She works with ‘Discover Your SpirituaL GIFTS’ in Littleton CO, although Covid has shifted the hours of in-house operations slightly. Cynthia speaks astrology and tarot, and also reads akaushik records.  She really began to delve into her studies of astrology and tarot in the early 90s and has been reading akaushic records since 2000. Around 2012 Cynthia lived and learned Brazil within an energetic healing community as well as Lilly Dale, NY where medium shifting is a norm and has begun to become another aspect of Cynthia’s work as a spiritual guide. Sometimes her readings can incorporate all of these aspects that she works with, which allows her to have a full perspective for her readings. Start light, use videos, or a friend/ trainer to help you get the form right. Figure out your goals first, what you like to do, and those will help guide you towards the right kinds of workouts or gyms for you. Respecting portion sizes is a brilliant way to support your physical goals if you enjoy treats that are a little less on the healthy side…Weights first followed by cardio is the best way to burn excess glycogen, burn fat, and build muscle and possibly fit into your high school clothing! Drinking water is one of the best first things to do to fight cravings and improve your ability to crush your workouts.
