Nuovo Frammento di Blow Out dedicato agli Oscar.

Eddie Toner joins More than 90 Minutes, Editor Andrew Milne on the latest Talk from the Terrace to discuss Celtic's recent season book announcement and the reaction throughout the Celtic Support since. Eddie was born in the shadow of Celtic Park and has never lived more than walking distance away from Paradise. His family are steeped in the history of Celtic, his grandfather was the Celtic Park groundsman and he spent many a day in and around the old ground meeting the likes of Jock Stein and Billy McNeill as he played around the stadium. Match day is a family affair where generations gather in the Main Stand where he sits in between his Mam and Sister. He is the former General Secretary of the Celtic Supporters Association and ever present at home and away games following Celtic but he has come to a cross roads in his Celtic supporting life and is wrestling with the unthinkable idea of giving up his season book as he feels so disconnected with those running OUR club. Having witnessed two 9IAR's and a Quadruple Treble along with the bad times in the 1990's this is a sad state of affairs when those running the club are driving a wedge not only between themselves and the average Celtic fan on the street but a quick look on social media will tell you that they continue to divide the Celtic Support. At the moment the club we all love sadly does not resemble the community club it was set up for.Follow Eddie Toner on Twitter @eddie_tonerFollow Andrew Milne on Twitter @AndrewMilne12Follow Celtic Soul Podcast on Twitter @celtic_amMore than 90 Minutes Issue 115 Print Edition & Digital Edition is now on sale Click Link to buy Print or Digital Edition https://celticfanzine.com/product-category/new-issue/More than 90 Minutes Celtic Fanzine Subscription Detailshttps://celticfanzine.com/product-category/monthly-print-subscription/Merchandise & T-Shirtshttps://celticfanzine.com/shop/If your business or CSC like the Podcast and would like to become a sponsor please email us at info@celticfanzine.com. InternCLE Episode 037 AmMore – Marcia Morenohttps://www.ammore.us/AmMore LLC is the first Cleveland based company dedicated to helping organizations diversify their workforce by creating strategies to attract, recruit and retain Latinx talent to thrive and succeed in Greater Cleveland.MissionEffectively support organizations diversify their workforce by attracting, recruiting, and retaining Latinx professionals to succeed and thrive in the Greater Cleveland area. AmMore offers a wide variety of culturally competent services to organizations and professionals looking for inclusive ways to contribute to the cultural richness and economic growth of Ohio. VisionA community in which all Latinx professionals are appreciated, welcomed, valued, developed, challenged, feel included, can be authentic in the workplace and are able to contribute to the cultural and economic growth of their communities.Marcia and I had a great conversation about diversity in internship programs and beyond. She opened my eyes to some inherent assumptions I was operating under. I enjoyed our conversation and am so grateful we have her in Cleveland. Marcia works with organizations that want to diversify their workforce, and more specifically for including Latinos. Marcia created her company to have flexibility to spend time with her son and to provide her the opportunity to utilize her education and background to contribute to the Cleveland economy. The Latino population is the fastest growing population in the country. Latino’s are 21% of the Millennial population and the Millennial population is one of the most diverse generations. Marcia is from Chile and she utilizes her experience coming to Cleveland and falling in love here (both with her husband and the city) to help companies focus on attracting more professionals like her. Marcia has realized through her initial work with companies here in the Midwest, she realized that she needs to start with the basics of the LatinX culture. In Cleveland, the Latino population is still growing as compared to cities like New York or Miami. She works with companies to educate them on the culture of the Latin population, the economic barriers or other possible challenges of the population, and what that population brings to the table for companies.
