of those whom you desire to interact with. MANA BOMB: Enough being the “go to” to those you can't “go to” FOCUS: Reciprocity ENGAGEMENT: If we looked at this concept: "value to value" what does that mean? If you were to be sold in a store, what is the worth and why? Relationships, Friendship, Business, Work To define your value is one thing, to be defined by another's value is another, but to be defined in full community (inside/outside through your personal proof and validation) that value may be used as a tool to help get you further in goals, life, and choices that you make.
