Interview with Trevor Walker, President & CEO of Frontier Lithium (TSX-V: FL)Our previous interview: https://youtu.be/FOd27g3uwUcRecording date: 27th October 2023Frontier Lithium is a Canadian mining company rapidly advancing one of North America's premier hard rock lithium assets towards production - the PAK Lithium Project located in Ontario's Great Lakes region. PAK contains a top 1% global deposit with probable reserves of 22 million tonnes (Mt) at 1.55% Li2O, a 7.2Mt measured and indicated resource at 1.87% Li2O and a 2.8Mt inferred resource at 2.22% Li2O. In a recent video update, President and CEO Trevor Walker outlines Frontier Lithium's path to production and growing strategic advantages in the lithium space.Key highlights include Frontier recently completing a positive Pre-Feasibility Study on PAK, demonstrating robust economics for a two-phased spodumene concentrate operation. The PFS showed a post-tax NPV8 of C$1.7 billion and IRR of 24.1% over a 24 year mine life. With the strong PFS results de-risking the project, Frontier Lithium is now focused on completing a Definitive Feasibility Study and securing strategic partners over the next 12-18 months. This will position the company to make a Final Investment Decision on constructing Phase 1 of the PAK concentrator by 2024.Crucially, Frontier Lithium is fully funded to production with a current cash balance of C$22.3 million and no debt. PAK provides inherent strategic advantages including top-tier grades, scale, existing infrastructure, and location proximal to U.S. electric vehicle supply chains. The project can produce high-quality low-iron spodumene concentrates to capture premium pricing. With construction targeted in the next 2-3 years, Frontier Lithium represents a unique near-term lithium production investment opportunity. As PAK moves down the development timeline, Frontier's leverage to surging EV demand and lithium prices will come into clearer focus – making it a compelling lithium developer today.—Learn more: https://cruxinvestor.com/companies/frontier-lithiumSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Last day of quarterly season! We kick things off with the big one, Patriot Battery Metals (PMT.asx) announcing their maiden resource estimate. 109.2Mt @ 1.4 % and plenty to talk about.  Next up is a brief chat about quiet achievers Emerald Resources (EMR.asx) who are looking to wrap up Bullseye Mining. A bit of global news followed, with iron ore giant Vale (VALE.nyse) selling off 13% of their base metals unit to a fascinating pair of investors.  Silver Lake (SLR.asx) announced a guidance number that the market didn't take a liking to, thanks to Sugar Zone being turned off (at least that was our translation). To tie things off we go into the capital raise and operational update at mineral sands play Strandline (STA.asx), who have hit a snag while ramping up Coburn.  All Money of Mine episodes are for informational purposes only and may contain forward-looking statements that may not eventuate. OM.V 4 Aug 2022, 08:19 Osisko Metals Reports First Infill Drill Results at Gaspé Copper Highlights include: Of the sixteen drill holes reported below, fourteen extended disseminated/stockwork copper-silver mineralization outside the current pit-constrained resource model, including up to 170 metres in drill hole 30-0991 below the currently designed pit floor. All fourteen holes ended in mineralization above or within the C Zone skarn horizon. Drill hole 30-0977, located 142.0 metres south of the modelled pit, intersected 375.3 metres grading 0.20% Cu and 1.31g/t Ag. This hole stopped in mineralization and can be extended if warranted. Drill hole 30-0985 intersected 528.0 metres grading 0.26% Cu and 1.72g/t Ag, including 46.5 metres grading 1.1% Cu and 6.19g/t Ag in skarn-style disseminated mineralization in the C Zone. This hole extends 122.0 m below the currently designed pit floor and stopped in mineralization. Robert Wares, Chairman & CEO, commented: “We are very pleased with the initial results of our 30,000-metre drill program at Gaspé Copper. Most of the reported results are from holes collared on top of Mount Copper, where historical drilling was relatively scarce. We can now confirm that this area is mineralized with limited oxide copper and that the potential for further expansion of the deposit appears to be significant as most of these holes ended in mineralization. With four drill rigs on site currently, I am excited to build upon