Every effort must be made to arrive in the synagogue on time in the morning so one can recite the complete service – from the morning blessings, through the Akeda and Korbanot, followed by Pesukeh De'zimra, Shema and its blessings, the Amida, and so on. The Kabbalists in particular emphasized the importance of reciting the entire service without skipping any section. According to Kabbalistic thought, the prayer service is a process whereby one ascends from one level to the next, so that by the time he recites the Amida, he is on the highest level where he can speak directly to Hashem. Just as one cannot reach the third floor of a building without first reaching the second floor, likewise, one cannot reach the higher levels before passing through the lower levels, and so each stage of the prayer process is indispensable for the prayers to be effective. Indeed, in the work Maggid Mesharim (Parashat Beshalah), we read that the angel who taught Torah to Maran, author of the Shulhan Aruch, sternly admonished him to ensure to arrive on time in the synagogue so he can complete the entire prayer service. Skipping portions of the service, the angel warned, violates the "Heavenly protocol." Nevertheless, it occasionally happens that, for whatever reason, a person arrives late in the synagogue, and if he recites the entire service, he will be unable to pray the Amida together with the congregation. What should the individual do in this situation? Should he forego the recitation of the Korbanot for the sake of Tefila Be'sibur – praying the Amida together with the congregation – or must he follow the sequence of the prayer service even at the expense of Tefila Be'sibur? The Shulhan Aruch writes that if a person arrives late, then he should skip the introductory sections, and begin with Baruch She'amar so that he can catch up to the congregation and pray with them. If one has time for reciting some of the introductory portions of the prayer service, the Shulhan Aruch adds, then he should recite the morning blessings, as well as the paragraph of "Lefichach" through the verse of "Shema Yisrael" and "Baruch Shem." He should also recite the verses of the Tamid, and the section of the Ketoret, until but not including the paragraph that begins "Rabban Shimon Ben Gamliel." Additionally, he should recite the Ana Be'cho'ah prayer. He should recite the first part of Hodu – until the words "U'bi'nvi'ai Al Tare'u" – and then skip until "Kel Nekamot Hashem," continuing through "Ya'anenu Be'yom Kor'enu." He should then skip until "Hashem Melech" and Baruch She'amar. If one does not have time to recite any part of the Korbanot section, then he should skip it entirely in order to pray the Amida with the congregation, as the value of Tefila Be'sibur – praying with the congregation – overrides the value of reciting the Korbanot. This is the ruling of the Shulhan Aruch, based on the opinion of the Rashba (Rav Shlomo Ben Aderet, Spain, 1235-1310). Likewise, the Hacham Sevi (Rav Sevi Ashkenazi, 1656-1718), after noting the comments of the Zohar and the Arizal about the importance of reciting the entire prayer service, and of not skipping any portions of it, writes that Tefila Be'sibur is the highest priority, and thus one should skip the earlier sections of the service when necessary to pray the Amida with the congregation. This was the position taken also by the Hida (Rav Haim Yosef David Azulai, 1724-1806). By contrast, the Poskim who follow the teachings of the Kabbalah ruled that one may never skip any portion of the prayer service, even for the sake of Tefila Be'sibur. These include the Ben Ish Hai (Rav Yosef Haim of Baghdad, 1833-1909) and the Kaf Ha'haim (Rav Yaakob Haim Sofer, Baghdad-Jerusalem, 1870-1939). This is the view accepted by Hacham Bension Abba Shaul (Jerusalem, 1924-1998). He writes that notwithstanding the Shulhan Aruch's ruling, we cannot ignore the Kabbalists' teaching about the importance of the sequence of the prayer service. Furthermore, Hacham Bension adds, if we allow skipping the earlier sections of the prayer service, many people will do so habitually. It is preferable to forbid skipping, so people will see that by arriving late they forfeit the benefits of Tefila Be'sibur, and this will motivate them to make a greater effort to arrive on time. A mourner, Heaven forbid, should not skip the Korbanot section or any other portions of the daily prayer service. Although a mourner is not permitted to learn Torah, he may recite the passages from the Torah and other sources that have been incorporated into the prayer service.

