On the night of February 19, 2005, 34-year-old Danielle Imbo and 35-year-old Richard Petrone met up with friends at Abilene's, a bar in Philadelphia. By all accounts, they were having a great time, reconnecting after a breakup weeks prior. At around 11:45 p.m., they said their goodbyes and left the bar, planning to head to Danielle's home in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. But they never made it home. Despite extensive searches and years of investigative efforts, there has never been a single confirmed sighting of Danielle, Richard, or the truck. And after two decades, their families are still left asking the same question—what happened to Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone? 34-year-old Danielle Ottobre and 35-year-old Richard Petrone were last seen at around 11:45 p.m. on February 19, 2005, leaving Abilene's bar on South Street in Philadelphia. They were traveling in Richard's 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup truck, which was black with a silver bottom portion, heading toward Danielle's home in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. At the time of her disappearance, Danielle, who is a white female, was 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 120 lbs. She had hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a dark jacket, a cream sweater, and blue jeans. She also wore three small silver rings on her middle finger and carried a black purse. She has a tattoo of flowers on her lower back. Richard, who is a white male, was 5'9" tall and weighed approximately 200 lbs. He had blue eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray Polo sweatshirt. On his left arm is a tattoo with the word "Angela," and on his right is a tattoo of clowns. February 19, 2005. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 34-year old Danielle Imbo meets up with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, 35-year old Richard Petrone, and they spend the evening hanging out at a downtown bar. Richard says that he is planning to drive Danielle home, but after leaving together in Richard's pick-up truck, they vanish without a trace. Three years later, the FBI announces they are investigating the possibility that the couple were the victims of a murder-for-hire plot, but they do not name any potential suspects and no trace of Danielle, Richard or the truck are ever found. Could the couple have disappeared when they accidentally drove into a body of water, or did foul play actually take place? On this week's episode of “The Trail Went Cold”, we explore the unsolved disappearances of Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone, one of the most perplexing missing persons cases of the modern era. It was a spur-of-the-moment date in Philadelphia. They hadn't seen each other in weeks and even them meeting up on the evening of Saturday, February 19th, 2005 was coincidental. But the two of them (and the vehicle they were in) vanished that night without any clues pointing investigators toward one theory or another. So why do officals now believe that the disappearance of that pair-- Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone, Jr-- was the result of a murder-for-hire plot? And might YOU or someone you know be the one who can finally connect the final dot so the two families can put their loved one to rest.Would you like to donate to the reward fund in Danielle and Richard's case? On February 19th, 2005, 35-year-old Richard Petrone and 34-year-old Danielle Imbo went out on a casual night out on South Street in Philadelphia PA, and on the way back to Danielle's home in Mt Laurel, NJ they vanished, and have never been seen since. There have been many theories and a lot of speculation about what happened to the pair but to date, the authorities have not been able to solve the mystery. Many people have been suspicious of Danielle's soon-to-be ex-husband Joe Imbo but he appeared to have a solid alibi. The authorities have since come out and expressed suspicion of their own. "Tips throughout time have indicated logically that this is not a kidnapping case. We're looking very closely at a murder-for-hire scenario."On the evening of 19 February 2005, Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone Jr. met up with some friends along Philadelphia's South Street. There, at a bar called Abilene, they hung out for a bit and watched a live band, then reportedly left in a good mood at about 11:45 PM.The following morning, no trace of either Danielle nor Richard could be found. Attempts to find them, as well as Richard's 2001 Dodge Dakota, have proven unsuccessful over the years. While there is no evidence pointing to their current whereabouts - nor their continued existence following the night of their disappearance - the FBI publicly suspected that the two had been targeted for a hit...Episode researched & written by Troy LarsonEpisode hosted & produced by Micheal WhelanOriginal music created by Micheal Whelan through Amper MusicLearn more about this podcast at http://unresolved.meIf you would like to support this podcast and others, consider heading to https://www.patreon.com/unresolvedpod to become a Patron or Producer