what is already the largest undeveloped copper resource in Eastern North America.” About Osisko Metals Osisko Metals Incorporated is a Canadian exploration and development company creating value in the critical metals space. The Company controls one of Canada's premier past-producing zinc mining camps, the Pine Point Project, located in the Northwest Territories for which the 2022 PEA has indicated an after-tax NPV of $603M and an IRR of 25% based on the current Mineral Resource Estimates that are amenable to open pit and shallow underground mining and consist of 15.7Mt grading 5.55% ZnEq of Indicated Mineral Resources and 47.2Mt grading 5.94% ZnEq of Inferred Mineral Resources. Please refer to the technical report entitled “Preliminary Economic Assessment, Pine Point Project, Hay River, Northwest Territories, Canada” dated July 30, which has been filed on SEDAR. The Pine Point Project is located on the south shore of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories, near infrastructure, paved highway access, and has an electrical substation as well as 100 kilometres of viable haulage roads already in place. The Company is also in the process of acquiring, from Glencore Canada, a 100% interest in the past-producing Gaspé Copper Mine, located near Murdochville in the Gaspé peninsula of Quebec. The Company is currently focused on resource evaluation of the Mount Copper Expansion Project that hosts a NI43-101 Inferred Resource of 456Mt grading 0.31% Cu (see April 28, 2022 press release). Gaspé Copper hosts the largest undeveloped copper resource in Eastern North America, strategically located near existing infrastructure in the mining-friendly province of Quebec. https://ceo.ca/@drjimjones Twitter: https://twitter.com/drjimjonesceo Podcast channel: https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/due-diligence-by-doc-jones-resource-investor-hunting/id1568221675 Podcast is for educational purposes only not investment advice. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/docjonesresourceinvestor/message

Romanera Deposit Info Sampling release: https://ceo.ca/@nasdaq/emerita-provides-results-of-surface-sampling-from-geological "Going hard after a potential +30 Mt high grade Romanera with 70,000 m program in 2022 EMO announced an updated drill program for IBW, with a planned 70,000 m of drilling just at Romanera and total 8 rigs on site. Management plans to deploy 6 rigs at Romanera with 2 rigs turning at El Cura and Infanta. Romanera big size potential:Romanera has a large historic resource of 34 Mt, incl. 11.2 Mt at 11.9% ZnEq in high grade subset . The high-grade intercepts at depth (incl. 20 m at 13.4% ZnEq from 300 – 350 m depth) imply potential to swiftly grow tonnage, with every 100 m vertical extension adding 2.0 – 4.0 Mt. As a result, we believe Romanera offers the best bang for the buck vs other known deposits at IBW. Geophysics suggests deposit strike potential of 1,200 m vs historically drilled ~450 m, indicating Romanera could eventually be a very large underground +30Mt deposit at ~12% ZnEq. El Cura – Rio Tinto drilled some historic holes that anecdotally hit high grade copper (2-4%) potential for +2Mt of high-grade, copper rich potential at El Cura. Expected drill program:Romanera: 6 drill rigs expected to be turning with 70,000 m planned by year-end (additional rigs could be added if needed). Focus will be validating the historic resource and testing the down dip and along strike extensions. The areas along strike and at depth will see 50 meter drill spacing on section with 100 meter step outs between sections. Infanta & El Cura: 2 rigs planned. Resource update in 2023: The drill program is expected to result in a compliant resource at IBW (in 2023) in addition to metallurgical studies, eventually progressing the project towards production. Fully-funded: The 2022 drill program is estimated at ~C$10 MM while the existing cash balance is ~C$25 MM + warrants." Commencement of Geophysical Surveying at Bushranger Copper-Gold Project The Board of Xtract Resources Plc (“Xtract” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on exploration work at the Racecourse Mineral Resource on the Bushranger copper-gold exploration project, located in the Lachlan Fold Belt (“LFB”) of New South Wales, Australia. Highlights · Following the initial positive results of the Phase One drilling programme, a geophysical crew has been mobilised to the Racecourse site to commence a deep penetrating Induced