With over 30 years of experience in the public health sector, Paula has devoted her career to advancing health equity, empowering communities, and championing the well-being of underserved populations. She holds a Doctorate in Health Leadership from Seton Hall University and a dual Master's in Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. A highly decorated leader, Paula was recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women in New Jersey for four consecutive years (2018–2021) by NJ Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg. In 2024, she was honored with the United States President's Leadership Award from the UNESCO Center for Peace for her transformative contributions to development, peace, and leadership in communities of African descent. Since graduating from Colgate, Paula has been a dynamic force for change, service, and leadership. She is the Immediate Past President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (Bergen/Passaic chapter), where she led the chapter to be named a national model for four consecutive years. Her community involvement continues through leadership roles including Vice President of the Board of Bergen Volunteers, Vice President and Programs Chair of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Bergen County Chapter), and appointed positions on several local government advisory boards. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Dr. Madison Ryner is the co-founder of Ryner and Associates, an organizational consulting firm, and is preparing to launch P.Mad Consulting Group, along with a new podcast supporting African American caregivers of loved ones with dementia. A member of Colgate's first coed first-year class, Judge Rooney joined the Review Commission as a Federal Administrative Law Judge in 1996 and, in 2011, became its first African American and first woman to be named Chief Administrative Law Judge. As Chief Judge, she presided over complex and significant disputes related to Occupational Safety and Health Administration citations. She was also responsible for case management and oversight, as well as hiring and training staff, including legal assistants, law clerks, and judges, across the Denver, Atlanta, and National offices. Earlier in her career, Judge Rooney served as a U.S. Administrative Law Judge at the Social Security Administration in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where she received the Hattiesburg School District Outstanding African American Award. Before taking the bench, she had a distinguished 14-year tenure with the Philadelphia Regional Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of Labor. There, she served as Regional Counsel for the Mine Safety and Health Administration Black Lung Program and as a Senior Trial Attorney. After graduating from Colgate University with a BA in Political Science, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law. As a former Mathematics Instructor at Highline College, Ed had a profound impact on countless students, nurturing their critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and solidifying their understanding of mathematics. His influence extended beyond the classroom, as he eventually became a mentor to fellow educators, sharing his teaching strategies to better meet student needs. Originally from Atlanta, Max currently serves as an Academic Integration Specialist at Drew Charter School, one of the top academic institutions in Greater Atlanta. In 2010, Max worked as an assistant football coach at Colgate. His coaching career began at Colgate in 2003, where he was a coach's assistant at Colgate on a team that finished 15-1 and advanced to the Division I-AA championship game. The following year, he served as an assistant coach at Allegheny College before moving on to Westlake High School, where he coached running backs until 2007. As a student-athlete at Colgate, Max was a four-year letter winner and a team captain in his senior season. In 1992, Dan produced the first televised Essence Awards. After Colgate he earned a doctoral degree from Drew University in Ethics, Latino Theology, Social history. He was a Lecturer at Union Theological Seminary in New York, teaching the Spanish for Theological Reading course for Ph.D. and MA students. While at Colgate, he was the founder of UNIDAD. Allan joined the Fox Sports family in 1995, taking on a multitude of television production roles, ultimately producing live studio shows for Fox Sports Net. In 2008, Allan became a Coordinating Producer for Fox Sports Midwest with oversight of pregame, game, and postgame productions. Allan joined the NFL in 2013 and after a year on Thursday Night Football, he started leading the productions of NFL Red Zone and all of NFL Network's draft-eligible all-star games, which include the Reese's Senior Bowl, East West Shrine Bowl, HBCU Legacy Bowl and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. At Colgate, he was a 4 year starter, and two year captain on the men's tennis team. He also was a public address announcer for the men's and women's basketball teams, wrote for the Colgate News, President in his senior year of Phi Tau fraternity, and a member of the student Senate. She is a former journalist who worked at The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Daily News, and United Press International. A lifelong learner, she received her Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Temple University. Her community service includes the 2016 Philadelphia DNC's Communications Working Group, 2015 Communications and Marketing Committee for the World Meeting of Families and Papal Visit in Philadelphia, and the social media team for the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. Alvin and German conduct a great conversation with Albany County Family Court's Judge Richard Rivera.'86. His legal career began as an associate counsel for the Law Office of Gaspar M. Castillo, Esq. and also served as an Attorney for Children in both Albany and Rensselaer counties, Assistant County Attorney, and as a Support Magistrate. In 2014, Judge Rivera was elected to a 10-year term in Albany County Family Court. Later he was appointed to preside over the newly created Domestic Violence Part at the Albany County Family Court. In 2019, he was designated Acting Supreme Court Justice for the 3rd Judicial District and was named as the first supervising judge for domestic violence courts and mentor courts in the district. He also chairs the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission, which was established to develop programs to improve the perception of fairness within the court system and to ensure equal justice in New York State. After Colgate, he earned a J.D. from Albany Law School. While at Colgate, he was part of the Sojourners and Colgate Thirteen, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature.

In that capacity, Mr. Jackson oversaw the CIA's clandestine operations worldwide and managed a multibillion-dollar budget. He speaks three foreign languages and served overseas for 15 years. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Jackson was the most senior African American to serve in the CIA. Committed to diversity and inclusion, he served on a panel of external advisors, led by Madeleine Albright, to identify and to remove barriers for women in leadership at CIA. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University with majors in political science, international relations, and Spanish, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

After graduating from Colgate, she taught in the South Bronx for ten years. In 1996, she received a masters in supervision and administration and went on to become an Assistant Principal, principal and instructional specialist. During her tenure as a principal, she had the privilege of meeting one of the most important alumni of her school, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. During her time at Colgate, she was involved in various leadership roles and received her BA in Sociology and Anthropology.

Prior to his current position, Keith served school communities for sixteen years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal.