Men Han oppmuntret ikke til videre flukt. Han ba henne å gå tilbake og underordne seg Sarai på ny. Det kan virke rart for oss. Noe av forklaringen er kanskje at Gud er en ordens og rettens Gud. Vi ser i alle fall samme holdning i Nytestamentet om slaver og deres herrer (1. Kor. 7,20-22; 1. Tim. 6,1-2; Tit. 2,9-10; 1. Pet. 2,18-19).Men Hagar vendte ikke tomhendt tilbake. Jesus sendte henne tilbake med løfter som vitnet om at hun skulle klare det og om en ny framtid. Sønnen skulle vokse opp og bli sterk og fri, et villesel av en mann (v. 11-12). Ikke alle av oss ville syns at det var et kompliment, nødvendigvis, men for Hagar var det kanskje det ultimate bildet på friheten som hun lengtet etter selv (Job. 39,8-11).Hagar opplevde seg sett og forstått (v. 13). Og med sannheten om ikke bare seg selv, men også om framtida si, kunne hun gå tilbake til hverdagen igjen. For nå hadde hun håp!Ja, slik kan det være for oss også. Det er ikke alltid Gud løfter oss ut av en vanskelig situasjon med det første. Men når Han møter oss, er det med håp og trøst som gjør det mulig for oss å fortsette. Han forvandler gjerne oss før Han forvandler situasjonen!Ta med deg de ordene i dag, hvis du står fast i noe vanskelig og vondt. Og vit at du er sett! Og vit at Gud elsker deg! The Kabbalists taught that when one recites the "Ana Be'cho'ah" prayer, he should arrange the words of the prayer in pairs. Meaning, he should say the first two words, briefly pause, say the next two words, pause, and so on. This is the instruction given by Rav Haim Vital (1543-1620), in Sha'ar Ha'kavanot, based on the teachings of the Arizal. This is brought later by the Ben Ish Hai (Rav Yosef Haim of Baghdad, 1833-1909) and the Kaf Ha'haim (Rav Yaakob Haim Sofer, Baghdad-Jerusalem, 1870-1939). However, Rav Meir Mazuz (1945-2025) ruled that one should not follow this custom, as the reading becomes unintelligible in this manner. By reciting the text of this prayer in pairs of words, one ends up saying, "Ana Be'cho'ah" – "Please, with the strength"; "Gedulat Yeminecha" – "the greatness of Your right"; "Tatir Serura" – "release those who are trapped"; "Kabel Rinat" – "accept the prayer of"; "Amecha Sagebenu" – "Your nation, protect us"; "Taharenu Nora" – "purify us, O Awesome One," and so on. The words are clearly not intended to be broken up in alternating pairs of two, as they have no meaning when recited this way. Rav Mazuz therefore ruled that one should recite the text of the prayer this way: "Ana Be'cho'ah Gedulat Yeminecha" ("Please with the power of the greatness of Your right"), "Tatir Serura" ("release those who are trapped"); "Kabel Rinat Amecha" ("Accept the prayer of Your nation"); "Sagebenu Taharenu Nora" ("protect us, purify us, O Awesome One"). (Incidentally, Rav Mazuz issued a similar ruling regarding the recitation of the famous verse, "Hashem Hoshi'a Ha'Melech Ya'anenu Be'yom Kor'enu." The Kabbalists instructed pausing after the word "Ha'melech," such that one should say: "Hashem Hoshi'a Ha'Melech, Ya'anenu Be'yom Kor'enu." Rav Mazuz noted that this reading sounds as though we ask Hashem to save the King ("Hoshi'a Ha'melech"). The proper way to read this verse, Rav Mazuz ruled, is with the pause after the word "Hoshi'a," such that we say, "Hashem save us; the King shall answer us on the day we call out.") Some Siddurim use a very complex system in punctuating this prayer, adding commas and periods, in an attempt to accommodate both opinions. In any event, Rav Yisrael Bitan writes that as the Arizal, the Ben Ish Hai and the Kaf Ha'haim all say that this prayer should be divided into pairs of words, it is difficult to dismiss this practice. Therefore, this is the preferred way to read Ana Be'cho'ah.

