We begin with a reflection on the roots of sewing in Salt Lake City, stretching back to the arrival of Mormon pioneers in 1847. For these early settlers, sewing was not a pastime but a necessity—a way to preserve life, create comfort, and build community. Their quilts, made from scraps of old clothing, flour sacks, and church shirts, stitched stories of faith, hardship, and hope. Today, that legacy lives on—not only in museum collections but in the humanitarian efforts of modern Relief Society members and in the passionate quilting community that continues to grow.Against this rich historical backdrop, the 2025 BERNINA University welcomed dealers, vendors, educators, and international guests from BERNINA's headquarters in Steckborn, Switzerland. It was a time for learning, connection, innovation—and yes, celebration. With so many creative minds gathered in one place, the energy was palpable, and we were there to capture it all. From an opening ceremony that left the crowd buzzing to new product announcements, fashion shows, and the kind of spontaneous conversations that can only happen in person, BU 2025 delivered. Hello!Today, we talk about what the hell ICE is wearing out in the streets of American cities, “operator cosplay” which is the phenomenon of yahoos dressing up like they're in special forces, and we talk a whole lot about ICE's policy of wearing masks in public. We also continue our long search for the pod's Joe House and bring on Kang's college roommate, a veteran Green Beret who explains what ICE is wearing and why. This is a public episode. We Can't To We Can founder and President Trinity Jagdeo, discusses the non-profit organization for families with disabilities that she founded at the age of 18. Trinity spoke of her friend, Alexus and how her battle with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, also known as SMA, revealed to her the lack of opportunities and role models her friend had. She began with a series of ‘superhero’ books based on kids with disabilities and developed it into a foundation that today promotes representation and inclusion through her books, presents local events and offers financial support to families. She talked about their signature programs, a swap service where families can exchange outgrown medical equipment and their bi-annual fundraiser, Including You! Runway at Pfleeger Hall at Rowan University. This year falling on July 26, the 35th anniversary of the Americans With Disabilities Act, the event features stunning runway performances with both able and disabled models wearing national brands and adaptive clothing, a live DJ, a red-carpet experience, special guest appearances, exciting prizes, and the official launch of their groundbreaking superhero book series spotlighting real kids with disabilities. Learn more at WeCant2WeCan.org. Runway tickets can be found here.

What's up Bros? RHOBH is in a bit of a strange place at the moment. Its not bad, its not great, it just sorta is. In this episode, Sutton puts on a fashion show. The whole group reacts to Mauricio's recent paparazzi shot. Kathy is back at it with her antics but she's not fooling us... Garcelle and Dorit sit down for a dinner and they may have found a path forward. As we said, this show is just in a bit of a standstill.