Polarisation (IP) survey · The survey will track extensions of the Racecourse deposit potentially beyond 1,000m depth down plunge and along strike where little historic drilling has been completed · The information obtained will assist in planning a Phase Two drilling programme to further extend the mineral resource towards the target of 2Mt of contained copper equivalent · Drilling on the final hole (BRDD-21-006) of the Phase One drilling programme at Racecourse is continuing and further news will be reported when the hole is completed Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: “Results from the Phase One drilling programme have demonstrated mineralisation widths and plunge depths beyond our expectations. Results appear to show a large porphyry system, warranting planning for a Phase Two drilling programme. In order to identify extensions to the deposit in several directions, we intend to carry out a deep-penetrating IP survey – the bedrock resistivity at Racecourse allows significant depth penetration to enable tracking of anomalies potentially beyond 1,000m depth. We now have the benefit of previous drilling to guide us in interpreting prospectivity. We intend to use every tool available to plan the Phase Two drilling programme and the team is excited to advance the positive indications from Phase One towards our target of 2Mt of contained copper equivalent which would trigger the Anglo buy-back option.”https://www.share-talk.com/colin-bird-executive-chairman-xtract-resources-plc-xtr-l-exclusive-interview-3/

First Drill Assay Results from the Bushranger Copper-Gold Project The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that laboratory assays have been received from the first drill hole (BRDD-20-001) completed on the Phase One diamond drilling programme at the Racecourse Mineral Resource on the Bushranger copper-gold exploration project, located in the Lachlan Fold Belt ("LFB") of New South Wales, Australia.Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "The assay results from the first hole at the Racecourse deposit are exciting in that they confirm mineralisation for almost a kilometre down-plunge. The overall grade of 0.33% CuEq is very pleasing and I am particularly encouraged by the grade uniformity over the entire intercept. Results from the remaining holes will give us more information about the thickness and across-strike continuity of the mineralisation. The assay results from the initial hole compare very favourably with results reported from Alkane's Boda project and the bias towards copper at Racecourse is welcome, as it is a metal forecast to be in strong demand for years to come. I am also encouraged by the spread of molybdenum values throughout the drill interval - while these might not represent a financial credit to the project, they are good evidence for extensive development of porphyry systems in the region. The Phase One Drilling Programme has indicated the potentially significant scale of the Racecourse deposit and we will shortly be entering a phase of 3-D modelling and will undertake further geophysical surveying to aid planning for the Phase Two drilling programme. The initial assay results have excited the team and we are now working on permissions for the geophysical survey and further drilling as we work towards our target of 2Mt of contained copper." DRDGold (NYSE: DRD) - Tailings is a New Investment Class

Interview with Niël Pretorius, CEO of DRDGOLD Ltd (JSE/NYSE: DRD).We like tailings as an investment category. It's de-risked mining. No geological risks. It's safer. You could argue it's greener. And there are hundreds of millions of tonnes at surface all over the world waiting for value to be extracted.DRDGOLD is a South African NYSE/JSE-listed gold producer and a large player in the recovery of gold from surface tailings. They have a network of assets across South Africa, which they regard as 'unrivaled.' The company was founded in 1895 and pioneered mining methods in South Africa. Pretorius states the company has now come "full-circle," and is focusing exclusively on the recycling and re-mining of tailings, both around the Johannesburg area and now, more recently, the Carletonville area. DRDGOLD attempts to provide a unique combination of processing extremely high volumes of material and nano-extraction methods.DRDGOLD started the year with a share price close to a 5-year low of USD$2.20. However, DRDGOLD has fully capitalised on a good second half