Kencan Dengan Tuhan - Selasa, 9 Juni 2026Bacaan: "Jadi kami ini adalah utusan-utusan Kristus, seakan-akan Allah menasihati kamu dengan perantaraan kami." (2 Korintus 5:20)Renungan: Sebelum sebuah film diluncurkan, biasanya produsen film akan meluncurkan lebih dulu trailernya. Di trailer yang biasanya hanya berdurasi 1-3 menit ini, ditampilkan cuplikan-cuplikan sebuah film yang dimaksudkan untuk membuat orang tertarik menonton filmnya. Membuat trailer ini tak mudah. Narasi yang disampaikan, cuplikan adegan yang dipilih ditampilkan, musik yang ditampilkan, harus menarik dan membuat orang yang melihat penasaran untuk menonton. Tidak heran, untuk film yang sudah ditunggu-tunggu banyak orang, trailernya bisa dirilis sejak setahun sebelum filmnya tayang, dibuat dalam beberapa versi, dan menjadi pembahasan tersendiri oleh para fans film itu. Bahkan ada penghargaan untuk trailer terbaik di beberapa festival film. Jika trailernya menarik, filmnya juga harus benar-benar menarik atau orang akan merasa tertipu. Sebaliknya, film bagus tapi trailernya buruk juga patut disayangkan. Sadarkah kita bahwa kehidupan kita juga ibarat sebuah trailer film? Orang-orang melihat hidup kita, bagaimana sikap dan karakter kita, bagaimana keputusan-keputusan kita, cara kita merespons segala sesuatu, dan prioritas hidup kita. Sebagai pengikut Kristus, semua itu ibarat trailer tentang Kristus yang kita ikuti. Alkitab berkata bahwa kita adalah utusan Kristus (2 Kor. 5:20). Orang percaya adalah ibarat surat Kristus yang bisa dibaca semua orang (2 Kor. 3:2-3). Sebelum benar-benar mengenal Kristus, maka orang dunia akan melihat terlebih dulu hidup kita, sikap kita, dan keputusan-keputusan yang kita buat. Apakah ucapan kita membuat orang tertarik datang pada Kristus? Ataukah tindakan kita justru membuat orang ilfeel dengan Kristus dan kekristenan? Melalui kitalah, orang dunia mendapatkan kesan pertama tentang Kristus. Dan jika trailer film kadang lebih menarik dari film aslinya, tidak demikian dengan Kristus. Ketika seseorang tertarik melihat hidup seorang Kristen yang dipenuhi damai sejahtera, sukacita, dan kasih, sehingga ia membuka hati untuk Kristus secara pribadi, maka ia akan mendapati hal yang jauh lebih indah lagi! Nah, sudahkah kita menjalankan peran kita sebagai trailernya Tuhan? Tuhan Yesus memberkati. Doa:Tuhan Yesus, jadikanlah aku alat-Mu, sehingga melalui kehadiranku banyak orang tertarik untuk mengenal dan mengikut-Mu. Amin.

