Alvin and German conduct a great conversation with NFL Network's Coordinating Producer, Allan Flowers.'81.A member of the Alumni Council, he has worked his way through the ranks of all facets of live TV production, starting as a production assistant at ESPN in 1989. Allan joined the Fox Sports family in 1995, taking on a multitude of television production roles, ultimately producing live studio shows for Fox Sports Net. In 2008, Allan became a Coordinating Producer for Fox Sports Midwest with oversight of pregame, game, and postgame productions. Allan joined the NFL in 2013 and after a year on Thursday Night Football, he started leading the productions of NFL Red Zone and all of NFL Network's draft-eligible all-star games, which include the Reese's Senior Bowl, East West Shrine Bowl, HBCU Legacy Bowl and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. At Colgate, he was a 4 year starter, and two year captain on the men's tennis team. He also was a public address announcer for the men's and women's basketball teams, wrote for the Colgate News, President in his senior year of Phi Tau fraternity, and a member of the student Senate. After Colgate, he was the President of the Colgate Club of St. Louis. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History.

VanLengen has also served as analyst for the WNBA's San Antonio Silver Starts and was co-founder of the women's sports and fitness publication SHE-KC. In the summer of 2013, she was an analyst on ESPNU's coverage of the World University Games, calling gold medal contents in men's basketball, women's basketball and women's beach volleyball, plus ten days of international competition. From 1996-2001, VanLengen operated video play animation production equipment for CBS' coverage of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship while working with Coach's Edge. Subsequently, VanLengen held a leadership position at PE4life, a national non-profit organization, for over nine years and led Kansas City's efforts as the executive director of the 1998 NCAA Women's Final Four. Prior to her broadcasting career, VanLengen coached basketball for eight seasons, including five at the University of Nebraska. In 2008, she was recognized as a “Distinguished Alumni” of the University of Nebraska-Kearney, where she endows a scholarship for the women's basketball program. VanLengen was a two-time, Academic All-American at the university. VanLengen was the recipient of the 2010 Mid America Sports Emmy for Sports Event/Game for Fox Sports Midwest's production of the 2009 WEPAC All-Star Charity basketball game, for which she was the play-by-play announcer. The native of St. Louis, Missouri, oversees all communications and broadcasting operations for SIUE athletics. He is the radio voice of Cougar men's basketball and baseball on 88.7 the Sound, all home broadcasts on ESPN+ and also has appeared on FOX Sports Midwest as part of the Cougars' basketball television coverage. He has called nearly 400 SIUE men's basketball games and more than 400 Cougar baseball games in addition to several hundred more soccer, volleyball, softball, and women's basketball games, while also serving as the host and emcee at many Cougar athletics special events throughout the year. Pott also manages the student video crew responsible for the live production of SIUE Athletics events online. He recently oversaw the transition of Cougars broadcasts from the OVC Digital Network to ESPN+. Off the air, he heads the Athletic Communications Department and is the primary media contact for men's basketball, baseball, men's soccer and golf. Away from SIUE, Pott joined the sports staff at KMOX Radio and serves as a host on the station as well as the St. Louis Cardinals Radio Network. Prior to coming to SIUE, Pott served as the radio play-by-play voice for the Gateway Grizzlies, a member of the Frontier League of professional baseball in Sauget, Illinois, from 2001-2010. The three-time Frontier League Broadcaster of the Year also served as a guest speaker and emcee at a number of public events promoting the baseball Grizzlies. He was a play-by-play voice for the game of the week for football and basketball for Team 1380 and FOX Sports Radio 1490 in St. Louis from September 2007 to March 2008. He worked as the voice of the Edwardsville Tigers during the 2003-2004 boys' basketball season on WAOX radio. Pott earned a bachelor of arts in communication in 2000 from the University of Dayton, where he worked as an Athletics Communication Assistant, called many sports on radio, and served as a play-by-play voice for local telecasts of Flyer volleyball and soccer. Greg Warren hails from St. Louis, MO, where his father was a high school wrestling coach and his mother made him play clarinet in the band. Greg captivated audiences with anecdotes about the conflict inherent in meshing two high school identities-varsity wrestler and band geek. Goldberg won a Mid-America Emmy for sports reporting in 2001. He also worked as a reporter for the NBC affiliates in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, and Madison, Wisconsin, from 1994-99. Native of suburban Philadelphia and Chicago, Joel Goldberg has worked as part of the Royals' broadcast team for FOX Sports Kansas City since 2008 and serves as the television play-by-play voice for the ECHL Kansas City Mavericks. Joel has spent nearly 25 years in television, developing and maintaining relationships with professional athletes, coaches, and team management. He has become a powerful public speaker and presenter, talking with groups about the networking principles he's learned from his experiences of interviewing successful icons. Joel drives home a strong message of personal perseverance tailored to each and every audience and focuses on delivery impact for growth.
