Der im Jahr 1985 geborene Kaldera, - DJ & Producer aus Berlin vertritt einen sehr Tanzbaren House Sound, doch das sagt noch längst nicht alles über ihn aus. Seine Leidenschaft für Musik hat sich in den letzten 7 Jahren stark weiter entwickelt. Nun ist er froh, diese Leidenschaft mit anderen teilen zu können. Sein Stil ist geprägt von deepen Techno Einflüssen und einer Leidenschaft für Melodie und Rhythmus. Sein Debüt als Produzent war im Jahr 2014 auf dem Label "Karera", darauf folgte später auch ein Release auf "WONNEmusik", damit begann er seine Musik bekannt zu machen. Mittlerweile reihen sich auch internationale Labels, wie Dear Deer Records, ICONYC Music, Constant Circles, House Music With Love oder Kingstreet Sound ein. Er hat nicht die Absicht, der beste DJ überhaupt zu sein. Auch nicht den Anspruch alles zu können und die gesamte Palette der elektronischen Musik zu bedienen. Vielmehr will er seinem Publikum eine wundervolle Zeit auf dem Dancefloor bereiten und es zum Tanzen bringen. So this mix also is a flashback to your early days. Which impact did these tracks have on your later career? A: It is defenitly a flashback to the time, when we were listening intensively to electronic music which we heard mostly in the HR3 Clubnight and DJs like Ulli Brenner, DJ Dag, Marc Spoon, Talla 2xlc and so on. One can say, the sound of that time influenced us a lot in our later productions. As you know the melody ist he key thing in our sound, we focus on that to transport emotions feelings and to capture experiences. Nearly every track from then takes us back in time. But there were so much more tracks that influenced us in our productions. Q: I´ve heard there is a new live-set coming? Sounds exciting! Please tell us more about. A: We have planned a so called hybrid-set (Live and DJ), combining some of our classics out of the last 10 years, partly in reworked versions, including parts played live with hardware for a better live impression. Q: There are some new releases scheduled. What can we expect? A: Besides remixes for „Riesen ft. Haptic“ on Dear Deer Records and „Th;En & Starkato“ on „Euphonic“, a new EP on Moonbootique is planned and we are working on a single regarding our anniversary. It should represent us and our musical legislating of the last ten years. For that some remixers will be on board. Release is to be released on our homebase, Parquet Recordings.

# Jeden Tag ein Set Podcast 025 # by Kai Hillmann Die 22. Ausgabe der Jeden Tag ein Set Podcastreihe kommt von Kai Hillmann aus Berlin. In den vergangen Jahren schaffte er es vom Geheimtipp zum international gebuchten DJ und spielte im vergangen Jahr unter anderem Gigs in St. Petersburg, Tahiti oder Ibiza. Bereits seit den neunziger Jahren steht der inzwischen in Trier wohnende DJ an den Turntables. Im Jahr 2007 wurde er dann Resident im Koblenzer Club S38 und im Hundertquadrat in Rosenheim. Inzwischen ist er häufig im Berliner Club Sisyphos anzutreffen. Auch als Produzent machte er im vergangenen Jahr mit seinem ersten Remix, zusammen mit Kumpel Andlee auf Karera Records, auf sich aufmerksam.