of the year for gold, rising to an impressive peak of USD$5.01 at the end of September, before settling down at a still impressive USD$4.60 today. DRDGOLD has a market cap of US$330M.DRDGOLD decided to transition to the tailings space around 10 years ago on recognising their own assets at the time were at the "lower-end" of the quality scale. Their conventional tailings strategy positions the company for stable growth. Pretorious is first keen to talk about the Ergo Project; DRDGOLD obtained Ergo Mining Proprietary Limited outright in 2010. Ergo’s assets include access to 750Mt to 900Mt tonnes of tailings deposited across the western, central and eastern Witwatersrand. The company’s flagship metallurgical plant, Ergo, with a 25.2Mt annual capacity, treats material from a variety of sources. DRDGOLD recently underwent a rationalisation process in order to simplify its structure and form a single retreatment business that is more synergistic with reduced costs.Sibanye-Stilwater, a name of immense pedigree in the mining world, obtained 38.05% of DRDGOLD on 31 July 2018 in exchange for 250m tons of reserves from some of the highest grade mine dumps in Africa. By doubling DRDGOLD's reserves, Sibanye-Stilwater will be looking to DRDGOLD as the key to unlocking the potential of this resource. However, Sibanye-Stilwater has the option of taking their stake to around 51% before February next year: reassuring in the sense that Sibanye-Stilwater wouldn't seek large ownership if DRDGOLD was a Christmas turkey, but will investors worry about a reduction in liquidity? Pretorius is keen to see Sibanye-Stilwater take advantage of this option, to bring an extra US$1B of capital into the company in addition to capitalising on DRDGOLD's stellar operating performance.Pretorius points to DRDGOLD's expertise in gold as an element that sets them apart from the significant tailings competition. In addition, the large size, vast experience and overall quality of the management team when combined with the value system Pretorius is implementing, renders DRDGOLD an intriguing proposition for any prospective investor.DRDGOLD provided a recent three-fold increase on dividends: incredibly generous to shareholders. We were keen to find out if they were being as generous to themselves, but Pretorius is insistent salary has adjusted in line with inflation and the company's bonuses are nothing to write home about. DRDGOLD's remuneration matrix seems interesting, but not necessarily in a positive way. Being rewarded based on what could happen rather than what has happened might be a problematic system for some investors. As Pretorius elaborates, the executives at DRDGOLD are far from underpaid. Maybe investors will let them off with this one given their impressive market performance and dividends. What did you make of Niël Pretorius? Is the Sibanye deal a game changer? Are the dividends getting you excited? Does DRDGOLD have enough going for it to separate it from the swathes of tailings competition? Company page: https://www.drdgold.com/ Make smarter investment decisions, subscribe here: https://www.cruxinvestor.com For FREE unbiased investment information, follow us on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook:https://twitter.com/cruxinvestor https://www.linkedin.com/company/crux-investor/ https://www.facebook.com/cruxinvestor Take advantage, hear it here first: https://www.youtube.com/CRUXinvestor

Late last year, I wrote about Castillo Copper Limited (ASX: CCZ) which announced some great results from their Cangai Copper Mine.  I was immediately intrigued. However, things did not go well for them as there were some environmental issues which appear to have been sorted out with their reinstatement to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).  Cangai Copper Mine in northern New South Wales is still one of Australia’s highest grading historic copper mines with a JORC inferred resource of 3.2Mt @ 3.35% Cu. A few months of hibernation and lots of "discussions" the company has a new strategy and a new team.  Most times, these new strategies are a lot of hot air, but what Castillo has come up with is very interesting.  The talk about the three-pillar strategy and I have to say it is not unattainable. The rebirth has brought in a new project within Zambia's well known "Copperbelt."The two Zambian projects named, Mkushi & Luanshya, are adjacent to producing copper mines, which enhances the upside appeal for Castillo's assets.
