She received her Ph.D. from Alliant International University in San Diego, California. She has been a part of Mobile Crisis Teams and Psychiatric Emergency rooms in New York City for over 20 years. She has done research and worked with refugees, PTSD, HIV/AIDS, and ethics. Dr. Nichols has a Master's in Business Administration from Sciences Politiques, Paris, France and been trained in 6 Sigma and Lean Fundamentals.