(Yeremia 17:7)Renungan: Seorang penebang pohon dari desa terpencil membeli gergaji mesin karena orang-orang berkata gergaji itu akan membuat pekerjaannya lebih cepat dan rapi. Tapi, beberapa hari kemudian ia kembali ke toko yang menjual gergaji itu dengan marah. "Gergaji apa ini! Pekerjaan saya malah tidak selesai-selesai dan hasilnya buruk!" Pemilik toko mengamati gergaji itu. Apakah rusak? Pikirnya. la menarik tuasnya dan gergaji itu menyala lancar. Penebang pohon itu tersentak. "Suara apa itu?" Rupanya, selama ini ia memakai gergaji mesin itu seperti gergaji manual, tanpa dinyalakan mesinnya! Banyak di antara kita sama saja seperti penebang pohon di cerita tadi. Ini terjadi saat kita mencoba mengubah hidup kita dengan mengandalkan kekuatan sendiri. Ini terjadi ketika kita menghadapi masalah dan berusaha mengatasinya dengan cara kita sendiri. Pada akhirnya kita hanya akan kelelahan dan hasilnya pun jauh dari apa yang kita harapkan. Padahal, ada cara yang jauh lebih baik yaitu dengan mengandalkan kekuatan Tuhan. Jika gergaji mesin dapat memotong kayu dengan jauh lebih cepat dan rapi karena memakai teknologi mesin, maka mengandalkan kekuatan Tuhan juga akan membuat hidup kita berubah dengan lebih sempurna. Ketika Daud terjepit dan tak ada yang bisa menolongnya lagi, ia menguatkan kepercayaannya kepada Allah (1 Sam. 30:6). Ketika Simson sudah kehilangan kekuatan dan penglihatannya, bahkan menjadi bahan olok-olokan orang Filistin, ia berdoa minta kekuatan dari Tuhan dan di momen itulah ia berhasil menewaskan lebih banyak orang Filistin dibanding saat ia masih kuat (Hak. 16:28-30). Paulus pun memiliki apa yang ia sebut sebagai "duri dalam daging". Namun, ia justru bisa bermegah dalam kelemahannya itu, karena ia tahu kuasa Kristus turun atasnya (2 Kor. 12:7-10). Contoh-contoh itu menunjukkan betapa bodohnya jika berpikir kita bisa mengandalkan kekuatan sendiri. Kita hanya akan kelelahan, depresi, putus asa, dan tak puas. Andalkan dan berharaplah pada Tuhan, sebab dari Dialah berkat itu datang. Turuti petunjuk-Nya karena Dia saja yang tahu masa depan kita dan berkuasa atas hidup kita! Tuhan Yesus memberkati. Doa:Tuhan Yesus, ajarilah aku untuk senantiasa mengandalkan Engkau dalam setiap permasalahan hidupku, sehingga aku tetap kuat dan punya pengharapan. Amin. (Dod).

"Men den ene og samme Ånd virker alle disse forskjellige nådegavene og deler ut til hver enkelt slik Han vil." (1. Kor. 12,11)Til hver enkelt, står det! Det betyr at enhver som tror på Jesus, er blitt gitt noe som et resultat av nåden. Både du og jeg har fått noe. Men det gis slik som Ånden vil. Han spør altså ikke om vi er enige. Vi blir gitt noe, vi blir gitt det av bare nåde, og vi blir gitt det for en hensikt: nemlig for å bidra til å utruste andre troende til deres tjeneste og til å spre evangeliet videre ut, så Guds rike og Kristi kropp kan vokse (Ef. 4,12). Det er lov å vite hvilken gave vi er blitt gitt, og vi kan få være bevisste og frimodige i bruken av den.Det avhenger litt av fellesskapet vi er med i. Er der undervisning om og åpenhet for de ulike gavene? Men vi har også et ansvar selv for å forvalte det som vi er blitt gitt (Matt.25,14-27). Er du usikker, kan du lese om nådegaver, ta tester, snakke med andre, be Gud vise deg din gave og, ikke minst, muligheter til å bruke den. For vi trenger deg og din nådegave!Så er det jo også mulig å faktisk bruke gaven uten at vi har tenkt over det, uten at det er så avklart. Og det er bra. Men la oss ikke være en som skjuler gaven, eller lar være å bruke den, men ta ansvaret og øve oss i det, og la det få vokse fram. Søndagens preken tok utgangspunkt i historien om kong Josjafat i 2. Krønikebok 20 og oppfordringen: «Løft ditt blikk!» Når livet stormer, er vårt første kall ikke panikk, men å vende oss til Gud. Vi så hvordan «teologi» minner oss om hvem Gud er, «tro» lar oss feste vår tillit til Ham, og «tilbedelse» løfter blikket fra problemene til Guds storhet. Josjafat og folket tilba ikke etter seieren kom, men midt i kampen – fordi de stolte på at Herren allerede var med dem. Lovsang ble et uttrykk for tro, og Gud svarte med «triumf». Derfor er det kristne håpet at Jesus allerede har vunnet den endelige seieren, og at vi kan leve med løftet blikk selv når vi står i krevende sesonger. «Worship wins the war» – tilbedelse gjør Gud større i våre liv og setter alt annet i riktig perspektiv.____Hovedtekst: 2. The magic is back as Sam shares the 1989 film Wizards of the Lost Kingdom II. After an arduous search, the sequel to Sam's favorite movie is here at last! After a rocky recap by Danielle, the story begins with Caedmon of Nog being the fourth wall and then be ordered on a quest by a wizard in his cooking pot. Said wizard, Vanir, commands Caedmon, his worst student, to go find a boy chosen one (of course) whom he will train to overthrow the three evil wizards that have taken over the three kingdoms. Caedmon sets off to find the boy, Tyor (not Tyler), identified by the mark of Vanir (read: random birthmark) on his armpit. Tyor is all too willing to go with Caedmon, most likely because he's the horniest wizard in the three kingdoms but the only woman near him thus far was his mother. So the quest begins! Caedmon and Tyor travel to defeat each of the three evil wizards and free the people, but actually don't really do much since Tyor is less a chosen one and more a whiny kid who gets yelled at by Vanir until things just kinda work out for him. Adventure! If you're wondering what this has to do with Simon, Shurka, Kor, Aura or literally anything from the first movie, so are we, and how the magic works in this universe is somehow even less clear after this movie. So if you're ready for a sequel where its biggest link to the previous movie is the liberal use of footage from other movies, then get ready to be ensorcelled!

