Marc Joly est sociologue, chercheur au CNRS, et il a récemment publié un ouvrage fascinant : La pensée perverse au pouvoir.Quand Anne-Clotilde Ziegler, que vous avez déjà entendue sur VLAN dans un épisode consacré à la perversion narcissique, m'a recommandé de discuter avec Marc, je n'ai pas hésité une seconde. Il faut dire que le sujet me travaille depuis un moment, surtout à l'aune des comportements politiques qu'on observe aujourd'hui. J'avais envie d'aller au-delà de l'indignation ou du jugement hâtif, pour vraiment comprendre ce qui se joue dans ces dynamiques de pouvoir si troublantes.Dans cet épisode, j'ai eu le plaisir – et l'honnêteté, parfois l'inconfort – de plonger avec Marc dans les rouages de la perversion narcissique. Mais pas seulement dans le cadre intime : on parle ici de pouvoir, de politique, d'Emmanuel Macron bien sûr, mais aussi de Donald Trump, de ce que ces figures révèlent de nos sociétés. Marc est passionnant. Il a une rigueur intellectuelle rare, mais il sait aussi écouter, douter, nuancer.On a parlé de son parcours, de ce qui l'a mené à enquêter sur la violence psychologique, sur la manière dont un terme comme "pervers narcissique" a quitté le domaine de la psychanalyse pour s'inscrire dans nos vies quotidiennes, dans nos discussions, et maintenant dans notre compréhension du pouvoir. J'ai voulu comprendre si Emmanuel Macron, dans ses actions et dans ses discours, pouvait incarner cette figure toxique, si décriée dans les relations personnelles. Et je vous le dis franchement : certaines réponses font froid dans le dos.Nous avons aussi abordé le rôle de Brigitte Macron dans cette construction identitaire et politique, la manière dont leur relation – hors normes – a été instrumentalisée dans un récit médiatique.
