James and Jennifer Crumbley, the parents of the self-confessed Oxford High School shooter, will be sentenced this morning. WWJ legal analyst Charlie Langton will be in the courtroom. State Police say police found the semi in St. Joseph Township and the semi truck driver crashed into a police vehicle and then crashed into a home. Police say he got out of the truck and ran away and then got into a violent altercation with an officer. The officer shot the driver, who was taken to the hospital, but later died from his injuries. At least one Macomb County school will not hold classes today after a series of bomb threats were made over the weekend. WWJ's Charlie Langton has the details. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, saying in a statement that Sutton's attorney had contacted officials a week ago, saying the 29-year-old was going to Tampa to turn himself into authorities.