Nous, spectateurs, on ne l'a peut-être pas encore compris, pourtant tout a changé.Maintenant, les choses sont claires, nous sommes entrés dans la dernière phase de cette histoire : dans les 5 derniers épisodes, ils sont un couple à part entière. Pas simplement informel comme lorsqu'ils avaient des rendez-vous qui ne disaient pas leur nom. Non, ils s'aiment et sont maintenant clairement ensemble, libres de s'inviter et de choisir de passer du temps juste tous les deux. Voyons comment cela se concrétise dans les 3 épisodes du jour. Les portes de l'Abcb ouvre cette semaine avec une surprise qui j'espère vous plaira ! En effet, en l'absence de Madoka, c'est Hikaru qui sera votre hôte aujourd'hui pour un podcast spécial… Un hors-série qui me tenait à cœur depuis quelques temps maintenant...Si on devait réduire KOR à sa plus simple expression, nous présenterions évidemment cette série comme l'histoire d'amour entre Madoka et Kyosuke. Et alors qu'on approche de la fin de cette histoire singulière, la présente analyse le met bien en évidence.Pourtant, si cet amour intense est le cœur battant du récit, on ne peut retirer Hikaru de l'équation tant son rôle est essentiel à l'intrigue. On peut même penser qu'en empêchant d'une certaine manière que les choses se fassent trop rapidement entre les 2 personnages principaux, elle contribue malgré elle à la réussite de leur relation.En outre, ce personnage enjoué et attachant donne une saveur toute particulière à la série et elle mérite bien plus que d'être réduite à l'empêcheuse de tourner en rond. Elle incarne ainsi parfaitement l'insouciance de nos jeunes années, avant que les devoirs et les responsabilités qu'impliquent la vie d'adulte ne viennent décolorer petit à petit les joies simples de notre enfance.Alors si ce personnage est si important, ne mériterait-il pas qu'on mette de côté notre analyse principale pour nous attarder quelque peu sur Hikaru ?

Ez már a harmadik filmnézésük volt, köszönjük, hogy eljött, aki eljött! A Szeszélyes kalandok egy egymást továbbra is mélyen szerető pár történetét meséli el, akik elhatározzák, hogy kinyitják a kapcsolatukat. A döntésük nemcsak őket, hanem a gyermekeiket is érinti, ráadásul kiderül, hogy a szexuális önismeretük mellett a személyes önismeretük is fejlesztésre szorul. Ezek a kérdések is izgalmasak, de a filmezés utáni beszélgetésünkben szó esett arról, hogy tudunk-e a testünkről, a szexről és általában a vágyainkról beszélgetni a partnerünkkel és a barátainkkal. Ehhez a beszélgetéshez pedig nem találhattunk volna jobb vendéget, mint Jámbor Esztert, aki tabukommunikációs tanácsadóként és művészetterapeutaként nemcsak szokott, hanem tud is beszélni a szexről, a vágyakról és a testről, ráadásul küldetésének tekinti, hogy ez másoknak is jobban menjen.
