Today I'm stacking these two popular oils against each other to see how they compare in terms of nutritional value. I discuss which one should you consider using and why it will benefit you & your entire family.
Coconut oil has more uses than we can count! Cooking, baking, coffee additive, hair mask, skin oil...some even use it as a sunscreen (please don't do this last one). Coconut oil contains both saturated and unsaturated fat which can be confusing for some people. It is also unique because it contains medium chain triglycerides or perhaps better known as MCT's.
