Welcome back to Blowing the Froth Off, the show were we hear from YOU, our beloved Frothies. Luckily we recorded this one before magic round... One thing we know for sure is, we need to hear more from Filthy Phil. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The first Motörhead release without Fast Eddie Clarke and the only to include his replacement, ex-Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian Robertson could have been a disaster. Instead, it's Another Perfect Day. Lemmy's rasp and bass roar remain in tack as does Filthy Phil's frenetic pounding, and while Fast Eddie's speedy riffing is missed, in it's place are Robertson's newly welcomed guitar melodies that add another dimension to the ferocity of the patented Motörhead sound. The band would soon return to their meat and potatoes approach but the outlier that is APD remains a bright stop in their glorious catalog. RIP Lemmy RIP Fast Eddie RIP Filthy Phil Recommended Listening: EP134: Motörhead “Ace of Spades” https://huntsmanhill.com/2020/08/17/ep134-motorhead-ace-of-spades-soundtrack-to-the-apocalypse-vol-20/ EP219: Motörhead “Overkill” https://huntsmanhill.com/2023/04/22/ep219-motorhead-overkill/ Spotify Playlist Track: “Shine” https://open.spotify.com/track/5yaNFVKP8KGTFgj8td5tGU?si=1662a5c41b9d4e72 Spotify Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/user/1298220429/playlist/4gy1wWwypkoFS2lUztvZ44?si=waSq07DBQlq3x9G1_nK0pg Contact us at: huntsmanhillpodcast@gmail.com Our Music manhuntsman: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7tFBWn0UFkdOEMf67TRD6W?si=vzllkbDwSEmfZFlj02GLRw Academy O.C: https://academyoc.bandcamp.com/album/academy-o-c Omertà 68: https://open.spotify.com/artist/6dfiCa0qTlbPQUrqtIkStS?si=6SCjNtXbSO2xRBDuBKJelQ MidCityThree: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2LW7wWSHd9bi3n3Q5N8i35?si=4UnUthYNR4K9FMv2dqFOVw huntsmanhill.com instagram.com/huntsmanhill https://twitter.com/HuntsmanHill

Tod Hammock of the Kicker Arenacross series is on to talk about that series kickoff and Scuba Steve recently retired from Rockstar Husky and he comes on to talk about that choice. Michael Lindsey is in studio!
This week Darkside welcomes on Cade Clason and Checkerz from Race Tech talk about the latest Pulpmx Show, whether Matthes can steal a base on Betts, whether or not there was too much baseball talk, an ironic Race Tech rant and Cade responds to Filthy Phil's comments.
Jett Lawrence secured the 250MX National Championship in the final Moto at Hangtown and he joins us to talk about the special moment. DC is always a great guest and he comes on to talk about the 2021 National MX series and how he feels it went. Also touching on the catastrophe at LL following the Waverly flood. Filthy Phil is on for his weekly segment provided by Motosport.com. DBO has been a hard target to attain on the show the last few time but we have him tonight to hit on the MXdN and other pressing issues. Charles Castloo and Paul Perebijnos are in studio.
AC comes on to discuss what he's been up to since leaving the series to get the pesky arm problem fixed and his thoughts on the 450 series. Wil Hahn joins us to talk about Michael Mosiman's highly impressive Pala 2 return to racing. Christina Denney is here to hit on the MXdN in regards to the US not participating. Paul P played a big part in helping Jace Kessler on the PulpMX YZ450 at Pala 2 and comes on to talk about the day. Filthy Phil and A Mart are in studio pulling a dual co-hosting duty and it's glorious! great show, learned a TON!
The Chiz came off the couch and did what Chiz does-- HE CHIZZED! The silky voice of the number 11 comes on the show to talk about just how he consistently delivers results year after year. Levi Kitchen had a little bit of a hiccup at Budds but he comes on anyway to talk about his transition to the pro ranks and how he thinks it's gone after a couple rounds. Tallon Vohland comes on to talk about his method of preparing his son Max for the pro level and how it's gone in his eyes so far. Filthy Phil is on for his weekly appearance and we have A Ray and Randy Richardson in studio for lots-o-laughs!
Roczen made the most of the two hiatus and came back to go one-one at Unadilla. Filthy Phil comes on for his weekly rundown one what he thought of the races he was NOT involved with. Jacob Piccolo has been crushing the Canadian 250 MX series and comes on to talk about that. RV is on to talk about being added to the Motorcycle Hall of Fame, what a guy! Anton is on to talk scarves and Morrisey... but really we love Anton. DV is in studio bros!
Love him or hate him, Filthy Phil is making more money than most of us on Merch by Amazon. Having been on Amazon for four years at the time of recording this episode he's now making an average of $15k per month. That's more than what most of us make at our day jobs. Filthy Phil shares his story on how he got started and how he was able to scale his account. He was able to teach himself design and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. From there he never looked back and is now sitting pretty at the 200,000 tier and continues his hustle. Make sure and check out his YouTube channel. https://bit.ly/37Lv3ZM

This week's What We All Want guest hosts are Keith ‘PC Plod' Parkinson, a 10yr servant at Elland Road and the ‘1yr Wonder' Mikael Forssell. The lads discuss what's got us all baffled…….who best represents the modern day football professional, Filthy Phil Foden or Kinky Kyle Walker. It so happens that during the discussion a couple of other contenders come in to play. Who would have thought? The conversation also takes in why a country with 1/6th of the world's population can only look to Michael Chopra as their footballing mentor. Turns out Michael quite liked a ‘flutter' but did he make it to Paddy Power in time to lay off a bet on him scoring the fastest goal by a substitute in the Premier League in 2006? We also learn that Well-In-Dowd isn't just a figment of WWAW's imagination, although we were beginning to wonder ourselves. His late show for the show was put down to his IT skills. We can't lie, some think he was sat by his fax machine in his garage while some think his late show might have been due to his Stella consumption. Who cares, it was worth the wait. Enjoy.
This week Cade Clason hosts the Wrap Up Show with Checkerz & Darkside. They cover topics like Justin Cooper’s podium drama, Filthy Phil’s PDA opinion, the PulpMX employees’ respect, Darkside’s review, and Cade “totally agrees”.
