Kenny is discussing the importance of having a calm mind in order to be creative and effective in the leadership business. He explains that when he has been able to relax, release and surrender to peace and calmness, he has been able to be more creative and be more successful in executive meetings. Kenny is excited to share his knowledge and believes that having a calm mind is essential to being successful in the leadership business. He suggests mindful meditation as an effective way to do this, encouraging listeners to start with even just a few minutes and build up from there. He emphasizes that he is not trying to tell people what to do but rather inviting them to explore what works for them. The speaker offers a variety of techniques to help create a calm mind. He suggests exploring what works best for you, and encourages movement and exercise to free up energy, he emphasizes that growth is about elevation and not renunciation, and encourages people to focus on the big picture rather than the small stuff.  He talks about how to slow down the mind, including mindfulness, setting boundaries, disconnecting, freeing up time for yourself, and deep breathing. He emphasizes the importance of controlling the body's fight or flight response by slowing down the mind and breathing deeply in order to avoid anxiety.
