Orion Cosce will face off against Blood Diamond at UFC 277 on Saturday, July 30, 2022. The odds have Cosce coming in at -175 while Diamond is at +150.Orion "Galaxy" Cosce looks to add a victory to his total of 7-1-0. The 28-year-old is weighing in at 170 lbs and measures 5'11". The switch fighter stretches 71". Blood Diamond measures 5'11" and tips the scales at 170 lbs. The switch fighter steps into the Octagon holding a record of 3-1-0. The 34-year-old reaches 76". In the category of significant strikes, Orion Cosce connects on 3.70 per min and Blood Diamond is landing 0.22 significant strikes per minute. Cosce is connecting on 55% of the significant strikes he attempts, and Diamond is landing 33%. When it comes to defending in the Octagon, "Galaxy" absorbs 3.12 significant strikes per min and Diamond takes 3.24. Cosce also stops 52% of the significant strikes that are aimed in his direction while Diamond stops 21% of the shots thrown his way Regarding takedowns, Orion Cosce is the better wrestler as he is averaging a takedown 1.87 times per 3 rds. Diamond connected on 33% of the significant strikes he attempted by landing 1 of 3. He ended up connecting on 0 of 2 significant strikes directed at the head. Wells ended up connecting on 15 of 19 significant strikes in that fight. Looking at the significant strike accuracy, he ended up connecting on 14 of 17 directed at the head.