On the night of February 19th, 2005, Richard Petrone and Danielle Imbo met up on South Street in Philadelphia. According to Richard's friend Anthony, who spent time with the pair that night, they all had a great time. Despite the couple recently breaking up and spending a few weeks apart, Richard and Danielle were getting along fine, Richard had his arm around Danielle, and they were spotted kissing. Just before midnight the pair decided to call it a night and head back to Richard's truck so he could drive Danielle home. But they never made it. It has now been 17 years since they went missing and not a single trace of Danielle Imbo, Richard Petrone, or Richard's truck has ever been found. Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone went missing from 429 South Street in Philadelphia on February 19th, 2005, after leaving Abilene's Bar and Restaurant. As of recording this episode, a new restaurant, Rock N Flavors now occupies the space. Danielle is a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5ft 5inches tall and at the time of her disappearance she was 34 years old and weighed approximately 117 pounds. She was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, a cream-colored sweater, and blue jeans. She was carrying a black purse. Danielle usually wears 3 small silver rings on either her left or right middle finger. Richard is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5ft 9inches. At the time of his disappearance, he was 35 and weighed approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray Polo brand sweatshirt and blue jeans. He has a tattoo of the name Angela on his left arm and a tattoo of clowns on his right arm. Police are still looking for Richard Petrone's 2001 black over silver Dodge Dakota pickup with Pennsylvania license plate YFH 2319. The truck may have a NASCAR sticker in the back window. FBI is currently offering a $15k reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in the disappearance of Danielle and Richard. The Philadelphia Citizens Crime Commission is also offering a $50k reward. Anyone with information is urged to Contact the local FBI office. Danielle Imbo wasn't planning on going out on Saturday, February 19, 2005, but when an old friend and on-and-off-again boyfriend Richard Petrone invited her out to see some live music, she agreed. After all, her son was with his father that weekend, and it had been a while since she had a night out. Around 11:30 PM, Richard and Danielle called it a night. Richard told his friends he was happy about finding a parking spot so close to Abilene's, the bar on bustling South Street in Philadelphia where Danielle and Richard were last seen. With that, Richard and Danielle left the bar to head home as both had plans the next day. 16 years later, Richard, Danielle, and Richard's massive Dodge Dakota truck have never been seen again. What caused two grown people to disappear forever from a crowded area in Philadelphia with literally no evidence? Were the two a target of some random sinister attack? Could something in their past have led to this fateful night? Join myself and returning guest Joann Li to discuss one of the most baffling and infamous cases in Philadelphia. To suggest a case: http://143mysteries.comTo follow the podcast on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/143mysteries/To watch Sarah Bloomquist and Jessica Gonzalez's report on Danielle and Richard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlgRUb5-IjA
On February 19th, 2005, Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone left a bar called Abilene which is a busy bar located on a busy south Philly street. The two vanished without a trace after leaving the bar never being seen alive again.
In the late night hours of February 19, 2005, Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone left Abeline's Bar on South Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and vanished, seeminly into thin air. To this day, neither Danielle or Richard have been seen or heard from, and Richard's massive Dodge Dakota pickup truck is just as elusive. Investigators have monitored all of their accounts, checked security camera footage from South Street and from the surrounding Philadelphia bridges connecting the city to New Jersey, where the couple was headed, with absolutely no trace of them. Theories have sprung up over the years, however, there isn't even enough evidence to start ruling possibilities out, so each and every avenue of investigation turns up no leads. The case has left behind only questions: Did Danielle and Richard meet with foul play, and if so, was it targeted or was it random? Did they get into an accident in the truck, and if so, where is it? If they ran away together, how, and why? This episode covers the search, the investigation, and the journey of the two families over the years as no answers have come to light for their loved ones. If you are interested in learning more about this baffling case, all of the source materials are listed at crimebistro.com, as well as the contact information for the Philadelphia Citizens Crime Commission, who continue to accept anynomous tips regarding the case. After rekindling what was a teenage crush, in the midst of a divorce Danielle Imbo would head for a night of music and fun with Richard Petrone and two friends. The two would leave a Philadelphia bar around 11pm never to be seen again. Not only would the couple disappear, Richard's 3000lb Dodge Dakota would also go missing. Rivers were searched, but to no avail. How do two adults with kids they loved and tight knit families simply go missing? Dzisiaj o jednym z najbardziej tajemniczych zaginięć.
