This week on The Business of Watches, we're talking to the head of what's now the largest U.K.-based watch brand, Christopher Ward. Under the direction of Chief Executive Officer Mike France, the Swiss-made, approachable-priced watchmaker has enjoyed outsized growth in recent years, due in part to popular and surprising releases like its Bel Canto chiming watch and its commitment to keeping prices in check. But first, we're joined by Hodinkee Senior Editor Mark Kauzlarich to talk about the Audemars Piguet X Swatch Royal Pop collaboration and its launch day, which certainly didn't go according to plan at some locations where massive crowds overwhelmed staff and security and forced store closures.
Just as the Son, who loves the Father does what He sees the Father doing, we are shaped by the people we love and who love us. God has given us His covenant love—hesed—as the foundation for our identity. When that love takes root among us, we don't just learn about Christ, together, we begin to look more like Him.So how do we build a community bound by hesed? Carve out unhurried time together—because joy isn't found in isolation, it's born when God's people share life face to face. Have fun together. Break bread often—around the table, gratitude grows, stories bind hearts, and prayers knit us into one family. When weaknesses are shared, cover them with tenderness instead of quick fixes, creating a refuge where honesty and healing can breathe. Let joy be the engine of our life together, so that when storms come, our first response is love, not fear. These everyday rhythms weave us into a family that reflects Christ's own love—and together we will shine His light into the lives of others.
Haley and Bryce have known each other for over two years and started dating each other officially about a year ago. Haley tells us things have been great for the most part, but this past weekend she went to the beach with friends and when she told Bryce he reacted as if he was suspicious of her cheating on him even though she would never do that. At the same time, Bryce sent Haley a live photo while she was away and in the live photo she heard a female's voice so she thinks Bryce had someone over while she was away. We call Bryce pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and when we ask Bryce who he wants to send them to, he asks if we can send them to someone named Ariana. Find out what's really going on in this week's War Of The Roses!

Built-in Photo Editing Tools: Rosemary walks through editing photos with the Photos app, showing how to adjust Live Photos (turning them into loops, bounces, or long exposures), adjust styles, make exposure adjustments, and crop images. Live Photo Key Frame Selection: Rosemary demonstrates how to select the best frame from a Live Photo to ensure everyone's eyes are open or to capture the perfect moment. Clean Up Tool: The built-in cleanup feature uses Apple Intelligence to remove unwanted elements from photos, which Rosemary demonstrates by removing a clip from a keyboard image. Markup Tools: Rosemary shows how to use built-in markup tools to add shapes, text, and annotations to images when explaining something to someone. Copy/Paste Edits: A useful feature that lets you copy edits from one photo and paste them to others, especially helpful when selling items online and maintaining consistent white balance. Annotable App: Mikah showcases this powerful annotation tool that offers features like magnification loops with adjustable positions, redaction tools, text tools, arrows, and shapes for detailed annotations. Picsew App: Rosemary demonstrates this screenshot management tool that automatically stitches screenshots together, removes status bars and scroll bars, adds device frames, and helps keep a photo library organized. CleanMyPhone App: Rosemary mentions this app (formerly Gemini) that helps identify similar shots and duplicates to clean up the photo library. Pixelmator/Photomator: Rosemary highlights these powerful photo editing apps (recently acquired by Apple) that bring Photoshop-like capabilities to iOS and iPadOS, allowing for layer-based editing with advanced blending modes for just $4.99. Shortcuts Corner Adding Country Codes to Contacts: Rosemary creates a shortcut to help Lauren, who had issues with text messages not showing contact names while traveling internationally. Welcome nack to Tinfoil Tales and Second Look Sunday. On this episode I am joined by Mel who beklieves to have been gangstalked and is able to record videos and photos of aliens with his iPhone in Live Photo mode. This episode was banned on some platforms over some of the topics Mel discussed and on this enhanced episode, I tried to remove specific words that caused issues. As always, keep an open mind but always keep a healthy dose of skepticism.Tinfoil Tales Podcast - Show NotesShare Your Story!Got a paranormal encounter, conspiracy theory, or unexplained story?
