How do you use AI to generate more leads on social media? You'll find the answer in this Real Estate AI Flash podcast episode. We chatted with our special guest, Caroline Mitchell, a new up-and-coming real estate agent, about using AI for more engagement and leads on social media. Tune in and hear what she has to say. Caroline Mitchell Background Caroline, a newcomer to real estate, quickly realized the potential of AI in boosting her business. Initially, her sales were limited to family and friends, and her social media presence was not yielding leads or engagement. However, after investing in courses like Amy Gregory's The Social Realtors, her business saw a significant upturn. Using AI for Social Media Posts Caroline's practical approach, which she learned from her courses, involves keeping her Instagram videos short and having long captions. This strategy has proven effective, leading to increased engagement and leads. She also shares a Chat GPT prompt that helped her create one of her recent Instagram posts. Optimizing Instagram Reels for Effective Lead Magnet Strategies One challenge many real estate agents have is finding the time to create videos. Caroline finds it's best to film while doing simple activities such as cooking or cleaning, so when it comes time to make Instagram reels, she can quickly create five-second videos. She also has a spreadsheet that helps her stay organized with her ideas and lead magnets. Here's a special tip: You can reuse your Instagram captions every three months, saving you time and effort while maintaining consistency. Using Many Chats for lead magnets Caroline shares how she uses the AI tool, ManyChat, to generate lead magnets effortlessly. It's a game-changer, making the process ten times easier and more efficient than doing it all by yourself. Also, if you need help setting up ManyChat for lead magnets, contact Caroline; she's more than happy to help. Caroline shares Lead magnet ideas that real estate agents may enjoy using: relocation, new construction, and specific neighborhood guides. “I see AI only growing more, and I'm extremely happy that I took the time to invest in myself and learn how to use these tools.” - Caroline Mitchell. In this show, Lian and Caroline explored connecting to and working with our spirit guides and helpers (of all kinds), especially those of us here to serve others as healers, guides and teachers, what opens the doorways to this relationship and the devotion required, and lastly some fascinating wisdom about working with dragons in particular - which was illuminating for me personally as you'll hear, I'd love to know what YOU think about this week's show. Let's carry on the conversation… please leave a comment below. What you'll learn from this episode: In order to connect to and hear our guides, we need to allow our minds to grow quiet - this could be forms of mindfulness and meditation or nature-based practices as we teach at Waking The Wild Sovereignty and synchronicity stood out to me specifically in relation to dragons but they really are essential to some degree to almost anyone working with spirit in service to others The three phases we spoke about which Caroline likened to Maiden, Mother and Crone, are helpful to be aware of as it shows that we are always guided according to where we are on our path and our specific needs according to the work we're here to do with others Resources and stuff that we spoke about Caroline's Website Follow Caroline in her social media: Facebook: Caroline The Original Dragon Lady Instagram: @caroline_original_dragon_lady Thank you for listening!