LIMITED SOLUTIONS - these cases being solved are highly improbable - most unfortunately.Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone were two people just hanging down at Abilenes on south street in Philadelphia (2005)- they walk to their truck and disappear into the night - FOREVER - what happened to them? The case of Amber Long and her mother, Stephanie is similar in that while Amber alone was the one who was killed, and there was an eyewitness (her mother) there's never been any other leads for this young Philadelphian architect. They were walking back to the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia when they came across two men who robbed them, shot Amber and took off into the night, in a car, never to be seen or identified. Finally, the strange and tragic mystery surrounding the murder of Su-Ya Kim, so devastating to the family, yet her murder has never been solved, even with an eye witness present. Also - info about south street read on this program was obtained through the Philadelphia online Encyclopedia.Follow these strange and unusual mysteries on another episode of the Right Shoe with Debbie Q.

Get ready for Scary Mysteries, Twisted Two’s. #1 Opdahl House Stockton, California was built during the California gold rush. People flocked to the area hoping to strike it rich. Because of its proximity to the coast, Stockton became a gateway to the Central Valley and beyond, offering access for transportation and trade as well as reaching the southern gold mines. But Stockton has come a long way since then. The city today has a population of over 300,000. Unfortunately, with the growing population and economic crashes, parts of the city has spiraled into crime. In fact, many call it “the Detroit of California.” #2 Richard Petrone Jr. & Danielle Imbo It was February 19, 2006, when friends, Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone Jr. left a Philadelphia bar to head to Imbo’s home in New Jersey. But instead of arriving home safely, the two never made it and were never seen or heard from again. Richard Petrone Jr. was 35-years old when he disappeared. He lived in South Philadelphia at the time and was a single father of a teenage girl. Richard worked full time at his family’s business, Viking’s Pastries. Meanwhile, Danielle Imbo was a single mother who lived in Southern New Jersey with her young son. She was working in the mortgage industry.

Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone Jr went missing on a cold night out in Philadelphia. The unusual element of this case is not evidence, but rather a complete lack of it.
In this special episode Kate asks psychic medium Nicole Michelle to discuss several well known cases, three murders and two disappearances. Thirty-four year old Danielle Imbo was going through a divorce and raising her eighteen month old son. Through her best friend, Christine, she reconnected with her high school crush, Christine's older brother, thirty-five year old, single father Richard Petrone. The two clicked instantly. Their relationship was going well when Danielle's ex-husband began attempting to rekindle their romance. Unsure of what to do, Danielle decided it was more important for her to be single and provide a life for her son, and so she told both men that she needed space and time to work on herself. Five weeks later, on February 19th, 2005, Richard reached out to Danielle asking if she'd like to come out for a drink and see some bands perform. Needing a night out, Danielle agreed and the two headed down to South Street, in Philadelphia, where they met up with Richard's friends Anthony and Michelle. After a the music ended, they decided to call it an early night. Both were picking up their kids the next day and didn't want to be too tired. At 11:45pm, they walked out of the bar and were never seen again, nor was Richard's 2001 black Dodge Dakota that he drove that night. For thirteen years their families have wondered what happened to them, and the Philadelphia and New Jersey police, as well as the FBI, have been heavily involved in attempting to solve this bizarre disappearance. How can two people and a three thousand pound truck simply vanish? Did the two single parents choose to run off and start a new life? Could there have been an accident which resulted in the couple sinking into the Delaware river? Did Danielle's ex-husband, Joe Imbo, play a role in her disappearance? Or could the couple have been murdered, either in a random act of violence or in an orchestrated murder for hire scenario? Join host Steven Pacheco as he explores the confusing details of this utterly baffling case and attempts to answer the question: What happened to Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone?
